Chapter 18 - Difficult Times, Pt 2

Wolf awoke the next morning bright and early, the building anticipation of the finals of the Sinnoh league coursing through him. Awake, he laid there for a few moments merely keeping Lucky in the same one armed hold they had fallen asleep in, the Lucario draped across his chest contentedly. Absently he rubbed her upper arm with one hand while the other grasped the paw resting on his chest, looking affectionately at her for a moment before his gaze turned to their egg nestled in Wolf's backpack, the fragile egg supported by his spare clothes. If someone had told him this was going to happen when he had first met Lucky, he would have burst out laughing. Instead, all he could feel was a sense of happiness he'd never felt before.

He stayed still for a few moments longer before quietly removing himself from her embrace, letting her sleep in. Today was going to be a big day, and she could use all the rest she could get. He ran one hand over her cheek, smiling as she twitched her muzzle at his touch, and then silently left the room. Closing the door behind him, he was surprised to find Flannery had already sorted breakfast out for the pair of them. A pair of trays were on the small table near the basic kitchen, the still untouched appliances suggesting that the Lavaridge gym leader had ordered breakfast from the kitchen. Even from the other side of the room Wolf caught the enticing smell of crisp bacon, eggs and buttered toast. As he drew closer, he noticed that she had put four sachets of barbeque sauce on his tray as well. Hearing his footsteps, Flannery looked up over the fridge door and gave him a wry grin as he picked up one of the sachets and looked at her.

"I remembered that you like to drown your meals in barbeque sauce." She said, answering his unspoken question. He rolled his eyes, letting his shoulders slump.

"I swear, nobody lets me live anything down." He said aloud, letting his best friend giggle at his thoughts. Sitting down, he squeezed the sachet dry over his bacon, picking up the cutlery next to the plate and beginning to eat. Flannery sat down next to him, starting her own breakfast after putting down the glasses of juice she had been pouring for them.

"Letting them all sleep in?" she enquired, picking up a piece of toast and chewing thoughtfully. Wolf nodded, waiting until he finished his mouthful before answering.

"Yeah." He replied. "They might as well get as much rest as they can. It is the finals today, after all." Flannery nodded in agreement, before they both focussed on their meals. For several minutes the only sound that could be heard was the clinking of cutlery on plates, both trainers lost in thought.

"Got any special tactics in mind?" she asked, breaking the silence.

"Nah." He said, swallowing. "We're just gonna wing it." Flannery smirked at his response, shaking her head at his apparent laxity.

"That's the Wolf I know." She muttered. "The one who never actually got anything done on time." Wolf laughed, happy to take the jab. When he opened his eyes again, he noticed that Lucky had woken up and was making her way towards him. He smiled, sliding out from the table so that he could give her a morning hug. She turned around when she reached him, sitting on his lap and wrapping her arms around him, her muzzle pressed gently into his neck.

"'morning Wolf." She murmured sleepily, holding him close while his arms hung loosely around her waist. "It's close, I can feel it." He started, drawing her back so that he could look her in the eye.

"It's going to hatch?" he asked, excited and nervous at the same time. She nodded while Flannery looked over, beaming.

"Are you going to name it?" she asked. Wolf glanced at her before turning to Lucky, not having talked with her about the subject.

"I have thought about it." She admitted. "I think if it's a boy, I'll name him Caelas. If it's a girl, Tiphaine." She looked at Wolf again, seemingly seeking his approval. He nodded thoughtfully, the names sounding good to him.

"They sound perfect, Lucky." He said, seeing her face light up at his agreement. Further talk on the subject was cut short as the rest of the team began to emerge from their room, and Wolf busied himself getting them all breakfast.

"Now the match you have all been eagerly waiting for! The finals of this year's Sinnoh League are about to get underway!"

The crowd roared its approval, the noise deafening as it rose from the stadium, joined by those who stood outside the gates and watched the action on the large screen. Wolf smiled in the face of the cheering, Lucky standing beside him with their egg still cradled in her arms. Opposite them was Ash and Pikachu, both of them visibly eager to begin the battle. Flannery, Cynthia, Brock and Dawn were all seated in the very front row and in the middle, the champion's status allowing the group to get the best seats possible. Dawn and her pokemon were all dressed up in cheerleader outfits, ready to cheer on Ash and his team. Flannery, while still in her regular clothes, was no less enthusiastic about cheering for Wolf. All around them the crowd was split in their support, each faction trying to outdo the other in the volume and enthusiasm.

