A Ranger's New World by Scy Storm

Story Notes:

This could be considered the first lemon I ever wrote, but it's not really, since it only contains some minor sexual scenes. I started work on it in the middle of my Of Dragon Descent series, and I've gotten some nice comments on it, but... I'm not sure if will really be continued anytime soon. I don't much like the premise of the story or the ideas I had for it. We'll see what the future holds.

Chapter 1: Arrival In Kanto

A RANGER'S NEW WORLD
Chapter 1: Arrival in Kanto

Pokemon Fan Fic

AUTHOR'S NOTES: This is my first ever attempt at a fan fic of the yiff variety, Pokemon or not, so I'm sorry if it sucks. This chapter itself contains a small moment of M/F yiff, but is essentially a set-up for the main pairing, which will be M/M. I may alter that in later chapters if I decide to keep the series going. Post comments and what not if you like it, because encouragement from others is a nice way for me to gather inspiration. :) This story centers around an Anthropomorphic Wolf Ranger (think D&D). I know using a wolf may seem a bit unoriginal, but screw you, I like wolves. And I can design a pretty cool Ranger. So deal with it!

INEVITABLE DISCLAIMER: It goes without saying that if you don't like M/M yiff, or if you are of illegal age in your country/state of residence to be seeing this, then you probably shouldn't read this. Don't blame me if you get offended by the content, because I didn't force you to read it. But yeah, that's all I need to say, right? Disclaimers are boring.

"You've grown to be quite a thorn in my side, Vyth. Now will you hurry up and DIE!?" He yells, his half-dragon voice literally echoing through the air around them.

His opponent, the anthro wolf, held forth his black-bladed katana, not backing down an inch. "Hurry up and die? If you were capable of killing me, you would have done it by now!" He snaps back.

The half-dragon growls, his long robes beginning to blast around him as if there were a typhoon of wind. "*IXEN*!"

A firey blast escapes his hand and fires toward the wolf, who leaps over it. The fire blasts into the environment around them, which turns from it's dark purple color to a blood red, pulsing with an unearthly energy. The wolf lands and notes the surrounding change. "You did it again!" He yells.

"I DON'T CARE! I don't know why our fight caused this, but I will not rest until you die!" The sorceror yells, his robes beginning to blow around again.

"Stop this! Can't you tell this battle area is no place for arcane magic?"

"*IXEN*!"

Another blast of fire comes flying toward the wolf. He bears his teeth and slashes his blade through it, sending it exploding out into smaller streams in all directions. The large magic-crazy environment around them begins to pulse and rumble like an earthquake. "CEASE YOUR SPELLS! You're going to kill us both!"

"And that's a bad thing? I'll gladly end my life so as to end yours!"

"This battle has gone far enough. We picked the wrong place. If this area goes off, we could bring everything to its doom!"

The sorceror says nothing, and instead lets an evil grin spread across his red-scaled face. His robes begin to flow again, firey energy gathering to his clawed hands. "Vorastrix! Cease this now!" The wolf yells.

The half-dragon ignores him, his eyes beginning to glow a molten red as more fire gathers around him. The wolf lowers his katana slightly, afixxing a glare upon the caster. "Your magic is not as powerful as you think. If you'd rather waste your existance trying to kill those who you envy, so be it."

He swings his katana into a position behind him vertically and charges forward. The sorceror's evil grin fades, knowing he must release his spell early. He panics and flings his hands forward, the fire gathering into a ball. The wolf slashes his sword downward through the ball, setting off its power in a violent outward explosion. He flies backward several feet and rolls across the ground. He jumps to his feet as he stops, noticing the sorceror was also blown to the ground and is starting to get up, an angry glare in his eyes. The wolf returns the glare, but is quickly distracted as a large quake almost takes him off his feet. The odd field they reside in begins glowing white, and is starting to react violently to the last blast. The half-dragon looks around in a minor terror, quite possibly realizing what his spell may have done. He looks back at the wolf and begins to trek forward, but is stopped short as a blast from the energy field rockets over him. The wolf looks on as the sorceror raises one arm to his vision and watches it disintigrate before his very eyes. He looks back to the wolf, a sign of horror evident in his eyes, before he completely disintigrates. The wolf can only watch, but he knows something is not right. That... Is a plane-shift! He thinks to himself.

With that, a similar blast of energy surrounds him. He feels the energy surge through his veins, and he yells out in pain as he can feel his body surge with the feeling of being ripped apart. He watches his hands and arms disappear in front of him, then closes his eyes, waiting to fall into unconsciousness. He doesn't, but he does hear the noise around him quickly change tones, and realizes the plane-shift is ending, rather fast at that. A portal opens up over a jungle setting, grass and various vegetation growing across the ground, dwarved by the large trees growing above. The portal gathers the attention of a few creatures nearby, who look on with confusion before scampering off. The wolf is propelled out of the portal and onto the ground. He tries standing up, only to fall backward off his feet straight into a tree, an immense pain surging through his body. He slides down the tree and stays sitting upright, slipping into unconsciousness.

