Hope Ch.16

They awoke to the rays of sunlight, from the looks of the sun it was well into the day. Sky streatched out, the others quickly followed. It had been an eventful night for them, and most of it unpleasant with yet another old foe come back to harass them. Blaze was visably seething, his back had a tower of flame, "Damn him....OROCHI!!!" Blaze yelled, "I can't believe Errol....him of all people is back!" Blaze kicked a rock.

Tia sighed, "I suppose...it was bound to happen."

Rika nodded, "Death, Sarak, and now Errol. Orochi want's an army of hateful and bloodthirsty monsters. And he's getting them."

Sky shuddered, "Do you think....that...Damien and Scar will be brought back?"

Bane, solemly, nodded, "I wouldn't doubt it. He's twisted enough."

Mist, Burn, Link, and Blue were the only ones that didn't have an old foe back from the dead. And that was probably thanks to Orochi not really knowing them. Bane sighed, "I think we should start heading for Kyoko."

Sky nodded, "But it's a bit away now isn't it?"

He nodded, "Yeah...we'll have quite the trip to it." He looked in the direction they needed to go.

Link seemed deep in thought, "You know....there is a way to keep them dead forever."

Rika looked to him, "Really? How?"

"It's a book....one my mother protected." he seemed a bit troubled by the memory. "It's called Keep of the Dead. It's filled with all sorts of rituals and spells, one of them being a way to keep the dead, dead."

Rika smiled, "Alright. Where is this book?"

"At my old home. A natural tower, a gravesite."

Mist gulped, "You mean...we're going into a placed filled with ghosts?"

He shook his head, "It's quite safe."

Bane shrugged, "Where is your home?"

Link looked about, "I'd say...it lies between us and Kyoko. If my memory serves."

Bane looked to the others, "Shall we get this little book?"

Rika nodded, "It means we'll be finally rid of Death."

Sky got up, determination in her eyes, "Along with Sarak."

Blaze and Tia nodded, wanting nothing more than to eradicate Errol forever. Mist, Burn, and Blue nodded as well, since their friends all had something to gain. Bane nodded, "Very well. We'll go there first, find the book..."

"I'll get the spell, then we'll head for Dasi at Kyoko." Bane nodded. They were all up and heading off. Link believed it'd take at least two days to reach the tower. Bane didn't care, it'd still had them heading for Kyoko, and Dasi.

Sky was in the middle of the group, which surprised a few of them. They all were happy she was acting more like her old, cheerful self. She was happy for her change too. Sky felt so more optomistic, and that ment it wasn't hard for her to see a life back with her beloved. She had only had good dreams of him, the first being her all time favorite. She giggled. Rika looked back, "What's so funny?"

Sky shook her head, "Ohh...just thinking is all." Rika eyed her, before shrugging and turning back around. Sky kept smiling, something else everyone was glad to see. And her smile only grew as she remembered the recent dreams she had. Her past dreams, the ones that had her losing him, killing him, being killed by him...they were all a distant memory. "So how do you think Orochi will take it when we get Inferno back?"

Rika looked back smiling, "I'm sure he'll rave and rant...just like any other bastard that's messed with us." Bane nodded.

Burn seemed preoccupied with something going on in the woods next to them. Then he stopped, "You can't fool the senses of a god. Come out!" He looked to a section of woods. The others looked too, as a dragonite emerged, the one that had carried off Inferno at Terria.

Sky snarled, "You!?" the others gave the dragonite the same welcome.

She held her arms up, "I'm not here to fight." They didn't stop glaring at her, "My name's Draganny. I want to help you."

Sky scoffed, "Why?"

"Because....I just do." Sky glared, "Suffice to say...I...I don't want somethings Orochi's doing to be."

Rika didn't believe it one bit, "Sure you don't." she spat, "Why should we trust you? Serpent dog!"

Draganny sighed, "It's your choice whether to believe me but, I overheard about that tower. You had better be prepared for a lot of fighting. Orochi's influence hit that place several weeks ago, and since then the ghosts are in an uproar. You'll be attacked the second you enter."

Blaze scoffed, "Yeah sure."

"What could my lie do to harm you?" she had them there. Putting them on gaurd did nothing to help destroy them. Draganny sighed, "I don't expect you guys to trust me with your lives. Just...be careful. You're the only ones that can..." she didn't finish, but took off into the air. They watched her go.