"Before we begin, allow me to introduce our competitors!" boomed the MC again. "Hailing from Pallet Town in the Kanto region, having accomplished numerous astonishing feats as a trainer including victory at the Battle Frontier, Ash Ketchum!" Ash struck a suitably dramatic pose, his supporters cheering him on as best they could. The MC waited until the crowd had settled enough before continuing.

"Hailing from Fortree City in Hoenn, consistently placing highly in all of his previous league challenges, Wolf O'kai!" Putting a big grin on his face Wolf waved energetically to the crowd, earning a roar of approval that easily rivalled that which Ash had received. Once it was quiet enough to continue, the MC began to start the battle.

"The trainer who will reveal their pokemon first will be decided by a roulette system on the big screen." At this, a red and green wheel appeared on the board with Ash's and Wolf's image on red and green respectively. After the crowd was given a short look to understand the wheel, one of the red sections lit up, the light spinning around and lighting up each section one after the other. Everyone inside and outside of the stadium watched with building tension as the light spun around the wheel, an unnatural hush descending over the entire area punctured only by the gentle ping as each section lit up. The wheel began to slow, the light moving at a pace all could easily follow. Wolf watched as it began to stop, settling on a red section before making a final jump to one of his own. He shrugged.

"A disadvantage." Lucky piped up, looking at Wolf to see how he was taking it. He smiled back, showing his own carefree attitude in the face of what he considered something quite minor.

"We'll manage." He replied dryly. Considering which of his pokemon he would call out first, Wolf settled on simply picking on at random. Closing his eyes, he reached to his belt and grabbed the first poke ball that he touched, opening his eyes to find it was Ivysaur.

"Ivysaur, you're up!" he called out, throwing the poke ball into the arena and watching as the grass pokemon appeared in a flash of white light. He watched as Ash felt on his own belt for a poke ball, his choice more carefully selected.

"Staraptor, I choose you!" he cried, throwing the ball into the air and letting his pokemon emerge in mid flight. Lucky frowned, looking at Wolf's relaxed expression. He noticed her gaze and smiled again.

"He can handle birds." Wolf said. "Besides, I'm not going to turn this into a type advantage carousel." Convinced, Lucky turned back to the field as the referee waved his flags, officially signalling the start of the battle.

"Ivysaur, razor leaf!" Wolf commanded, knowing that if he could get in a couple of hits first it would greatly help Ivysaur win. He complied, flinging the sharp projectiles at his hovering opponent. Ash reacted quickly, in his element now that battle had been joined.

"Staraptor, dodge it!" he countered, watching as the bird gave a few powerful beats of its wings to rise above the fusillade, although just narrowly dodging the uppermost leaves. Ivysaur kept up the barrage, still unable to hit his more agile opponent squarely even though he was rewarded with a few glancing hits. Once Staraptor gained speed, even these small hits were wished for by Wolf.

"Now use quick attack!" Ash called out, allowing the pokemon to use its momentum to launch a strong attack on the much slower grass type.

"Vine whip!" Wolf responded, watching as Ivysaur's vines snaked out at an astonishing speed to strike at the approaching foe, Staraptor being forced to break off its attack to avoid the worst of the hit. The bird circled around once again, Ash feeling determined to break through Ivysaur's defences.

"Staraptor, use brave bird!" he commanded, watching as the pokemon dived towards Ivysaur at breakneck speed. Wolf smiled, the look of a predator whose prey had just fallen into the trap adorning his features.

"Leech seed!" he said. Ivysaur launched a single seed from his rose bud at the approaching Staraptor, letting his opponent's speed do most of the work. Staraptor, unable to arrest its headlong rush to close with Ivysaur, took the seed square on the beak. Roots erupted from the projectile, quickly snaking their way around the bird and forcing it to ground. Only with the most severe of efforts did Staraptor keep airborne, but this had now turned into a war of attrition that Ash was slowly losing. Determined not to lose without inflicting some damage, Ash put his faith in his pokemon and tried for a last ditch effort.

"Wing attack!" he said, and Staraptor lunged at Ivysaur much quicker than either he or Wolf had anticipated. The attack took Ivysaur cleanly, launching the flailing pokemon a good few metres back to land on his belly. Ash didn't give him a chance to recover, sensing the opportunity for a decisive blow. He failed to notice the faint particles of sunlight Ivysaur had been drawing in all match, a display of multitasking that the grass pokemon had learned and perfected in his years of training.

"Quick attack!"

"Solarbeam!"

