Brotherhood Ch.23
Mecha: *waves* Hey everyone. Welcome to a brand new chapter in Brotherhood.
Green: Round three....and our heroes are about to make another door to the villain go down faster than what pink does with semen.
Pink: *in background* I HEARD THAT
Xehta: I think she was complementing you Pink! *chuckles* I can't wait to see what's in store for the Brotherhood this time.
Green: I know. It's making it hard to resist waiting but we do have to do recaps for those that are late to arrive here. And whomever it is, shame on them.
Mecha: *nods* Right.
Xehta: Last chapter, the gang had just laid siege to a castle with a guy who watched 300 to many times. They kicked his ass though thanks to Rika's digging.
Green: You know, Black did joke about how Rika should have two of those moves.
Mecha: *chuckles* Yeah. But after the fight, it looked like Kage had something really evil planned for the group.
Green: But we all know where men like him belong...*points to trash can*
Xehta: *nods* You said it...but enough recap...let's get on with the action!
A small fort stood in the center of a valley, within a small man-made plain. There were no trees, no bushes, no cover what so ever. Within the fortification, on the top floor of the main keep which was only a story higher than the wall, a female lopunny lounged upon a large bed. A screen not far from the bed flickered on, "Tora, report."
The lopunny got up and went to the screen, "Yes Sima Yi?"
"That bunch of intruders is approaching your position."
She sighed, "I'm aware, we saw the smoke from the previous bases here you know."
Sima Yi glared, "And what are you doing to prepare!?"
Tora yawned, "Nothing...they won't be a problem."
"Don't be cocky! They aren't to be underestimated!"
She shrugged, "So you say...but honestly...just because they got through those two idiots in the other bases don't mean they'll get past us." She stretched out, "Besides...we always treat our opponents as serious threats no matter what...we know what we're doing. So just relax...you're too uptight."
Sima Yi glared even more, "Fine...your fate is your own then." The screen went blank, the lopunny rolling her head around. She sighed, heading to the balcony overlooking the area, enjoying the sight that greeted her. "Such a nice day...I kinda wish they'd just skip this base...but Albel is with them...so they'll attack no matter what."
She sighed, shaking her head, "Oh well...we could use the practice I suppose." She smiled lightly, "Maybe there'll be some cute ones among them..." she chuckled, "Actually...I hope there isn't...I really don't want to kill a cute one."
"M'lady?" a human entered, bowing, "Our cameras have found the group, they're approaching."
Tora nodded, "Thanks Michael. Tell the others to get geared up. Looks like we've got a fight today." The human nodded, taking his leave. She turned back to the landscape, "Will this be the last time I see this beauty? Or will it be the last time my foes see it?" she sighed, "Tragic no matter what...but unavoidable." She went back into the keep, and put her armor on.
*****
"You're joking...there are only 9 of them?" Inferno looked to Albel, shocked.
The lucario nodded, "Yes...but they're very powerful...very skilled...and very dangerous...that's why there are only 9. They call themselves the Rose of Scarlet Night" He kept his gaze forward, "The leader of the group is named Tora...she's a young lopunny...but don't let your guard down because of that." He stretched his head left and right, working out kinks in his neck. "They each are highly specialized in a different weapon. Tora is the most dangerous of them though, she uses a dual sword and she uses it with remarkable ability...she's almost my equal in skill."
The others nodded, "Got it...she's a threat...but if we keep focused and don't do something stupid...no issues." Rika spoke, smiling from atop Bane's back. "We can win...we've won up till now."
Albel nodded, "For once the rat's right."
Rika glared, sparking lightly, but since a shock would hit Bane too, she resisted. They slowly reached the edge of the forest, seeing a plain with the fort right in the center. There was no sneaking by the place, and the guards of it already knew the group was coming. All 9 of the warriors were out of the fort, garbed in armor, with weapons in hand ready to fight. Slowly the 9 approached the group of 11, and they in turned moved to meet the 9. All 9 of the soldiers wore black armor with red trimming...their name fit exceptionally well.
