    We wish to advise all users who are experiencing any issues whatsoever with the Gallery:
     
    The Gallery is running on closed-source software on a seperate server that we the agnph staff have only limited access to. Any issues corresponding to files outside of our access rely on the efforts of the Ouroboros development team. We regret to inform you that because of this factor, issues partaining to the Gallery portion of the site may not be fixed in a timely manner, but we make the best effort possible to contact the dev team asap in severe cases.

    My browser says I can't tag until my account is three day old and I can't upload until it a well old. I thought the cool down was fixed.

    After trying to register to the Gallery section all I'm getting is

    The page cannot be displayed. (80710004)

    Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, And/or incognito/private browsing mode.  That might resolve persisting issues.

    I know why I now can't access Gallery................ my username was banned for some reason!

    I'm getting the white screen, similar to when I was accidentally banned from this forum too

    I'm getting the white screen, similar to when I was accidentally banned from this forum too


    Banning should never cause a white screen, being banned should still load the forum skin but show nothing else but a "You have been banned from these forums." message.

    A white screen means absolutely nothing loaded, indicating a connection issue or a block of your IP at the system-level (we do not do this to non-spambot user accounts).

    Although it was written in more technical language, Hatchling just indicated that the problem could not possibly be something to do with AGNPH -- so there's nothing to 'check out'.

    He advised you to check connection issues, possibly to do with your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