Sky shook her head, "Why is she helping us?"

Rika scowled, "Maybe she's trying to gain our trust, and then betray us when she has it."

Bane nodded, "I wouldn't be surprised. Orochi would try something like that."

Link nodded too, "Shall we continue?" They nodded and continued on. Eventually they came across a larg clearing at the base of a hill, and it was littered with all sorts of fruits. Rika let out a squeel of delight, running in and begining to eat her fill. Bane looked at the sun, "Well, it's getting close to night. We'll eat, then rest." The others nodded and went to eating. When they all had sufficently full stomachs, they all nestled down. Sky was looking up at the stars. She wanted to have another dream with Inferno going at her, filling her up so nicely. She sighed, she needed another dream like that, since she hadn't actually been seen to since...god she couldn't even remember.

Rika streched up and cuddled with Bane, "You know what babe?" He looked down at her, "I think Sky needs some attention."

"Thanks but...I don't want Inferno killing anyone when we get him back." Sky looked back with a smile, "Thanks though."

Rika shrugged, "Whatever...that just means he'll be used on a different girl." she winked at him. Bane smirked, his tail started wagging. They got up and headed to a secluded spot. The others shook their heads. Sky snickered, "Nothing, seems to stop those two." Burn nodded yawning.

Bane smiled down at Rika when they found a suitable spot, "Aren't you a little horny chu." he licked her.

She kissed him, "You're just as excited." she pointed to the first few inches that were already poking out. He shrugged, rolling her onto her back. She giggled, "That's my lover...always thinking of his girl." He smiled, before sending a lick up her sex. Rika let out a delighted moan. Bane smiling, continuing his licking, flicking her clit with every lapp of his tongue. Rika was letting out small moans, petting his head with her paw, a giant smile on her face. Bane continued to lick her, enjoying her taste. He sent his tongue into her, and began to rub walls with it, his nose pushing at her clit. Rika let out a louder moan, her back arching. "Oh...god...that's a....good boy.." Rika moaned as he went, encouraging him to go deeper, which got her moaning more. Bane's tongue was slowly aiming for her g-spot, inching closer and closer to it, which only excited the raichu more. She twitched in pleasure, her back arched from his work. She couldn't explain why, but she was really enjoying this. Maybe it had to do with the fact she wasn't worried about Sky anymore. She didn't think long though, his tongue had reached her spot, and sent her over the edge with just a slight touch. Bane quickly lapped at her sex, drinking up any of her juices. He looked at her and smiled, "Man...I must have been on fire tonight."

She smiled back, "I guess since we don't have to worry about Sky, it's really fun now, and not with a trace of guilt."

He nodded, "Yeah, I guess." He smirked, "Can I go at that sweet little hole of yours now?"

She smirked back, giggling, "Why, yes you can my great big dog." He went to position himself, his tip resting against her lips as Rika laid on her back, smiling up at him, kissing him. With a thrust he buried all of his length into her, causing her to let out a loud moan of pleasure. Bane didn't waste anytime in going at her, his rod disappearing into her, then reappearing with every pull back. Rima was moaning hard, "Oh...god...that's my...sweet Bane..." Bane smiled, pumping at her faster. Rika let out a squeel as she felt him up the speed, and arched her back again. Bane was panting hard, he even felt like the pleasure of their experiance was upped. He continued to go at her, then she let out a small scream, as an orgasm rocked her body, splatter her juices out and against his crotch and the ground. A wet smack sounded every time their bodies connected, which added to Bane's pleasure. Bane kept up his humping, eliciting rising moans from Rika, who clamped down on his dick, milking him for his seed. Bane let out a groan, "Rika....Oh...god....I'm close..." She smiled, milking harder, Bane let out a loud moan, as he rammed in one more time, spilling his seed into her, he keeps lightly fucking, then stopped, and licked her face. Rika smiled up at him, "That was amazing."

He nodded, "Yeah...but...I want more."