When they reached one another, the battle formations were decided. Ferra was going up against another floatzel who wielded a trident. Death was against a sceptile with a spear, a Ji spear to be exact. Tia was against a zangoose with scythe, Blaze facing up against another typhlosion with a Guan Dao. Bane's foe was a mawile who held a chain whip in her paws, Rika facing a raichu with an arm mounted bow of some sort. Sky was faced against an ampharos who wielded two chakram. Inferno and Azur were both going up against a human with dual halberds. And going up against the lopunny with the dual sided sword, was Albel and Flint.
***
The trident wielding floatzel stared down Ferra, weapon at the ready. She just stared right back, preparing for anything her opponent could, and most likely would throw at her. Eventually, the soldier made the first move, charging forward with an aqua jet, trident held out to maximize damage. Ferra countered with her own aqua jet, getting alongside him, avoiding any stab attempts while circling. The two were smashing into one another, the soldier trying to get a strike with his weapon, but meeting no success, Ferra being more agile. The female floatzel knew she couldn't keep it up though, so she charged a water pulse, unleashing it on his next attempted strike.
The blast knocked the soldier into a spiral right to the ground. He quickly got up from it though, and used his trident to block the aqua jet that Ferra aimed at him. With a powerful swing, he knocked Ferra back, than held his trident at the ready. Ferra glared, using a sonic boom which was easily blocked. Albel wasn't joking, these guys were tough. She let loose a water pulse, the attack leaving a trail in the earth, but a swift stab from the trident quickly stopped the attack, but a water gun was quick to follow, which was made harmless by the quick spinning of the trident like a fan, dispersing the water attack. Ferra gulped, she really didn't like this now, but she quickly bit back her rear, using another aqua jet.
He blocked again, "You can't win...my trident can block anything you send at me." Ferra glared, her paws breaking the attack, grabbing his weapon. He shook his head, and attempted to swing her off...but his eyes went wide when he didn't even budge his trident. Ferra glared, grinding her teeth as she lift the male off his feet. "What is...is this...strength?" The fact that she easily lifted him than swung him about answered his inquiry, his grip lost on the weapon, sending him into the ground. Ferra tossed the trident aside, smirking as she launched a new water pulse. The attacked knocked him off balance...and more importantly, opened him up to the aqua jet barrage Ferra launched.

The sceptile that faced Death quickly leapt up, coming down with the intent of skewering the winged mightyena. Death quickly dodged to the side though, and unleashed an air cutter, but the spear easily blocked the attack. The mightyena glared, giving his tentacle a flick for intimidating effect, but it didn't have the desired reaction. The sceptile didn't flinch, he only charged the winged mightyena, spear aimed for the heart. Death growled, launching a barrage of shadow balls and air slashes. The sceptile easily blocked all the attacks, quickly closing the gap. Death snarled, leaping away from his opponent, trying to think of something to combat his opponent. The sceptile wasn't content to give Death the chance though, and went into a barrage of stabs.
Death glared, using a tentacle to grab the spear just below the metal tip, and yanked. The sceptile kept a firm grip, even when Death let the two go. With amazing grace, the grass type easily landed on his feet, facing Death with spear held at the ready. The winged mightyena glared, snarling ferociously, but the soldier didn't flinch in the slightest. Death rushed forward, and the sceptile matched the action, the two quickly nearing one another. The sceptile quickly did a broad swing with his spear, but Death ducked under it, blasting his opponent with a shadow ball. The sceptile was knocked back, but before Death could launch another attack, the solider leapt into the air, coming down with another skewer attempt.
Death leapt out of the way, growling, "Damn it." He eyes his enemy, trying to find a way to end the conflict. The sceptile once again rushed forward to prevent Death from reaching a solution. With an arching swing, the soldier brought the spear down, aiming for the skull, but he missed. Before the weapon could be retracted though, Death's body held it down, a shadow ball firing into the sceptile's helmed face. The attack knocked its helmet off, the soldier stumbling back in a daze. Death quickly used the opening, letting loose his attacks. The soldier was sent tumbling along from the barrage.

Tia glared down her smaller opponent, but she wasn't flinching from the tyranitar's gaze. The zangoose held her scythe ready, and then went at Tia with incredible speed. The rock/dark type was barely able to block the weapon, which made the normal type smirk. Leaping away from Tia, the zangoose took stance for another attack. With the same speed, she went around to Tia's side, striking, but Tia was able to dodge it, and used an iron tail in retaliation. But the soldier had already fallen back, and was moving in from a different side to attack. Tia barely dodged, a light scrape on her flank proof that the zangoose hit. Tia glared; the scythe was a real danger, there was no doubt that.
