Rika woke up to a moonlight night. From the position of the moon, dawn would be an about three or four hours. She looked around the place when she remembered what had happened yesterday. All of a sudden a group of grovyle and a few treecko began to land around them. They all had a scar or two and they all looked ready for a fight. A sceptile jumped into view next, he was covered in scars. The one that stood out most was the large X one on his forhead. He chuckled, "I wasn't expecting to find a female around. Gee and here I thought it'd be a while before I had some entertainment."
Inferno growled at them, "You idiots really think you can take us on. I beat down a pack of smug mightyena and I sure as hell will take you fools down."
"Big talk from a dead man." The sceptile launched himself at Inferno. He moved so fast that Inferno was caught off gaurd and sent flying into a tree. Sky tried to hit the sceptile with an ice beam, she thanked her trainer for teaching her it before she died, but the grass type was too fast. He dodged and struck her with a quick attack. Inferno had recovered and launched a hyper beam. The sceptile dodged it, but a group of his followers weren't so lucky, they were hit and sent flying every way in the explosion.
Bane had just finished licking Rika clean. She was about to charge him back up when the explosion sounded. Bane looked toward the source, "AHH DAMN IT!! Always something. Come on we need to see if they're alright." Bane and Rika zoomed off toward their friends.
The entire mob of Grovyle and treecko joined their leader and started to attack Inferno and Sky. The underlings were nowhere near as strong as their boss and on their own they wouldn't have been a problem. But the sceptile kept popping up and throwing Inferno and Sky off leaving them open to an attack. Inferno launched a few fire blasts but they kept coming even if they were hit. Sky was faring no better, she hit a few, but they would just keep coming. The sceptile came out of nowhere and pinned her, "The rest of you take care of that houndoom. And as for you, heh heh heh, well your mine."
"Sky" Inferno used another hyper beam aiming just in front of him. The blast sent everyone, even Inferno flying. Inferno righted him self and charged the sceptile but four grovyle came between him and their boss. The sceptile was already moving his member toward her entrance when he was sent flying. Rika landed in front of Sky, the glow of her iron tail dimming. A group of treecko and grovyle looked at the new comer and what she did and missed the mightyena behind them. The whole lot of them were sent flying off as shadow balls hit them in the back. Inferno hit the grovyle in front of him with a fire blast and directed a second blast toward their leader followed by a barrage of shadow balls. The sceptile was still recovering from the iron tail and couldn't dodge the barrage. He was sent flying into a tree which nearly broke under the feriocity of the assault. He was getting up and jumped out of the way moments before a razor wind struck. His back was cut and he landed with a curse. The sceptile rose and observed the situation, his men were injured and the new comers were at a hundred percent. The sceptile let out a small growl, "Fall back. Fall back. Live to fight another day." The group took to the trees and ran off. Inferno and Sky were panting hard.
Rika came up to them, "I'm so sorry we should have been here. Are you guys going to be okay? Damn it all I'm so sorry."
Inferno gave her a reassuring smile, "Don't worry we'll live right Sky?" she nodded, "See? Damn that sceptile was fast. And his little collection of scum were determined."
Bane snorted, "Great another group that's going to pester us for the rest of this trip. Man why is it we seem to attract such problomatic pokemon? Ohh wait we're traveling with a guy who's gotten into how many fights? I blame you Inferno. You seem to be a magnet for trouble."

Bane nodded, "You got me there. So I guess it's an even trade."

Mean while high up on a cliff over looking the clearing the leader of the mightyena pack watched them. He growled as he saw Bane lick the raichu. "That worthless traitor. Not only has he fallen in love, with prey no less, but he's also sided with those scum. You could have been something Bane, but you were too stupid to follow orders. I'm sickened to know we are of the same litter."
A mightyena approached the leader, "Sir, we brought the pack that you requested."
A pack of arcanine approached the alpha male, one took the lead of the others, "What do you want with us?"
"I'm making you a proposal."
"What kind of proposal? What could you have that we want?"
"A chance at revenge. We both share a common problem. I'm offering that we work together and destroy him. I've heard that you hate a certain houndoom because of what he did years ago. Well I know where that houndoom is."
The arcanine started to growl, "You must mean that insufferable Inferno. That dog was a pest through and through. Okay fine we'll help you. Just give the word and we'll strike. But don't think we'll let you betray us."
"Hardly. That dog killed my leader and father and he's corrupted my brother. I want him dead as much as you do."
A second mightyena approached, "Sir I found the one you wanted."
A nidoking walked into the area, "What does a small little dog like you want with me."
"I understand you have a taste for female absols." The nidoking nodded, "Well we just so happen to plan to attack a group that has one with them. The thing is they have proven to be a real problem. Help us and you can have the absol."
The nidoking smiled, "All I need to do is kill a couple of mindless fodder and I get a rare beauty. HA HA HA that's fine with me. I'm in."
Another mightyena appeared, "Sir, I found them."
The sceptile and his followers came into the meeting, "What is it that makes you think your worthy of my time?"
"Good the fourth leader has arrived. I was watching as you and your followers were fighting that group of scum. I offer you a chance at vengence. We're going to attack them and we're going to rip them apart. So sceptile are you in?"
The sceptile thought over the proposition, "Sure why not and the name's Famine."
The arcanine leader stepped forward, "Mine's War do with us as you will."
The nidoking raised his head, "Call me Pestilence."
The mightyena leader smiled, "My name's Death." he turned back toward the four travelers, "This time you will die. I forsee the end of you all."
Inferno: Curious I never learned their names so is that true or did you make it up to increase the dread.
A little of both actually, the mightyena really was named Death. The others well, I didn't know their names so I decided to go with the four horsemen thing.
Rika: Their names aren't all thats important did you hear what Death said. Talk about stunning revelations.
Bane: Dear god I remember what happens next.
Rika: Dear readers of our great adventure get ready. All hell is going to break loose.
