Having been travelling the Sinnoh region for a few weeks, Ash and Kalani had recently passed through Pastoria City. In search for tough Trainers that could provide a worthy challenge, Ash and Kalani wandered until they found themselves just outside the Safari Zone of the Sinnoh region. But it was also called the Great Marsh for its patches of wetlands within the area.
Ash and Kalani stared up at the sign that stood outside the registration gate for Safari Games. After a moment, Ash grumbled, "Why are we even here? It's not like I came to Sinnoh to catch more Pokémon. And Trainers can't use Pokémon while inside. We'd be wasting our time if we went in there." But as they turned to leave, Ash and Kalani looked up as they heard a faint buzzing. They soon noticed a Beedrill pass overhead.
Ash smirked, "A Beedrill, huh? It won't last long against a Fire type like you. But do ya still wanna take it on?" Kalani, having not seen any action all day, cracked her knuckles as she gave him a smirk. "Fair enough. Let's start off with a Flamethrower." Kalani threw her head back before launching a blast of fire from her beak. The Beedrill noticed at the last second and barely evaded the unexpected assault. As it eyed the Blaziken, it made a dive towards her with the stingers on its forelegs pointing forward. But as Kalani waited for the Beedrill to come at her, she watched in shock as it flew right past her!
What the..." Ash gulped as it seemed the Beedrill was coming for him instead! "Oh crap!" He turned and ran, but tripped and fell after a short sprint. He turned around and froze as he saw the Beedrill close in on him. "Oh man, please don't!" He covered his head as he stuck his face in the ground. To his surprise, Ash grunted as the Beedrill rammed him, causing him to roll for a second before ending up on his back. A second later, Ash froze as he felt something stab him between his legs. He then let out a scream as the Beedrill pulled one of its forelegs back, his hands gripping his crotch as if someone had kicked him there.
Kalani's eye twitched as she saw her Trainer writhe in agony as the Beedrill had stabbed him in a very tender spot on the body. But when she saw the Beedrill preparing to stab Ash again, she ran up to it and struck it with a Blaze Kick, sending the bug flying a good distance before collapsing in a heap as it smoldered from the fiery blow. As much as she disliked Ash, she still needed him as a Trainer.
Kalani kneeled down next to Ash as he groaned, "Aw man... It hurts bad... Why'd it have to be there?" Kalani chuckled to herself as she laughed at Ash's misfortune. The Trainer then pleaded, "Don't just stand there! HELP ME!!!" Kalani then smirked before raising her fist before striking Ash in the head, knocking him out cold. She then looked around and found that night was already approaching as the sun had begun to set. She grabbed Ash by a leg and dragged him into the forest nearby to set up camp for the night.
The next morning, Ash stirred as he awoke to the sun shining on his face. He found that he was covered in a simple blanket and that Kalani was looking down at him while snacking on some sunflower seeds. "Huh...? Wait... Last thing I remember is..." He then smiled, "It doesn't hurt anymore! Awesome!" But he then felt around his crotch, "But why do my pants feel so tight?" He then threw the blanket off of him and started to fumble with his belt buckle. "Man, I can't stand it! Gotta get it off!" He stood still as a sinister smirk crept across his face. "Well..... I do know of one cure." Ash smiled, "You do?! What is it?!" Paul smirked as he turned around, "All you have to do is apply a Kangaskhan's to the affected area and the swelling to go down quickly." Ash grinned, "That's it? Awesome!" But his face soon changed from relief to confusion. He then asked, "Uh...wait. Kangaskhan make honey? And how do I get it?" Paul smirked and walked away while replying, "Use your imagination." He then laughed under his breath.
Ash and Kalani glanced at each other as neither had ever heard that Kangaskhan make honey before. Ash muttered, "So Kangaskhan make honey? Is that a trick question? Maybe it's a slang term. What can 'honey' stand for?" Ash brought a hand to his chin, "All Kangaskhan are female, but they're not insects..." After a moment of pondering, Ash and Kalani glanced at each other with mortified expressions. "Oh crap..... He doesn't mean....." Ash became very blue in the face as he began to feel sick, "Aw nononononnonono!!!!! TELL ME THIS ISN'T REAL!!!" Standing in a huddled mass was a great herd of Kangaskhan. They seemed to be tending to their young while keeping an eye out for danger. Ash smiled, "That wasn't so hard! I'll be cured in no time." He then began to lumber towards the herd. But once the herd saw him coming, they all turned to face him and froze. When Ash came close enough to see the glares they were giving him, he froze. "Uh... Hi there. I...uh...was stung by a Beedrill and need some....." He then gulped, (What the hell was I thinking?! There's no way they would let me do THAT with them! And if I try to force them...) He gulped as he remembered what happened to Team Rocket when they tried to round up an entire herd of Kangaskhan and were sent flying by the matriarch of the group, SUV and all. He raised his hands and sheepishly grinned, "OK, I'll just be going now..." He then slowly began to walk backwards. Once he was at least 200 feet away from them, the herd of Kangaskhan turned away and went back to whatever they were doing.
Ash staggered over to a hillside and sat down, "Man, this is trickier than I thought. There's no way I'll get what I need as long as they're together. But Kangaskhan always stay together! How can I get one away?" But as he watched the herd, he noticed one of the Kangaskhan standing about one foot taller than the rest. She seemed to be standing right at the center of the herd as well. Ash nodded, "I'll bet that's the matriarch." After a moment, the matriarch began to shove her way through the herd and out of it. She then seemed to give a command to the others and walked away into a forested area. Ash smirked, "I think I got it."
Ash followed the Kangaskhan while trying to stay hidden from her. He watched how she tended to the child resting in her pouch. And at one point she let the child out of her pouch to walk around, staying a significant distance behind it. That was when Ash had an idea. He scurried ahead in the direction the two Kangaskhan were heading. And in a small clearing he found what he was looking for. The was a small cliff with a tree growing up next to it, practically touching the side of it. The cliff was next to a gentle slope that dropped only several feet, perhaps atop a small cave that had been filled with sediment over the years. But the tree was dead with a large hole in the side and was completely hollow. Ash then quickly looked around and rounded up some various berries, including some very exotic ones, and dropped them down the tree. He then took shelter behind a bush and waited.
After a short while, the baby Kangaskhan came into view and immediately noticed the faint aroma of the berries wafting from the hollow trunk of the tree. She ran towards it and hoisted herself up into the hole. The trunk was on a slight slant, so the Kangaskhan simply slid down it like a tube slide. Once she reached the bottom, the Kangaskhan infant devoured the berries. But she soon found herself unable to climb out. She cried for her mother, who came running to the clearing. Ash gulped, (Come on... Just a little more...) The Kangaskhan then peeked into the hole in the trunk and saw her child at the bottom. She then bowed, "I'll be right back with those berries."