The zangoose smirked, licking the edge of her scythe. She than started moving again, this time heading for Tia's back...a mistake. The tyranitar smirked herself, her tail unleashing a thunder bolt, which hit the zangoose full force. The normal type was rocked back, stumbling around to regain her footing. When she looked up, it was to see the tyranitar coming in fast, a mega punch coming straight at her. The zangoose managed to quickly get out of the way, the attack smashing into the ground. Tia glared, keeping her eyes on the quick opponent, who was still recovering from the thunder bolt. The zangoose glared at Tia, slowly catching her breath, and she wasted no time in attacking again.
Tia smirked, easily dodging the attack; the zangoose had slowed down a bit, paralysis taking a hold of her. Tia used the momentum of the zangoose's strike to send her into a mega punch. The attack knocked the mon away, hard. The scythe slipped from her paws, as she tumbled on the ground. As the normal type struggled to get up, a hyper beam struck, sending her rolling even farther. Tia smirked, dusting off her paws as she saw the zangoose twitch on the ground.

The armored typhlosion held his guan dao at Blaze. The black typhlosion glared at his opponent in turn, not impressed by the weapon or the armor. The two stared down one another, neither making a move for several minutes. Eventually, they began to circle one another, the distance remaining the same. Eventually, Blaze attacked, unleashing a fire blast on his opponent. The soldier rushed into it in an instant. With a slash of his guan dao, the fire attack was in two, and he was closing the gap. Blaze blinked in awe, but soon remembered the situation, unleashing a psychic blast. The typhlosion stopped, and braced, easily taking the attack. Blaze was in shock, seeing the typhlosion coming at him once more.
The black and gray furred male growled, letting him come. The soldier gave a swing, and Blaze was able to dodge it, and used the attack's opening to use a psybeam. The soldier typhlosion was rocked backwards, but he was still on his feet, quickly resuming the charge. Blaze glared, not liking the determination of his opponent in the least. The soldier attempted to cut Blaze in two again, but when the blade missed, the butt end of the pole arm slammed into the altered mon's head. Blaze groaned from the strike, and saw the warrior about to attempt another cleave. But thanks to the closeness and the open nature of preparing the strike...a psychic blast was a sure strike, and it sent the typhlosion flying away.
Blaze didn't waste any time, using psychic he yanked the guan dao out of his opponent's paw. Blaze than unleashed a psybeam, striking the recovering soldier as he stumbled for his footing. Before Blaze could use another attack though, he ducked under a flame thrower. The soldier got up, his helmet off, panting hard, "Don't think that I need Black Dragon to defeat you." Another flame thrower was launched. Blaze smirked, using a fire blast to meet the fire attack, but he quickly followed with a psychic/psybeam combo. The attacks tore through the soldier's own, and sent him flying along the ground.
***
Bane ducked low, the low swish of the chain whip passing over his head. The mightyena then had to quickly jump up, avoiding another pass of the weapon. The mawile laughed, waving her whip around, waiting for Bane to get in range again. The canine glared, getting a bigger smirk from her, her horn jaws opening and closing. "Come on puppy...don't you wanna play? Maybe go for a walk...I got your leash right here." She grinned, moving forward and launching her whip out. Bane dodged, feeling the strike was dangerously close to hitting him. The mawile chuckled more, keeping up her slow advance.
Bane tried launching a shadow ball, but the chain whip found his attacks easy to stop cold. And getting close was more than likely suicide. But with the current options, he didn't appear to have much choice. "Come on puppy...let's go for walkies. We'll have loads of fun." Bane snarled, but soon felt a brilliant solution come to him. He grinned, and started firing shadow balls, striking the ground and raising a bunch of dust. "You won't beat me with this." She began to spin her weapon around, creating a means to prevent him from coming in from any side. But she had neglected the top, as a shadow ball came down and hit her full in the face.