She smiled, "So do I." He got off her, and let her perform her little recharge. When he was back to full length, she got on all fours and waved her rear, "How about we use that well lubricated rod on the other hole?" He nodded, and quickly mounted her, aiming his rod for her tail-hole. When he found it he gave a quick thrust in, causing Rika to let out a wail of pleasure. Rika was panting hard as Bane pumped at her, licking the back of her neck as he hammered her. Rika did her best to thrust back into his own thrusts, trying to get him deeper. Bane kept pumping, panting and moaning, while Rika did the same. Bane could tell he wasn't going to last much longer, so he upped the pace, slamming away at her ass, causing her to let out a scream of joy, "OHH GOD!!! RIGHT THERE!!!" Bane happily continued, then heared her scream again, as another orgasm rocked her little body. Bane was panting hard as Rika was struggling to keep her rear up for him. Bane pushed as fast as he could into her, then let out a small howl, filling her rear up with his seed. Bane had to use all of his strength to avoid collapsing on her. Rika smiled, "Oh...oh my lord. That was amazing Bane."

He smiled too, "Yeah. It was." he nuzzled her, "I love you Rika."

"I love you too." she responded. They cleaned eachother up and returned to the group, falling down and getting to sleep quickly enough.

Inferno was pacing atop his room's balcony. He was unnerved, "I can't stand all this waiting around! I want to do something."

"Well you can't do much Inferno." He turned as Draganny landed. He smiled at her, she smiled back, "You've got orders after all."

He sighed, "Yeah...where have you been any way?"

She scratched him behind the ears, "I just went out for a fly. Orochi ordered me to watch you, but you don't need a babysitter." He smiled, leaning into her scratching. Draganny smiled, pulling away, and causing him to fall on his side. "Ohh, veeery funny." He rolled his eyes, then yiped when she layed on top of him, "Hey! I'm not your pillow!"

"But you're so soft and furry. You make a perfect pillow." She giggled, getting comfortable.

Inferno playfully growled, "You forget this pillow knows the exact spots that..." He pushed his tail into her side, "are the most ticklish." She began laughing and squirming, allowing him to escape, while his tail still went at her side. She was laughing histerically, tears in her eyes, when he finally stopped. "Don't mess with the best." Her wings knocked his feet from under him, putting him on the ground again.

They both began laughing. Draganny rising to her feet, "You're to cocky Inferno."

"Yeah...you wish you had my cocky." She blushed slapping him upside the head, "I knew that was coming. But it was so worth it." they both were smiling.

Draganny sat down, "Inferno?"

"Yeah?" he said still smiling.

"Thanks for being such a good friend."

He shook his head, "You don't need to thank me for that. I should thank you if anything. God knows how bad it'd be without you." She smiled, and prayed her plan would work.

When morning came they all awoke. Sky smiled, yet another blessed dream having come to her. She was finding it hard to get up after them. She sighed rising and stretching. Rika and Bane were the last up, both were grumbling. Link was doing a little practice with his clubs, getting ready for the fight to come. Blue was stretching out, as Burn and Mist were already up and about. Sky yawned, "So then we should reach this tower in how long?"

Link took a look at their surrondings, "I'd say....about one day. We should be there by tomorrow morning."

Blue gave a few last stretches, "Well then, lets get going." They nodded and proceeded on. Sky was happily humming, a tune that the others soon found enjoyable. Rika smiled, "Where did you hear that?"

Sky sighed, "It was something I learned from my trainer. She was still a teenager after all, so she loved the current music. She was a real fan of slow and uplifting tunes too." She smiled, "I can't remember the name, or the lyrics, but it was one of the best songs I've ever heard." Sky continued to hum it, the others picking up the beat and joining her.

The wind picked up, blowing against their backs. Rika picked up a scent that was far to familiar for her taste. She stopped dead, and began shaking, the others turned to see what was wrong. She didn't want to look back, "No...." Bane caught the scent next, and his eye began twitching as he snarled, turning around fast. The others followed and saw an arcanine, with a number of pokemon and humans loyal to Orochi. The arcanine smiled, "Well...Rika it's been awhile, and how could I forget the mutt that killed me."

Rika was shaking terribly, "W..W...War..."

War smiled, "You remember me? I'm so flattered. But I guess you'd remember the guy that was fucking that big mouth of yours!"

Bane snarled, "You filthy little maggot!"

War snarled back, "Who you calling the filthy maggot!? I'm going to rip your throat out for what you did!"

