Chapter 16
One day after the death of Absol, Ash was sitting on the edge of a dock overlooking the ocean. He was still sad about Absol passing away the other day. He held in his arms, close to his chest Shadowfang and Cinder. The two of them looking at the ocean as well but with wide eyes.
"Well I think we should head back inside the base" Ash said to the two of them as he got up and walked back towards the base. Latias who was now named Garnet floated near the door looking out towards the forest.
"You were so close to Absol. Weren't you?" she asked, still looking out towards the forest.
"Yes, he was one of my closet friends. By the way have you seen Jolt?" Ash asked.
"Jolt is hanging out with Eva" Garnet said landing on the ground next to Ash.
"Something they talked about?" Ash said looking at the Latias.
"No it seems as if they are very sad about something" she said.
"They have a sister named Eve. But she is in the universe Shane is from" Ash said.
"I feel sorry for them. They must be as sad as I was knowing I couldn't see Latios ever again" Garnet said.
"Yeah I know what you mean he was a good friend even though I knew him for less then a day" Ash said.
"I have heard that Blackout will come back online soon. And Optimus Prime wants you to be there" Garnet said.
Ash stopped Jessie and James who were walking by at the time and said "Can you two please look after Shadowfang and Cinder for a little while?"
"Sure we can do that. After all we want to make up for all the evil we did when we were part of Team Rocket" James said.
Ash nodded as he handed them over to the two former Team Rocket members. With that he along with Garnet following went to where Blackout was.
Blackout's optics turned on as he sat up. He looked around taking in he was not in a TRDA base. He saw the symbol of the APL above a door.
"If I am in the Autobot base then why haven't I been turned to scrap metal?" He asked himself. He then looked around to try and find Skorponok. Blackout found him on the floor still operational. "What the slag is going on here?" Blackout said.
"We brought you here to be repaired after you refused to kill those humans in the Battle for the Soul Dew" Optimus Prime said as he entered the room.
"We are giving you a choice. Go back to the Decepticons or stay with the Autobots or just go anywhere" Optimus said.
"Who was the bot that asked you guys to repair me" Blackout asked as he looked at the Autobot in the medical center.
"An Autobot did not ask us to repair you" Ratchet said.
"Then who did?" Blackout asked still looking around the medical centre.
"A human named Ash Ketchum asked us to repair you" Optimus said.
"Where is this human?" Blackout asked.
"I'm right here" Ash said as he entered the medical bay.
"You are the one who asked them to repair me?" Blackout asked as he looked down at Ash.
"Yeah. I did. I mean you were a Decepticon but you didn't kill those humans. I thought you being repair was a good way to help you" Ash said.
"You saved me from death. That amount of damage would of made my spark go out forever. For that my life is in your debt" Blackout said.
"Does that mean you owe me a life debt" Ash asked. Blackout nodded.
"Then welcome to the Autobots Blackout" Optimus said.
"Blackout was my Decepticon. Call me....Evac" the former Decepticon said.
"Ok. Evac it is then" Optimus said. Evac got up off the table and with Scorponok walked to Ash where he kneeled down.
"I will serve you in battle well, Lord Ash" Evac said.
"Just call me Ash" Ash said to the large Transformer, touching him on the leg.
"Sir we have picked up a large amount of energy. But it was for a split second. We are now picking a small life sign there" Wheeljack said as he came up.
"Alright Ash I want you and Evac to check it out" Optimus said.
"Optimus sir. I don't think it is wise to send Ash with a former Decepticon" Bakuha said.
"Fine. Bakuha will go with Ash and Evac" Optimus said.
A few hours later. Ash along with Evac and Bakuha walked through a forest. Then they came across a clearing where they found a shiny Eevee lying on the ground.
"Poor thing wonder what happened" Ash said as they got closer to the Eevee. A whine of Alien engines was heard and a large silver jet flew over before transforming to reveal Megatron's robot mode. Megatron looked at Bakuha, then Ash and finally Evac.
"Blackout. I see you survived the damage you got from your betrayal and now you joined the Autobots" Megatron said.
"I am not trusted among the Autobots. But I will gain their trust when I reduce you to a pile of scrap metal Megatron" Evac said.
"You will never reduce me to scrap metal" Megatron said.
"He will have my help" Bakuha said as she walked forward.
"Fine I will take you both out" Megatron said, clenching his giant fist.
"Ash get that Eevee out of here" Bakuha said as she brought her Beam Claymore up.
