He noticed that morning was just starting to come to the area, and he smiled more. It was a new day, filled with new possibility. He then noticed two missing from the group...Death and Ferra. Bane shut his eyes and listened closely, smirking when he heard a loud and happy wail from the floatzel. "Arceus...the two are like lopunnies." He chuckled lightly.
In no time the two walked in, Death immediately blushing and looking away upon seeing his brother was up, and quiet aware what had just happened. Ferra was blushing herself, just not as much. "Enjoy yourselves?"

Inferno shook his head, "I don't know. We aren't really close to anything." He thought about it, then nodded, "I know...we'll walk north. We'll come to a fork in several days. Then we'll decide from there. Agreed?" Everyone nodded, and the group took off.
Soon enough the same patterns emerged, Sky and Inferno were close together at the front, their pups constantly in their sights. Tia and Blaze were near the back, talking amongst themselves. Death and Ferra in the center were talking to one another, the floatzel on the mightyena's back. And Bane was between Rika and Ginger, the two females fighting one another for his attention, and Bane just enjoyed it, since he was getting complimented so much. And Azur and Flint were running around everyone playing around.
The only thing that set the scene now apart from similar scenes in the past, was that Sky and Inferno's attention were slowly shifting from the pups to each other. The two mates kept licking and nuzzling one another, smiling happily. Tia watched and smiled, moving up to catch up to the two. "Hey guys."
Inferno turned to Tia, "Hey." His gaze went back to the absol beside him.

"I think we should take a break...and you two should go off alone for a bit."

Rika listened to all of Ginger's speech, and felt herself breaking apart. Everything Ginger had said was true, except, perhaps, the part of her going back to her old ways. Rika knew what Bane's answer was going to be. If he didn't see it before, he'd sure see it now. Why on earth would he stay with a bitch of a raichu?
Bane took a deep breath, "Ginger...you're a sweet girl. And any male would be blessed to call you his mate." He smiled, and Rika's heart sunk, "But..." both females' eyes shot open, "Rika's my mate. I love her with every ounce of my heart." Rika's eyes began to fill with tears. "She isn't perfect...but neither am I. I'm a lucky male that Rika still wants me. I'm sorry Ginger; I don't feel the same way about you. I know you'll find a good male, but I'm not him. My heart belongs to Rika...and to Rika alone."
Ginger sighed, but smiled and nodded, "I understand Bane. I hope you're right about me finding a good male." She accepted she couldn't replace the raichu, for some reason or another. "Well, sorry for keeping you up." She giggled, "Guess we should get back to sleep now." She turned and headed back. Bane waited for a bit, looking up at the moon, smiling. He then headed for the rest of the group.
"Bane..."
His ears perked, and he turned, seeing Rika on the verge of breaking into tears. "Rika? How long have you...?"
She sniffled, then ran to him, wrapping her arms around him, "Bane!" she was crying. Bane just blinked, "Bane...I love you so much. I'm sorry for how I've treated you." She sobbed, "I don't deserve you."
Bane smiled, licking her cheek, "You're wrong. You do deserve me. And I deserve you. We were meant for each other. You were the first female...the first individual to treat me well after my old family became so corrupt."
She smiled, tears still in her eyes, "And you were the first pokemon I ever met who didn't think I was annoying from the start."
"And I still don't think that. I may joke, but I wouldn't have you any other way. You're my mate. My love. You're my Rika." He gave her head a lick. "And I couldn't ask for a better female to be mine."
She sobbed, holding tighter, "Bane! My Bane!" she nuzzled into his neck. The mightyena smiled, wrapping a forepaw around her. "Thank you Bane."
He licked her again, "You don't have to thank me. Just remember...I'll always love you Rika...nothing can change that."
She sniffled, smiling up at him, licking his jaw, "I love you too Bane. Now and forever."
He smiled, "We'll be together." He chuckled at his poetry. Rika smirked, giggling lightly. "Come on. Let's get back and get some well needed rest." Rika nodded, then was surprised when he knelt down, "Want a ride?"
"Bane..." she smiled, new tears forming, "Sure you won't mind my fat ass?"
He chuckled, "I'm sure. Besides...I love that big rear you got. It's the best rear I've ever seen, even if it's bigger than the norm."
She blushed, smiling as she got on his back, "Thank you love." He smiled, and headed back, his raichu clutching to him lovingly. He was happy, more than ever that she was his female, his mate, his love.
Pink: *snicker* Rika wins.
White: LIMQ!
Pink: Hey I called it like I see it. And for those that was hoping Bane has two girls, sorry.
Xehta: You mean those like you? *snickers*
Pink: *aims a pink energy ball at him* Oh grow some balls. *sent it to hit him but White caught it with one of her rings.*
White: Now now...that would be too much for him. Especially since he isn't like Mecha and got an outlet.
Xehta: *sigh of relief* Yeah. And I touch you...well if you don't beat me off...he'll castrate me...than flay me alive.
White: Knowing Pink....
Pink: HEY!
Xehta: *nods* You're right White.
White: Anyhow... we did get a sound bite of an X scene followed by a full on and a confession. Did I get that right?
Xehta: *nods* Yep. All in all, it's been a pretty sweet and loving chapter. And I am happy that Rika get's to keep her male.
Pink: Though that probably makes an odd number making a single out.
Xehta: Well, maybe something will happen before the end, which seems like a long way off still. But till then...I think we should say bye.
White: Ok.... take care.
Pink: Later. And White, shouldn't you check on your YIN for a moment, she might need your help.
White: *glows as a ring yanked her.* Not with you left with Xehta...I wouldn't trust you with him.