Slowly he opens his eyes, his eyelids feeling heavy and slightly sore. His vision a bit blurry, he reaches up with his furry hands and rubs them across his eyes, then blinking several times quickly, his vision slowly returning. How long he had been unconscious was a mystery, but he no longer feels any pain within him, and looking into the sunny sky just slightly visible from the treetops, he can tell it's around noontime. He looks around a bit, seeing all the greenery. He's in the jungle. Several of the plants seem rather young, despite their size. He's never seen such plants before. Where did that portal take me? He wonders.

Looking down on the ground, he spots his sword. He must have dropped it when he fell unconscious. He grabs the hilt, startling a creature he didn't see was there. It's a green worm of some sort, with a very large head and bulging eyes. He leans in a bit, admiring the creature. "I've never seen anything like you before, little one..." He says.

The worm is startled again and slithers into the bushes nearby. The wolf shrugs and stands to his feet, spinning his sword a bit and slipping it into its scabbard across his back. As he does, he hears a small sound from nearby: "Vee?"

He looks over, and sees another creature: This one brown and white, bearing resemblance to a canine pup. It flicks a large ears a bit and looks at the wolf with curiousity. The wolf looks it back with equal curiousity. "Another creature I've never seen..." He says softly.

Another voice then barges in from nearby. "Eevee? Eevee! Where are you!"

A small human girl then comes running into the area, stopping in her tracks when she sees the large wolfman. She steps forward slowly and grabs the pup creature, then backing up again, never taking her eyes off the wolf. The wolf can see the fear in her eyes. "Hey... Wait... It's okay... My name is Vyth, I mean no harm..." He says.

The girl is startled by Vyth's sudden speech and begins running away into the trees. Vyth shrugs. Well... There's some civilization here somewhere... But what is with all these animals? Even in my years as a ranger have a never seen such things... He ponders to himself.

He then decides to find some civilization to go to. He follows in a similar direction to where the girl ran, yanking out his two short swords from his belt to slice away overhangs that get in his way. Otherwise, he strides through the overgrowth with little effort. The wonders of being a ranger. He keeps his eyes and ears ever so open, waiting for something to give him a sign that there's more than just jungle wherever he is. A noise then catches his ear. Two voices. "Zang...."

He turns in the direction he hears it, envoking his power to camouflage in with the trees. He approaches a small clearing and peers through a bush, then going a bit wide-eyed at what he sees. Two more creatures he cannot identify: Both of them large and white-furred, with dashes of red fur in certain places. But aside from that, they were mating. The male is on top, drilling his wide red member into the female's clit, easily driving in at least 5 inches at a time. The female yells out in ecstasy with each thrust into her, her arms wrapped around the male's neck as he licks his tounge across her face. Vyth watches for a moment, then snapping to his senses and pulling away from the bush, blushing slightly. Damnit... I feel like such a pervert...

He notices a bulge from underneath his pants, but he looks back up and ignores it. He walks away from the joyous cries of the mating creatures, secretly wishing he could stay to watch, but it didn't feel right to him. After what seemed like half an hour of travelling, Vyth notices a change in the ground. It's starting to get a lot more grassy. The jungle has opened up a bit, the trees more spread out, and more grass and flowers growing across the soil. This is an odd jungle...

Another wide variety of creatures comb the area, most of which hiding at the sight of the big wolf. Vyth looks around in amazement at the diversity of the wildlife. He had never even heard stories of a place like this. Seems like such the Bard's tale living around him. As he tries to assess the environment, he notices a lake with a few of the creatures swimming within it. A powerful beam of sunlight shines down through the trees onto the water. Vyth drops his backpack & sheathed katana down near a tree. How nice. I suppose now would be a nice time to rest my aching joints...

He removes his clothing, custom made brown & green outdoor wear, especially tough for his wild lifestyle. He begins to notice several of the native animals starting at him and perking their ears as he approaches the spring. Now he didn't feel like the only pervert. He smirks as he steps slowly into the lake, noticing that it is indeed quite warm water. He sits down and lays back, letting out a pleasureful sigh. He sees a lot of the creatures in the spring look at him curiously, shrugging off their gazes and closing his eyes to slip into the world of thought. He thinks back to his fight. Vorastrix... Cursed half-dragon. Why must you hold a grudge?