Recovering from the strike, she couldn't stop Bane from coming in and chomping on her horn jaws and start swinging her around. The whip unusable since she couldn't get enough force to fling it, she could only scream in pain as she was swung about. Bane kept up the brutal method, smashing her in the ground again and again. Eventually though, he had to release her, and he did so with a shadow ball to accompany the strike. The mawile tumbled along the ground, groaning in pain when she came to a stop.

Rika eyed her opponent, wondering what the other raichu would do. The soldier returned the gaze, sizing up her opponent as her arm bow was made ready. Rika started to cautiously approach her foe, the other female raichu not letting her eyes off Rika for a moment. As Rika slowly closed the gap, something came straight at her, forcing her to leap to the side. The thing struck the ground, leaving a small crater. The soldier raichu smirked, holding up her arm mounted bow, which apparently fired actual thunder bolts...crossbow bolt shaped thunder attacks. Rika gulped, as her enemy took aim, and started firing at her. Rika had to move, fast in order to avoid the attacks, cause electric or not...they were bound to hurt since thunder wasn't a small time attack.
The female smirked; not letting up on her attacks, making sure that Rika couldn't try and close the gap. Rika therefore could only keep on running around her opponent, avoiding the thunder bolts as they turned the ground around them into Swiss cheese. The soldier smirked, seeing that her aim was getting closer and closer to being true, Rika also noting that critical fact. Rika glared, trying to think of something, than grinned, nodding to herself. She started to close the circle as much as was safe to do so, using a quick attack to speed herself up. The soldier was able to keep up with her speed though, still firing...but the desired affect was taking place. As Rika ran around and around, her opponent was getting dizzy.
The bolts soon began to miss by large margins, and Rika charged in. Her opponent couldn't stay steady on her feet, still turning around in her dazed state. Rika grinned, slamming into her with a quick attack, sending the soldier tumbling onto her back. Struggling to get up, the soldier was defenseless against the barrage of punches that Rika unleashed, the raichu finishing up with an iron tail. Rika grinned, dusting off her paws as she saw the other female raichu land with a dull thud.

Sky watched as the ampharos deftly spun her chakram around on her flippers. The female electric type smiled, showing off her skills with her chosen weapon, monitoring Sky's reaction. The smirk on her face grew when she saw Sky wasn't intimidated. Without any more flair, the ampharos charged straight for Sky, her weapons sparking up wildly with electricity. Sky kept her cool though, dodging the first several sweeping attacks, countering with an ice beam to her foe's face. The ampharos leapt back, shaking her head, glaring at the absol before rushing in again. Sky grinned, letting her close in again, and at the last moment, unleash an ice beam at the electric type's feet. The ampharos, realizing there was a good chance she could get frozen to the ground, leapt over the attack.
Sky smirked, leaping up and catching the ampharos in the chest with a slash attack. The armor prevented any wounds, but the strike hit hard all the same, sending the electric type flying onto her back. Sky grinned, watching the ampharos angrily rise to her feet, chakram in a vice grip. The soldier rushed forward, than smirked, tossing one of her weapons ahead at Sky. The absol ducked under it, thinking the move was stupid, but she was stunned to see the weapon return to its master. The electric type smirked, she made the metal magnetically charged, meaning she could easily recall her weapon after tossing it...though it was usually on the return trip that she got her opponent.
Sky kept a careful watch on the ampharos as she attacked, knowing that even more tricks could be in store. The female electric type didn't let up on her assault, electricity arching from her chakram with violent cracks. The soldier smirked, speeding up her attacks with violent intensity, until Sky let loose an ice beam on one of the weapons. Frozen over, the chakram still crackled with power, and the ice shattered, chunks smashing into the electric type, opening her up to another ice beam, which succeeded in freezing the ampharos' legs to the ground. The electric fem wasn't going anywhere, Sky was sure of that.

The sole human of the group, Michael, slowly advanced toward his foes, the farther and daughter team. Inferno and Azur stared at the soldier, his twin halberds held at his sides, his step loud and imposing, but neither of them flinched. The houndour slowly moved to the side, her houndoom father moving to the opposite side. Inferno went in first, preparing a dark fire bite, which clasped around a halberd. The second halberd moved to block Azur's attempt at an attack. Michael than swiftly tossed both of them away, reaffirming his grip on his weapons after the action. Inferno was the closer of the two tossed canines, thanks to be heavier than his un-evolved daughter, so he was the target of the soldier.