Knowing it was best to leave, the Blaziken left the room and closed the door behind her. A few seconds later, Ash screamed, "Paul, I'm GONNA FRICKING KILL YOU!!!!"

Freya and Kalani also noticed this and turned to Ash in an attempt to ask for an explanation. But when they faced him, they saw him leaning next to the window with a dazed expression and some fluid dripping from his mouth, a sign that he had just vomited. He muttered, "I swear...I'll get you for this, Paul..."

The constant thrusting from Ash had weakened the structure until the rotten wood began to give away! With a crash, the hollow log hit the ground away from the cliff, resulting in the matriarch being stuck upside-down with her rear in the air. A few inches of the base of the tree remained in place, with the infant Kangaskhan looking around curiously, wondering what had happened.
Ash sighed as he looked down at his massively swollen member. "Hmm... I can feel the tingling. I guess it's working. Now to scram before the rangers show up." Once he pulled up his pants, Ash turned to leave, but became rooted in place at the sight before him. "Oh shi..." Ash began to sweat buckets as he found the entire herd standing before him. They all seemed to understand what he had just done to their leader. Ash turned and screamed, "CRAP!!!" He then clumsily took off running while still being restricted by his massive member, the entire herd of Kangaskhan in pursuit. "I have to say that this probably was NOT worth my time!!!"
Later that night, Ash rested in a hospital bed at the Pokémon Center while black and blue all over. Kalani was standing near him with an amused expression on her face. Soon, Nurse Joy walked in with her diagnosis. "Well, it seems you suffered no broken bones or ruptured organs, but you will probably be sore for a while." Ash sighed, "Yeah. I'm lucky I was able to stay ahead of them until I reached the park gates. If those rangers weren't there, I might not have made it." Nurse Joy then asked, "But what in the world happened to your....um..." She then pointed to his lower body, which was concealed under the bed sheet. Ash blushed, "I was...stung by a Beedrill there. That's why I went into the Safari Zone. To get the cure for it."
Nurse Joy asked, "Cure?" Ash nodded, "Yeah. I had to apply a Kangaskhan's honey to it. That makes the swelling go down." But the nurse asked, "Kangaskhan produce honey?" Ash then raised an eyebrow, "You don't know?" Nurse Joy shrugged her shoulders, "I'm afraid you are mistaken. The cure for your ailment is very simple. All you have to do is take a Pecha, Oran, and Persim berry and the swelling should be gone overnight." Ash and Kalani gave the nurse a flabbergasted expression at this. She then bowed, "I'll be right back with those berries."
Kalani snickered under her breath at the sick joke Paul had pulled on Ash, but soon noticed that Ash was beginning to tremble with an expression of utter rage on his face. Knowing it was best to leave, the Blaziken left the room and closed the door behind her. A few seconds later, Ash screamed, "Paul, I'm GONNA FRICKING KILL YOU!!!!"
Two days later, Ash, Freya, and Kalani rode a train past Pastoria City as they made their way to Hearthome City. But as they passed the border of the Safari Zone, Ash looked out the window and gagged at the sight of the same herd of Kangaskhan from before less and 500 feet away. At that moment, the matriarch recognized Ash's face and fled in terror with the rest of the herd baffled by this unexpected display of cowardice. Freya and Kalani also noticed this and turned to Ash in an attempt to ask for an explanation. But when they faced him, they saw him leaning next to the window with a dazed expression and some fluid dripping from his mouth, a sign that he had just vomited. He muttered, "I swear...I'll get you for this, Paul..."
