In the city of Elden, a small but populated area filled with all kinds of pokemon. A city of order where the buildings and skyscrapers lied in one side, while the other lied the houses and homes of the local citizens. They simply call these two sides the city-way and the home-way. The city-way was always crowded with workers and businessmen and traffic was always common throughout the streets and sidewalks by pokemon everywhere. The home-way varied: some areas were filled by parties and meetings, some areas were completely deserted where nothing but the passing winds and the wind chimes that belonged to the neighborhood houses could only be heard. Elden city is generally quite a peaceful place to live in. Here also lived a special mudkip who will soon experience the very special day which caused his very own life to change.

"I can't believe it Jake, the big shots are calling you up in becoming the next famous court attorney!"
"It seriously isn't that big of a deal, they said the same exact thing last year..."

In a huge home, two pokemon were sitting on the couches of the living room. Jake, a lonely seventeen-year-old mudkip with a quirky personality and the owner of the house. He was having a conversation with one of his great friends, Zack the eevee, which is the surprised one that could not believe the news that came in for Jake this morning. Zack was filled with excitement but at the same time stood there in shock when he found out about Jake's potential in becoming the next huge court attorney, "Zack, to be honest with you I would rather be famous in becoming a star cook with his own show in the food channel on television... because everybody loves food!" Jake spoke out in a playful tone. Zack disagreed and responded, "I know everybody loves food but you just have to read this letter over again for me, it just really seems like to me that they really want you to become an attorney," Jake gave out an annoyed expression but decided to play along with Zack and read the letter from the very beginning:

"Jake Kip, again looking through your history records, portfolios, and all sorts of statistics that show us your apparent potential, I would like to inform that we are encouraging you and inviting you into becoming a lawyer. Your skills in this particular field really go above the expectations of that even of the above-average and advance limit. We expect you into becoming such a prodigious attorney and even I myself the president of the country would not mind lending you a hand into becoming one. ~ MR. PRESIDENT"

"So why did you want me to read this for you again?" Jake asked the eevee.
"I just thought reading along with you would be just as fun then reading this myself alone... by the way I still think your last name is really unoriginal," Zack answered out, still confused on what the letter clearly meant. Zack isn't the brightest out of all the eevees in the world, but he really looked up to Jake as a huge idol, "I mean I don't get this, does he want you to become an attorney or a lawyer?" Zack asked the stressed mudkip.
Jake gave out a sigh to release all the stress he had accumulated from the pestering eevee and calmly answered, "This is why you pay attention in class during school... or at least pay attention to how knowledgeable you are. You should know these things by now, you're sixteen." Zack jumped out of the couch he once sat on and gave Jake a noticeable glare.

"Well I'm sorry that I'm not a guy with a fat brain like you!"
"Well I apologize that I'm not dumb like you."
"Hmph! You're a rude mudkip who likes to jack off and moan through porn all day!"
"Hey! Well you enjoyed watching me enjoying myself that one time, you're gay!"
"For the last time, I am bisexual!"

The two kept at it and argued until growing tired after a few minutes had passed. Jake took a quick look at the clock that lied on top of the television to see how much time they had left before taking off to their high school, "It looks like we only have about an hour to get things ready," he spoke to inform Zack. "Well let's hope this first day of school goes by smoothly," Zack responded, making sure he had all of his school supplies in his small backpack. Jake himself was already prepared to set of, but ever since the argument he had against Zack... "While you get ready, I'm going to finish off a few things before we leave," Jake told him with a grin in his face.
"Well then, have fun with that," Zack simply said, more focused on his own backpack. Jake moved his way into his room and closed the door. He took a look around his surroundings, feeling a bit paranoid. He then moved near his bed and from under brought out a closed but large box. He quickly opened the box and inside lay many porn pictures and magazines, "Before I leave, I think I should enjoy the free time while it lasts," he quietly whispered to himself. Just as he was about to rummage through the collection, Zack shouted out behind the door, "Remember what I told you... that I borrowed issue fifty of PokeHot from you, the one with all the very hot mudkips?"

"...crap!"