Inferno was quick to get back on his feet, and it was lucky he was, as the assault was unrelenting. The soldier's movements were very skilled, artistic one could easily argue, as his weapons cut through the air, attempting to cleave more than the mere wind. Inferno glared, his opponent not giving him a chance to think as attack after attack came. The attack didn't lessen a bit, until his attention had to shift to Azur's flame thrower. Inferno smirked, using the chance to unleash several burning shadow balls. Michael simply dodged to the side, letting the two attacks cancel one another out. He came to a stop, smirking from his cunning...but felt a head smash into his side, Azur growling.
The soldier stumbled to the side, glaring at the houndoom, raising his weapon to strike. But before the halberd could come down, a burning shadow ball knocked it out of his hand and to the ground. Michael quickly turned to face the houndoom, Inferno snarling at the man. The soldier's attention then quickly went back to Azur, but too little too late; her flame thrower had already been launched, forcing his second weapon from his hand. The soldier glared at the two canines, Azur having quickly gone to her father's side after knocking away the second halberd. With no weapon, he was defenseless against the dark fire beam/flame thrower combo that was launched at him. The two attacks sent his crashing along the dirt.

Tora sighed, she had Albel and Flint to fight against, and she didn't like it. It wasn't because of Albel, she didn't fear him in the least, but Flint was cute. She shook her head, "I don't suppose he could find another opponent could he?" She got no answer, the two simply charged her. Tora shook her head and sighed again, going to meet them, her double sided blade held firmly in paw. The clang of blade on blade rang out, the lopunny easily managing to block every single attack launched by the two males. Her skill was art incarnate, a graceful dance that was deadly as it was beautiful, and she was easily matching the two. And with a swift kick, Albel was knocked away, giving Tora time with Flint. "You're pretty cute you know that...really wish you hadn't come here. It's not personal...but I have to kill you."
She sighed; slowly pushing the absol back, till the lucario came up again, forcing Tora to go back to defensive. Albel growled low, attack with increasing power, but it wasn't doing much against Tora's defensive abilities. The female simply blocked every slash, and responded with kicked, knocking both males around with ease. Albel snarled, unleashing an aura sphere, but it was deflected easily, barely missing Flint. "Not good enough I'm afraid, Albel." She shook her head at him, prompting the lucario to attack with more furry. The lopunny didn't even flinch from the assault, and easily kicked him away. "Did you really have to bring the cute one in on this too though? I really don't want to hurt him." She sighed, than blinked as she narrowly avoided a strike.
Flint was glaring, his face taking an unrecognizable look that sent pure terror into your spine. Tora blinked; unable to see how this was the same absol a few moments ago...her confusion was compounded by the sheer viciousness of his assault. She struggled to keep her defense up with his relentless attack, the blades clanging loudly with each strike he made. Albel was in shock too, he had never seen Flint attack so viciously. The pup kept going, his attacks striking harder and harder. Then, with a brilliant slash, the double sided blade was split and Tora tumbled back and onto her tail. The lopunny looked at Flint, absolute fear in her eyes, the absol staring right back. Eventually he sheathed his blade though, blushing lightly, "Thanks...for calling me cute..." cleared his throat, "You've all lost...there's no real point in killing any of you."
***
Tora looked around, seeing that not only had she been bested, but so had every one of her fellows. She sighed, standing up, "When you're right...you're right." She shook her head, "Alright guys...we've lost fair and square...we can't do much to stop them." The others all grumbled, but nodded as they conceded defeat. Tora looked to the absol, "What's your name?"
"...uhh...Flint."
She grinned, "Stay alive than Flint..." she gave him a look he had only seen his parents make at one another. "I really want to see you when you're more grown up." She giggled at his clueless expression, heading off to the fort. "Come on guys...let's get our stuff fixed...than we're leaving."
The others got up, bowed to their opponents, and followed their leader. Azur let out a cheer, smiling big, "We whooped them!"
Albel growled lightly, "Not a single kill...this was hardly fun."