He remembers the old days. Days when they used to be friends. Trained differently, of course, but they adventured together. They grew powerful together. And once it all went wrong, they knew each others strengths. Each others weaknesses. Not wishing to dwell on it anymore, Vyth casts it out of his mind, and looks up toward the sky and the surrounding trees. Oh how he loved nature. He finds himself endlessly intrigued by the prospects of this area. Especially all the creatures. The creatures... He finds his mind drifting back to the two he saw earlier. The ones mating. They seemed like wild animals, but they mated like intelligent beings. And it was alluring. Vyth tries to take his mind off of it, but it's too difficult. His mind is trapped in the imagery. His sight is attuned to nothing now. Suddenly, a splash. Vyth snaps back to his senses and notices one of the animals has leaped into the lake, enjoying itself. He lets out a breath, and can't help but see his large pink member beginning to show itself from its sheath. Losing himself again, he takes one of his claws and lightly runs it across his wolfmeat, growling pleasurably. He then pulls his hand away at the sound of another splash from the playful animals. He shakes his head around quickly. "Damnit, Vutha... You're doing it again..." He says, then sighing. "I'm just too sex-starved, I suppose..."

He climbs out of the warm water, allowing his cock to withdraw itself as he walks back to his clothing. He only has time to put his pants back on when he hears a shuffle in the bushes nearby. He turns and looks, spotting a faint trace of large, red eyes glaring at him with evil intent. He grabs his katana hilt as he senses a lunge, leaping high above ground with the katana with him as a mass of black flies underneath him. He lands on his feet, katana high, a bit shocked at what he sees before him. It's a snake, incredibly large, easily over 8 feet in height alone. Markings of yellow and purple are across parts of its body, and massive red fangs protude from it's clothed mouth. A massive stripe of red is also evident on it's sword-like tail. It turns toward Vyth with annoyed look. It then speaks, and because of a special trait Vyth has, he can understand it. "Cursed wolf... How did he jump me..."

Vyth spins his katana once and glares at the menacing reptile, then deciding to speak in common tounge. "I sensed your approach, so I dodged. I don't sit back and get attacked."

The snake goes wide-eyed in surprise. "What? How do you understand what I'm saying?"

"None of your business. Now if you're hungry for wolf flesh, I dare you to come get it."

The snake hisses and smiles, almost seeming to laugh. "Your blade doesn't scare me. I own this forest."

"I will make you fear my blade."

The black snake hisses again, then rising up onto its back half, head high, swaying back and forth slightly. Vyth shows no fear. The snake continues looking at Vyth with a smirk, a sudden shadow of purple darkness beginning to expand around from behind him. Vyth looks on in surprise, not able to identify the move. "What is this sorcery?" He yells aloud.

"Sorcery? Ha. This is no magic spell."

The darkness expands around the two of them and flashes suddenly, somehow knocking Vyth backward into the tree. He struggles to his feet and looks in time to see the snake flying at him, tail first. He moves to the side as the snake's tail blade narrowly misses him and hits the tree. He takes the opportunity and slashes sideways with his katana, striking the snake's side, but it does not cut him straight through. The snake hisses angrily and flings it's head downward, catching Vyth's forearm with its two massive fangs. Vyth cries aloud and swings his sword again, this time at the beast's head. The snake withdraws it head backward and dodges, then removing its tail blade from the tree and slashing it across Vyth's stomach, falling backward in the process. Vyth staggers backward and gets back to his fighting stance, though now with two bleeding wounds. The snake props itself back to normal and smiles evilly. Before either of them can do anything, a screech is heard. The snake turns to the side, getting struck by a flying creature. It's large, but not quite as large as the snake. It's colored red and orange in a pattern, and has orange wings with yellow trim. The crest on the tail is the same way. Though it's most intriguing feature is its head crest, which is split in two, and is colored to look like a flame. It lands on the ground after the flying kick, its bright green eyes glaring at the snake, who has just fallen into the lake and fights to get out. It crosses its arms. "Seviper... You're at it again." It says, its voice showing that it's obviously male.

The Seviper slithes out of the lake and looks back at the flyer. "I told you to stay out of it..."

"Why? Because you 'own this forest?' Give me a break. POKEMON! Gather forward!"

Several creatures who were hiding amongst the trees watching the battle show themselves, almost all of which now afixxing angry glares on Seviper. Seviper looks around at all them, quite annoyed. "Fine then. You win this time, you cursed Flygon... But you're not getting rid of me. Ever! Understand that!"

With that, he coils up and leaps over a few Pokemon and into the trees. They all begin looking at each other and mingling, some as if to give off sighs of relief. The Flygon lets off his own sigh of relief, then looking behind him, seeing Vyth, the wolf who dared fight the Seviper. Vyth is attempting to gather his things, but he can feel his body rejecting his movements. Flygon begins walking toward him. "Hey... Are you alright?"

Vyth says nothing, and instead holds up a green jewel, then moving his hand and speaking in an unknown language. A glow begins forming around the jewel, and the Flygon looks on, confused. The glow abruptly stops, and Vyth drops the jewel, falling to his knees. "... damnit..." He says, faintly.

Flygon steps forward again, now noticing the wounds Vyth has. "Oh no! Seviper's poison!"

Vyth once again says nothing, his eyes darkening, and he collapses forward, unconscious.