Bane snarled, "I'm going to splatter you on the ground for what YOU DID!"

Sky was also snarling, the others, while aware he wasn't friend, didn't know the full scope of what had happened. "You've got a lot of guts coming after us mutt." Sky was inches away from going all out at them.

War spat, "You lot still entertain the hope of getting that retch Inferno back? You're wasting your time. Inferno now serves Orochi without question."

Sky smirked, "We'll make him question."

War smirked, "Not likely. Kill them!" The servents of Orochi charged. Rika was paralyzed, the memory of what War had done flooded her mind. Bane didn't waste anytime going straight for the arcanine, while the others went against the other minions. Bane and War immediatly began snapping at one another, War trying to use his extremespeed to catch Bane off gaurd time and again. Bane was only barely able to keep up.

Rika had managed to recover from her shock just in time to avoid a sword from slicing her in two. Sparks flew off her body as she hit the human with a thunderbolt. A seviper and a machoke were heading straight at her. She sent the muscled bound lug to the ground with an iron tail to his knee, and landed a mega punch to the snake's skull.

Tia was dealing with three humans, knocking one down after the other. She tried to use an iron tail, but she was too slow to land it, they always managing to jump out of the way. Tia was getting a bit annoyed, and used a hyper beam, knocking one right into, then through a tree. The other two were distracted, leaving one open to a punch, the other a slicing iron tail.

Blaze was dodging swords and iron tails, along with the fangs of the arbok. He couldn't even focus a psychic blast they were coming at him too fast. Blaze put his hopes on a gamble, rushing forward he ducked under a slash, and barely avoided a stab. He got between the legs of one of his attackers, sliding, and turning. Blaze was now facing all of his enemies backs, and sent them on a ride with a psychic blast.

Burn and Mist were meeting the enemy together, Burn doing his namesake with his fire blasts, while Mist, drowned them in hydro pumps. The barrage was doing well enough, but eventually the minions managed to reached them, which turned out to be a big mistake, as Burn's nine pronged barrage of iron tails, began bashing away at them. Mist smirked, using a bubble beam, when struck by the iron tails, sent drips everywhere, hitting the attackers in the eyes a lot, blinding them, temporarily. But that temporary was just enough to let Burn bash the last ones off.

Link and Blue had been pushed back to back. Blue smirked, "This shouldn't be to tough." Link nodded, deflecting a sword strike. Blue easily dodged a slash, and countered with a headbutt. Link was doing his little display of bone club play, looking like an elegant dancer as he blocked, swung and dodged. Blue was quickly taking down the minions left and right, taking little hits, those that did land seemed to have no effect.

One by one the enemy was falling before the group. Bane was still trying to get the upperhand on War, who was slowly beginning to land hit after hit on Bane. Then with another Extreamspeed Bane was knocked off his feet, and left wide open to War's fire fang. War lept, aiming his strike at Bane's neck, and Bane couldn't recover in time to avoid it. As the attack was about to connect and kill Bane, a shadow ball struck War in the side of the face. He tumbled around, righting himself to see his backup was all dead, and the group was ready to focus on him. Blue was smiling, War assumed he was the one to launch the attack. War cursed, "This isn't over!" he used a fire blast, creating some cover for him to escape. Bane cursed, getting up, "Coward."

Rika nodded, "Yeah...." she was trembling again. Bane immediatly got to her side and nuzzled her, which calmed her down quick. Rika sighed, "Sorry...I was so useless."

Sky shook her head, "After what that bastard did to you, you don't have a thing to apologize for."

Rika smiled, "Thanks Sky." Sky smiled, "Shall we continue on to the tower?" They all nodded and followed Link. They could already see something resembling a tower in the distance. And with the sun beginning to set, Link's estimate proved right on. By early tomorrow, they'd be at it, and facing an army of ghosts, who if the dragonite called Draganny could be trusted, were very pissed.

Bane sighed, "Why is it nothing can ever be easy?"

Rika smiled, "Cause if it was, where would the fun be?"

Sky giggled, "She's right. Come on Bane, we need to show that we really want Inferno back, so don't complain." Bane sighed again, smiling a little. The others were also smiling. Sky looked up to her namesake, "No matter what...we'll get Inferno back. I gaurentee it."
