Rescue Crisis
Ash waited in one of several stolen Sektor Sieben submarines. The plan was for a group of soldiers and Trainers to sneak into Sektor Sieben HQ on two missions. One was to make a distraction while other submarines with more soldiers docked at different parts of the HQ. 'Hang in there Marina. We'll get you outta there.' Ash thought. Absol sat next to Ash. 'I will make them pay for taking her' Absol thought. They just waited.
The submarines docked at the underwater HQ. Sektor Sieben agents and robots waited until a few smoke grenades were thrown out of the submarines. Poke Balls were thrown into the air, releasing various Pokémon. Soldiers and Trainers jumped out as the attack began.
Deep inside the HQ's command center. Marina and Buizel sat in a cage surround by agents and robots. "What do you want with us?" Marina asked. "What we always planned to do. Kill you." a voice said. "Why do they want to kill you?" Buizel asked. "I was told before by agents. They think my death will prevent a disaster. A disaster that has something to do with metal giants from the stars coming to Earth to wage their war." Marina said. Before Buizel could say anything, gunfire was heard somewhere else in the HQ. "All agents at arms. All robots prepare for battle. We are under attack." a voice said. Hope returned to Marina as she knew somehow that Ash had come to rescue her.
A robot was hit with a barrage of bullets before falling down. "Over here!" a soldier shouted. "Secure this area!" another soldier shouted. They took cover as they heard the sound of marching. Ash poked his head out. He saw a robot turning down the corridor. Ash then gave the signal that was meant for 'robot'. Nodding, the soldiers moved out and fired on the agents and robots. The agents fired guns on the soldiers while the robots fired bolts of electricity at them. Several soldiers went down. More agents appeared. Soldiers turned and fired on them. "I hope Shane's having a much better time then we are!" Ash shouted over the gunfire. "I just hope the other Gym Leaders are doing better then we are!" Brock replied over the gunfire.
"Cover your left flank!" Lt Surge shouted as he fired his gun. Nodding, soldiers turned around and fired, bringing down several agents and robots. "Use smoke grenades!" a soldier said as they threw them. The smoke filled the corridor as the soldiers continued the assault.
A man in the command center watched as an agent came up to him. "Sir, we can't hold out for long. There's just too many of them." the agent said. "Unless they reach here, we will keep trying to hold them off. If all else fails, we will activate the HQ's self destruct." The man said. Marina just sat there hoping Ash would get there soon.
Absol sent two Razor Wind attacks at two robots. Ash dodged a bolt of electricity fired at him by a robot. A soldier fired on more agents. "I knew there was going to be heavy resistance, but I didn't think they would be this heavy!" Ash said. "Yeah, but then again, we are attacking their HQ." Mewtwo said who used his telekinetic strength to fight. Tabitha came up to the wall while hidden from view and said "I really wish the Bioweapon project would've worked." Ash looked at him and asked "What Bioweapon?" Tabitha looked at him and said "We planned to create a Bioweapon. And when I say we, I mean Team Magma and Team Aqua together." Tabitha said. A bolt of electricity flew by their heads. "Die, you traitors!" a soldier shouted as he fired on the agents and robots. "We aren't making enough progress!" Ash shouted. "Here!" a soldier shouted pointing to what looked like a ventilation shaft. "Thanks! Help me up!" Ash said as several soldiers gave him a boost.
A few minutes later Ash, Mewtwo, Absol, Pikachu, Tabitha and several soldiers were in the shaft. "We planned on creating a Bioweapon made from the DNA of 386 species of Pokemon." Tabitha said. "So why didn't you do it?" Ash asked. "We tried, but something always went wrong. As if one already exists, but in another universe. Over countless tries, we gave up on trying to create the Bioweapon." Tabitha said. Ash just kept his mind on the mission.
After half an hour of crawling they stopped at a point. "Now according to the captured agents, this is the command center of the HQ." a soldier whispered. "If you've captured agents, then why didn't you know the location of their HQ?" Ash asked. "Because they won't give that information, regardless of what we threatened them with." the soldier explained. Ash looked and saw the cage containing Marina and Buizel. Nodding, a soldier broke down the grate in the way and they piled out. "It's too late. By now all agents and robots will have evacuated. Leaving this base to self destruct." a voice said as a timer appeared on a screen.
"Everyone out of the base. Back to the submarines!" a soldier shouted. "Ash, you've got to come with us!" Tabitha said as the soldiers left. "I can't! I have to save these two!" Ash said as he pointed to the lock on the cage. "I will stay and get him out of here. The rest of you get going." Mewtwo said as he, Pikachu and Absol joined Ash in trying to get the cage unlocked. Nodding, the soldiers and Tabitha ran off. "Come on, we've got to get them out of here!" Ash shouted. "Let me handle it." Mewtwo said as he pulled the cage door off with a psychic pull. "That was easy. Thanks Mewtwo!" Ash said. An explosion was heard at several parts of the base. Ash reached into the cage and grabbed Marina. "Ash, you came for me!" Marina cried. "Of course! I have to protect my girlfriend!" Ash laughed. "Don't forget Buizel." Marina said as Ash nodded and grabbed Buizel as well. "All of you stand near me." Mewtwo said. After they were near him, he generated a barrier around them. The ceiling of the command center of the HQ exploded and water began to pour in. Mewtwo, with the others, flew out of the HQ. Ash saw Lugia and other Water type Pokemon destroying the rest of the HQ as the submarines escaped.
An hour later. Everyone was gathered round the Trainers and soldiers. Ash had watched the legendaries disappear with the promise of seeing them again. Ash, Brock, Dawn, Marina, Absol, Pikachu and their escorts had already left the town going on to the next place of the journey. All of them have a feeling that Sektor Sieben will be back.

Ash, Brock, Dawn, Marina, Absol, Pikachu and their escorts had already left the town going on to the next place of the journey. All of them have a feeling that Sektor Sieben will be back.
