Calus and Kiro's plan.
In the night, two dark figures walk the forest, closing in on Barton, lion's hunting their meal. "So the
couple is married now...I guess it's time we ended this game." "Yes master, but how?" The taller one
smiled with such evil that most of the small Pokemon in the area ran, almost fleeing for their lives. "We
kill him, but take the Lucario, the child she has may be of use to us when he is born. Xehan, I leave you
to kill that bot Barton, I must make some final preparations for my grand return." "Yes my master." The two
split off, one heading for Barton, and the other, disappearing into black fire, muttering under his smile.
"This time, I will take Heaven, and make those fools pay for casting me to Hell."
Barton was the first to awaken, he crawled from the bed and covered Bria with the blanket to keep her
warm. He opened the window to feel the breeze and stretched in the sunlight, he seemed to glow with a
new found energy and life as he smiled and felt the breeze wrap around him. It was at the time he
finished stretching that he heard a giggling behind him, when he turned he saw it was his bride watching
him from under the covers. "Maybe you should be dressed before standing at the window." Barton
shrugged and walked to the bed, "Maybe you shouldn't tear my clothes off after we eat." Bria blushed
bright red and Barton started laughing at her. "Silly girl." They were interrupted by footsteps coming
from their window and when they looked they saw Calus looking at the ground and trying to keep from
laughing. "Jeez, you two go at it like rabbits." The all laughed and Calus closed his eyes as Barton
stood up and dressed, Bria watching intently.
"So what brings you here today Calus?" he asks while putting his shirt on. The angel clenched his fist
and looked Barton in the eyes. "We know who's leading Haven, and we know their two main goals." It
was Barton's turn to clench his fist in anger, he had all but forgotten about Haven. "You wont like what
you hear, but you need to hear it. They are after Bria for her half human half pokemon child that will be
born soon. We don't know why, but we are pretty sure its because it's your child so it will have your
powers and hers. Secondly, they want you dead and out of the way. A lot has happened since you
took one of the leaders out, they've reduced in numbers by killing off some of the generals that wanted
out, and the soldiers that sided with them. We can only be sure of two remaining leaders, their strongest
two." Barton turned to look at Bria as Calus talked, flames sparkling in his eyes. "None of that even
comes close to mattering as much as knowing who leads them." Barton turned to look at Calus, "Who,
who leads these people, who has such a great hatred as to try and topple the world and Heaven?"
Calus looked at the ground and slammed his fist into the wall, "Only one man in history, Lucifer. He's
back to take Heaven, and using any means, and paying any price."
Barton's eyes went wide in disbelief, he had always heard about Heaven and Hell as a child, the
struggle of good and evil, God and Satan, but he never even considered the possibility that this could
happen. "Why..why now, why us, why did he choose this time to initiate a war with Heaven?" Calus
sighed and looked up at Barton, "Because he's been draining Pokemon of their power and taking it for
himself ever since we threw him from Heaven. His powers are unimaginable at this point, we have no
idea what to expect. You have to get training, and fast." Barton nodded slowly before looking at Bria,
"But I can't use the final elements yet, so what can I do?" "Trust in us for now, you will know how to
use them soon, but using and mastering are different, and you need to master ALL the elements to even
have a chance to fight him."
Barton sat on the bed and laid his head in Bria's lap, his mind racing with questions and no answers in
sight. The first and foremost for him was why was he being forced to bear all the responsibilities for this.
Calus sighed and kicked Barton's legs, "Wake up, you want to watch Bria be taken away, your child
used to destroy the world? Pull your head out of your ass and get up, we have no time for thinking, you
have to train and train faster then we ever thought we'd have to make you. Get up and let's go, its time
to force those elements to awaken within you and unlock your potential." Barton sat up and nodded,
"What about Bria?" Calus walked to the door and opened it, "She comes, everyone does, they will be
safer with you, myself, our guards, and Kiro around." Barton nodded and helped Bria stand, the three
of them leaving and letting the other angels gather the rest of the group.
After several hours of travel they were back at the mountain range where Kiro and Barton first met.
Kiro was already there waiting for them, he waved them over and helped Bria inside, letting her rest in
his bed, before rejoining Barton and Calus. "So it's come to one of our trump cards has it?" Calus
nodded and looked to Barton, "We are going to force you to master every element, but to do it, you
will need to put your life on the line. You have a high chance of death, but if you live, before the day
turns to night, you will have every element mastered." Barton's eyes went wide in both fear and
confusion. "How does this work, how can it kill me?" Calus and Kiro smiled at each other, "Simple, we
will put you to the edge of death, and your mind will unlock your powers, we just have to hope your
body can take the physical strain of your powers awakening and being forced on you like that." Barton
shivered and looked down, he didn't like how the plan sounded, but he also knew that Calus wouldn't
do this unless he was sure it would work. "I guess we have no choice, but how will you put me on the
edge of death?" Kiro drew his sword and pointed it at Barton, "One swing, I will cut you diagonally,
from your stomach to your shoulder. Not deep enough to kill you outright, but..you get the idea."
Barton nodded and looked at the ground, "What if I just bleed to death while my brain is working?"
Calus smiled and held his hand up, "I'll be healing you slowly, not enough to revive you, but enough to
keep you alive. Doing it this way gives us a sixty to forty chance at success. So whenever your ready
lay down and we will begin." Barton laid down and closed his eyes tightly, his fists clenched, ready for
the pain to come. Before he could move he felt the sword make contact with his flesh and slash straight
through him. He laid there on the ground, blood staining every part of his clothes. He coughed up blood
as he saw a red light in his mind. He felts himself going towards it and as he got closer he felt a warmth
taking hold of him, it was comforting and welcoming. As he got close he saw a small temple with ten
altars, each one with an orb. There was a red orb(fire), blue orb(ice), green orb(wind), brown
orb(earth), light blue(water), yellow orb(lightning), white orb(light), black orb(darkness), a purple
orb(time), and a clear orb with a purplish tent(space). The altars were in a circular pattern and each orb
was glowing brightly, almost blinding him. He walked into the middle of the altars and closed his eyes,
hoping for success. Before long he saw the orbs hovering around him. He reached out and grabbed
one, and watched as it absorbed into his body. He smiled and took each orb one by one, when he had
taken all ten he felt himself waking up, his body had healed itself.
Barton opened his eyes slowly, he was feeling different, he felt stronger than ever before. He sat up and
looked at Calus and Kiro, smiling. "So, is that it, I know it all?" Calus shook his head, "One more thing
to do." Barton cocked his head to the side and stared at them, "What?" Kiro stood up and smiled,
"Train your mind to deal with the mental stress of time and space. For that you simply use those
elements repeatedly. Sorry, no shortcut For those, just use them in battle and you'll be doing it all
yourself." Barton nodded and stood up, his legs shaky but in otherwise decent condition. "So what
now?" Calus stood and put an arm around him, "Well we get everyone here, and then we plan For our
counterattack. For now just rest and take care of Bria, we will get you if anyone finds us." Barton
nodded and turned to walk inside, "Please do, I want to test my skills out." For now, our hero rests,
but with everything he knows, his mind is still asking questions. As he sleeps, the final two generals
make their way to their ultimate goal, one heading For Barton and Bria, and Lucifer himself, heads
toward the ritual ground, hoping to open the gate to Heaven, and take it For himself.
