Story Notes:
Not really sure if anyone has done this storyline before, but if you have, please tell me. I don't have any problem taking it off.
Chapter 1
Jeremy woke up on the sand of the beach. The events from the night before were all a blur. All he could remember was fire and water. Time seemed to crawl as he struggled to remember something, anything else. Suddenly he heard a splash in the water. His sensitive ears picked up where the sound had come from. As he looked around, he could only see a tail submerge in the water. "Wait!" he shouted after it, "Come back!" but he was too late, and it was gone. To Jeremy, water was a fatal liquid. This meant he could not swim or have contact with rain for very long. If he did, he would undoubtedly die. Jeremy was never one to give up easily, so he grabbed two nearby sticks and put them in the shape of an "X" in the sand. He blew a small flamethrower at it, creating a charred black "X" where the sticks had been. He then walked through the woods towards his home.

As Jeremy slept, he remembered everything...
"Captain Jeremy sir, there's been a breach in the hull of the ship!" Says one of his seamen. "I'll notify one of the maintenance crews." He said walking to the front of the ship. He clouds began to grow dark and gloomy around him. "It can't be," he muttered to himself, still approaching the front end of the mighty Artemis. His old comrade Kio gave it to him, and he had it for about years now. He had gained it after saving Kio from Kogre after going on a voyage towards sootopolis. He had also agreed to give him one more ship after he destroyed Artemis, knowing Jeremy all too well. The ship suddenly jerked to the side, snapping Jeremy back to reality. He acted quickly, grabbing the wheel to keep from falling. "Sir!" shouted the same seamen as before. "What is it?" "Gyarados to starboard!" "Fend them off then!" Jeremy said shaking his fist. "But sir, we've already lost too many men!" "Well then fight harder!" He shouted over a boom of thunder. "No..." Jeremy had felt something... Rain! "Fire Barrier!" He shouted as flames consumed his body. This would dissolve any rain on or near him. Again, the ship jerked to its side. Jeremy was off guard and was sent flying towards the water. He broke through the railing of Artemis, and fell towards the water. Just as Jeremy thought that he was a goner, a serpent like figure caught him.

Jeremy woke up in his bed. Who was that? What was that? He thought. It was raining outside, but Jeremy didn't care. His fire barrier would protect him from it just fine. He activated it and ran outside towards the beach to find his "X". When he found the washed and worn black "X", he sat there and waited, Not knowing what he was waiting for.Chapter End Notes:I hope you liked the first chapter, the second one is being revised currently, so please be patient