Inferno rolled his eyes, "Deal with it...come on...let's get going." Everyone nodded in agreement, and Albel took the lead, since they had only one destination left to them. The main headquarters, just past the secret pass, was where the Brotherhood's leader Kage was. Defeating him meant that the threat the Brotherhood posed would be taken care of. None of them knew what to expect though, but they still pressed forward, knowing they had to win.
They found the secret pass, and took a small rest outside of it, but time was of the essence, they had to strike quickly, before Kage could build his defenses more.
*****
Kage smirked, "So...they passed the final fortress...they're coming...good." he cackled, "I've got a nice little surprise for them. It's going to be to die for." He laughed harder.
Sima Yi smirked, "Indeed...this may just destroy them. In fact...it would take a miracle for them to overcome this plan. Such a devious idea though...to be able to bring such a thing out into the world...I never would have dreamed such a method existed."
Nadox prepared himself, "I'll take care of that worthless mongrel." He smirked, "I shall enjoy showing him just why pokemon are so inferior."
Sima Yi took his leave of the room, "However...miracles have happened with them before..." he smirked, "So I shall prepare to depart if they should win. Unlike the fools who I've served, I always plan for defeat." He cackled to himself, not really caring who won the fight that was about to occur, either victor would fit into his plans.
*****
The group slowly left the pass, and went straight for the headquarters. It wasn't a fortress, but more a temple. Kage never really expected anyone to reach it; it was a poor structure in terms of defensibility. That was an advantage the group was glad to have, as they quickly reached the massive temple. They sped up their advance as they grew closer, quickly reaching the entrance to the massive structure.
"That's is as far as you shall go traitor." Out of the sky swooped in Nadox, atop his black charizard.
Albel smirked, "You actually came out to face me? I thought for sure you'd hide and cry like a little baby."
Nadox pointed his lance at him, "Silence mongrel."
Albel looked to the others, "Get moving! I can handle him by myself. You lot need to hurry and defeat Kage!" The group was rather reluctant to do as told though...all his flaws aside, Albel was a friend as far as they cared. "Go! And question my ability again, and I'll tear your eyes out!"
Inferno smirked, "Right...come on. Nadox is as good as dead..." He turned back to Albel, "we'll try to save some of the Kage bashing...no promises."
Albel smirked, "I can't promise I won't come in and take all the fun for myself." The others quickly went forward, leaving the lucario to his own fight. "I've been waiting a long time for this Nadox...I'm going to enjoy tearing you apart!" He rushed forward to meet his nemesis.
*****
The group kept going into the temple, wondering where Kage could be. Eventually they came to a fork, and were forced to stop. They tried to decide where they should go, but before a decision was made all 10 of them were engulfed in a flash of light.
In a room far from where they had been, Kage laughed, "Let's see you conquer this before you try to conquer me!"
***
Inferno looked around; he was in a fairly large, empty room. There was only one door, but it wouldn't open no matter what he tried. He wondered where he was, "Sky!? Rika!? Bane!? Blaze, Tia, Death, Ferra!?" he paced about, trying to find a way out of his little prison.
Unbeknownst to him, something was taking shape behind him. "You've grown weak Inferno." The voice that spoke was warped, as if it was from another plain. It was all too familiar to the houndoom's ears. Turning, Inferno saw a tall figure clad in armor of light green with blue trimming. The right pauldron resembled a seviper head opening to swallow prey. The figure carried a large scythe. His face was a dark blue color, with black and red markings along the cheek and eyes, which were golden. His hair was black and spiky. Orochi smirked, "You look as if you've seen a ghost."
*****
Sky was panicking, trying to get out of the plain room she was in. "Flint!? Azur!?" she tried to break down the door, but it was a wasted effort. She looked all around, feeling deep concern. "Rika!? Inferno!? Anyone!?"
"Are they really so important to you Sky?"
Sky's heart froze; her face became a blank slate. She slowly forced herself to turn around. What she saw was a human, a female dressed like a trainer. "K...Karen?"
The trainer glared, "You still remember me huh? I thought you forgot me." She pulled out a pokeball, "You remember your teammates? You know...the other's who died because of you!?" she glared, "If you hadn't used that damn razor wind...I'd still be alive!" she threw the pokeball out, calling her pokemon out to battle.