Ash nodded and picked up the shiny Eevee and ran as fast as he can. The sickening sound of metal hitting metal was heard. Ash ran with the Eevee in his arms. He tripped over a root. The Eevee flew out of his arms and landed on the ground. As Ash got up he heard a new sound over the noise of metal hitting metal. This was a growling sound. Turning around Ash saw a group of five Houndoom walking into his field of vision. He recognized the lead one.
"Well if it isn't that human that was with that Absol. So, tell me, where is your Absol?" the lead one said.
"He's dead, Cerberus" Ash said.
The lead Houndoom looked shocked and said "You know my name?"
"Yes I know all of the names. But not the one that is laughing like a lunatic over there" Ash said pointing at the Houndoom who was indeed laughing like a lunatic.
"Well since Absol is not here then you and that Eevee will die" Cerberus said.
"Yeah well, I am hard to kill" Ash smiled as he started to glow. After the glowed died down a humanoid Groudon stood in Ash's place.
"Do you want to mess around the powers of the Legendary Groundon" Ash said his voice now a lot deeper.
"We will still kill you. Bloodbath kill him" Cerberus said.
"With pleasure" Bloodbath said as he ran forward. Ash barely had the time to react before Bloodbath knocked him off his feet. Bloodbath's jaws opened wide as he lunged at Ash's throat. But Ash quickly grabbed Bloodbath's jaw and began to force the jaws open even wider. Standing up Ash threw Bloodbath into a tree. Cerberus charged forward along with the other four. Ash stood his ground as the Houndooms came closer. Cerberus, who was closest was hit hard as Ash swung one of his arms towards the Houndoom. Ash attacked again and again, his arms swinging around hitting each of the Houndoom as they got close. Ash grabbed one by the tail and threw him into another. Bloodbath and Cerberus came around for another attack. Before they got any closer bullets were fired at them. They dodged and looked up to see Bakuha and Evac heading towards them.
"Retreat" Cerberus shouted as the five Houndoom turned around and ran.
"Thanks" Ash said as Evac and Bakuha came closer.
"Your welcome. But we need to get out of here fast. Megatron will be back with more troops" Evac said as Bakuha stood behind him looking around.
"Right" Ash said as he changed back to human. Taking a Poke-ball from his belt, he threw it at the Eevee catching it in seconds. Picking up the Poke-ball Ash began to run while Evac and Bakuha transformed into their vehicle modes.
A while later, the Nurse Joy of the Autobot base was examining the shiny Eevee over.
"The Eevee seems fine. But you said that she was found in the woods with no signs of a Pokemon battle?" Nurse Joy asked.
"No. I only had time to get her away before Megatron himself appeared" Ash said.
"Well since you caught her I think it is best to introduce her to your other Pokemon" Nurse Joy said.
"Yeah, good idea. Charizard, Raichu, Shadowfang, Luca, Flora, Luna, Jolt, Crystal, Garnet. Come in here" Ash said as his Pokemon came in with Garnet holding Shadowfang.
"Say hello to the newest addition to the team" Ash said. The Eevee woke up and began to freak out.
"Where am I?" she said looking around the scared look growing more defined.
"You're in the Autobot base" Nurse Joy said.
"Base? What's a base? What are the Autobots?" the Eevee said looking around.
"You mean you don't know about the war that is going on?" Ash asked.
The Eevee looked at him and said "What war? What is going on? What have you done with Vixen, Ace, Mellisa, Frost, Hinomoto, Daichi and Lily?"
The Eevee began to tremble as she began to cry. Jolt took one good look at her and then shouted in happiness.
"Eve! So good to see you again" The Eevee looked up tears still in her eyes.
"How do you know my name?" she asked.
"This maybe be hard for you to believe me, but I am am your older sister" Jolt said.
"What. I don't have an older sister. The only one I have is Eva" Eve said. Pulling a comm link out Ash spoke into it. A few minutes later Shane and Eva walked in. They both stopped when they saw Eve.
"Eve? But how? You were in the other universe when we last saw you" Shane said as he took a step forward.
"Ok I am confused now. I appear in this universe and have been caught by this human here. And this Jolteon claims she is my older sister" Eve said.
"Umm Jolt is your older sister. She is my older sister as well" Eva said.
Eve looked at Jolt who smiled and said "It's true."
Tears appeared in her eyes again as Eve walked over to Jolt. Jolt then gave Eve a Jolteon version of a hug.
"But wait she said you caught her Ash" Shane said as he turned to Ash.
"I did catch her. But only because Megatron was there" Ash said.
"Well I guess she is yours until we find a way to return her to my home universe" Shane said.
Ash nodded and watched as Eve caught up on the things that had happened with Jolt and Eva.
