Death shook his head, sighing, "Alright Flint. I'll help you get stronger. But...we'll do it at night...safer that way."

The group pressed onward, the formation the same as it always had been. Albel led, since he knew the direction to Brotherhood bases. Inferno and Sky were right behind him, Rika and Bane just to the right, Death and Ferra to the left. The pups behind the line of adults, with Tia and Blaze bringing up the rear. The group more or less trusted Albel, he seemed dead set on killing Nadox, and any allies to the human. Though most of the group didn't exactly think his motives the best, they accepted he wasn't going to turn on them anytime soon.
Tia smiled, chuckling at Blaze, getting a funny look from the typhlosion. "What's up Tia?" The male asked.
The tyranitar smiled, "Nothing...just thinking...about how handsome you are." Her mate blushed from her words, looking away. The act only made Tai giggled more, smiling at him sweetly. A week and a half after the attack on the Dragoon Platoon, Albel was getting nervous about the situation, mentioning how the Brotherhood should have tried something by now. That night, the training session went on as usual, Flint smirking as he finally managed to land a hit on Death. But Death's ear suddenly sparked, focusing in on an approaching group...a fairly large one.
Death looked towards the source of the noise, and Flint did so too. "Flint...hide in the bushes...if I flick my tentacles out, I want you to run back and tell the others. Got it?" The pup nodded, heading into the bushes closet to his family.
Death kept his eyes on the area that the group was approaching from, before letting out a snarl, his tentacles flicking out. The human chuckled, "Very brave words Death. But you'll find that this time...you're quite outmatched."
Death looked over the soldiers around the human, than scoffed, "I don't see much of a challenge from these guys."

The dark energy finished taking form, Death stared mouth agape, as Sima Yi smirked, "You and I have a long history Death...that ends here." The newly formed shadow launched itself at Death.