*****
Rika sighed, grumbling, "This is so confusing...is this some puzzle? I hate puzzles." She sighed, trying to find a way out of her own little prison.
"Stupid little bitch."
Rika's thoughts suddenly stopped, as he blood went cold. "That...voice..." she slowly turned, facing a male raichu. "...no..."
The male glared, "You little cunt...you're still a disrespectful little bitch...and you're just as dumb as your fucking mother." Rika's father spat, "I'm going to teach you that lesson I promised. And this time...no stupid mutts are going to get in the way."
*****
Bane was confused by his surroundings, and more importantly how to get out of them, as a dark figure appeared from his back. "So the little mongrel mutt is still alive? I thought for sure Death would have killed you?"
Bane turned in a flash, "What the...dad?"
Terror snarled, "I refuse to accept that I sired such a retched little runt." He took a step forward, "I'm going to do what I should have done years ago...I'm going to tear your head off."
*****
Blaze sighed, grumbling, "What the hell is this place? I got to find the others...I hope they're okay...I got a bad feeling about all this."
"Why did you let us die Blaze?"
Blaze's heart stopped, his body slowly turning to see a cyndaquil. "Sis...no...you're..."
The body glowed, and evolved into a typhlosion. Several more appeared than, his mother, father, older brother. And another cyndaquil appeared, evolving as well. His mother shook her head, "You let us die...you let your little sister die Blaze!"
He shook his head, "No I didn't!"
His elder brother glared, "I tried to protect them Blaze! But you just cowered! You cried! You didn't do anything...you just let them all die!" His family slowly surrounded him.
*****
Tia sighed, shaking her head, "There's no way out." She shook her paw, after a failed punch attempt. "Blaze...Rika...Death...Flint...I hope everyone's okay."
"You got a lot of nerve you fat ugly bitch."
Tia blinked, turning around to see a kirlia. "What the?" she couldn't believe her eyes, "Niska?"
The psychic type glowed, evolving into a gardevoir. "I thought I told you to stay away from my property...and yet...you're hanging around my male." She started to glow, as several stones were lifted out of the ground, "I told you I'd kill you if I ever saw you...and I wasn't joking."
*****
Death grumbled, trying to break out of his prison, glaring at the walls, "Fuck! Where's my way out!"
"You look like the monster you were now...fitting."
Death's eyes went wide, the voice ringing in his skull, stirring up all sorts of memories. He didn't recall turning around, but somehow he was facing his mother.
She glared at him, "I always knew you'd be just like your father...I should have killed you when you were still a pup...at least I'd have saved a lot of innocent pokemon from harm." She snarled, "You're a monster Death...that's all you'll ever be! I'm going to fix my mistake!"
*****
Ferra hummed lightly, looking around as she tried to find a way out. "Hope the others are okay."
"Ferra?"
She turned, seeing Death, "Death! Where did you come from?" she couldn't tell for sure, but something was different about him.
He smiled, "It's a secret about the room. Come here."
She smiled, "Whatever you say Deathy poo." She started nearing, than stopped, glaring. "You're not fooling me."
He blinked, "What do you mean Ferra?"
She smirked, "Death hates it when I call him Deathy poo...which means you're not my Death."
He sighed, "I was going to make it quick...but...fine!" Pseudo Death cackled, "I'll do what was promised...I'm going to rape and kill you!"
*****
The pups looked around, Azur staying close to her brother, "Where are we Flint?" He shook his head, unsure of that himself. Before they could look around some more though, two figures entered the room. One was a tyranitar, the other was an aggron. The steel type sighed, "This is it? Pathetic."
The tyranitar nodded, "I know...but no choice...Kage's order. Let's crush them quick." The two giants approached the pups.
*****
Kage laughed, "Never underestimate the darkness! It's everywhere...even in your very hearts! Watch as your darkest fears, your unyielding hatreds, and your guilt destroys you! Watch and fear the power of the darkness!

Kage laughed, "Never underestimate the darkness! It's everywhere...even in your very hearts! Watch as your darkest fears, your unyielding hatreds, and your guilt destroys you! Watch and fear the power of the darkness!