Even as Staraptor collided with Ivysaur, the beam of light erupted from the rose bud, hitting the bird heavily and catching both of them in the resultant explosion. Wolf tried to peer through the cloud to see what happened to Ivysaur, watching as the dust cleared to find both pokemon out cold next to each other. Not listening to the referee officially call out the result, he called Ivysaur back into his poke ball, a sad smile on his face as he did so.

"You did well, buddy." He said to the poke ball, not sure if Ivysaur could hear. It had never felt right to ask such a question. Clipping the poke ball back onto his belt, Wolf reached for the next one, ready to continue the battle.

***

Wolf was impressed, the battle having started at ten in the morning and the time was fast approaching one in the afternoon. Ash had proven to be a very tenacious and imaginative opponent, and several of Wolf's pokemon had been taken by surprise by the sudden spinning technique that allowed his opponents to dodge and attack with ease, as well as the combination offence-defence techniques that acted as both shield and sword. Now both trainers had only two pokemon left, and the outcome was still in the air.

"Jazz, use thunderbolt again!" he called out, watching as the stream of electricity snaked through the air towards Ash's Grotle. Once again the attack hit its mark, once more Grotle took it with little complaint. He was proving quite resilient, and Wolf had a feeling that it was only Jazz's superior speed keeping her in contention. Jazz was putting out three attacks to Grotle's one, and while almost all had hit they had only just begun to wear down Grotle. Grotle was finding it hard to hit, but his attacks had more punch in them since he was resistant to electric attacks. Wolf had yet to use her ace though, keeping the fact that Jazz knew mach punch close to his chest, waiting for the right moment to use it.

"Grotle, use razor leaf!" Ash called out, and Wolf watched as the grass turtle shook himself to clear off the aftermath of Jazz's attack before sending a barrage of leaves at his opponent. Jazz didn't wait for any commands, throwing herself to the side while the leaves passed harmlessly through the spot she had been occupying. Wolf looked at Grotle, noticing that he had begun to slow between attacks. This was the sign that Wolf had been looking for.

"Jazz, use mach punch!" he commanded, letting the Raichu use the delay to launch herself at Grotle as fast as possible, the punch taking him cleanly on the chin as she delivered a devastating uppercut, the blow lifting his front feet off the ground and causing him to stagger back a few steps. She didn't linger, scurrying back out of his reach in case he recovered quickly. He swayed for a couple of seconds before falling flat on his belly, the mach punch having knocked him out. The referee raised a flag in Wolf's direction, calling out the result. He smiled down at Jazz, watching as she wandered over and let him crouch down to pat her.

"Nice work." He said, Jazz smiling at him as he praised her.

"How nice?" she asked him, the smile becoming suggestive. Wolf shrugged.

"Ask Lucky." He replied, turning to the Lucario standing next to him cradling their egg. She shrugged.

"We'll see how I feel tonight." She answered, the statement causing Jazz to shrug as she returned to the field. Wolf looked at her before wrapping one arm around her and holding her close.

"Sometimes you can be a tease." He said, Lucky giving him an incredulous stare.

"Since when am I a tease?" she asked, one eyebrow raised. Wolf grinned back before turning his attention back to the match. Ash was talking with Pikachu, and the pokemon ran out onto the field. Wolf wasn't surprised at this, having learned back in Canalave that Pikachu was Ash's first pokemon. Any trainer knew that the bond between a trainer and their first pokemon was always the strongest. More often than not, it also meant that they were the strongest of any team. Wolf knew that, with the possible exception of Serenity, that Lucky would be able to take on any of the others on his team with a very high chance of winning. He was sure that Pikachu would take quite a bit of punishment before he was beaten.

"Jazz, are you right to keep going?" Wolf asked, the Raichu responding with a smile over her shoulder before turning back to the battle. Ready to begin the battle, Wolf turned his attention to the field just a handful of seconds before Lucky grabbed his arm.

"Call Jazz back!" she said sharply, a note of urgency in her voice. Turning to ask why, the first thing he noticed was that the egg in her arm was glowing. He looked at her, seeing the determined look in her eyes. She tugged his arm again, spurring him into motion. Once he returned Jazz to her poke ball, Lucky pressed the egg into his arms. Surprised, Wolf took a second to grasp the egg properly. It felt warm in his hands, and it seemed to be getting a little heavier with each second. He wanted to ask Lucky if this was normal, but the Lucario had already ran out onto the field, wasting no time in charging at Pikachu. To his credit, Ash reacted to the change smoothly.

"Pikachu, use quick attack!" he called out, watching as the pokemon gathered speed within seconds. Lucky was unfazed by the attack, drawing power from the auras of the surrounding people and pokemon as she extended one paw behind her.

"I will not miss the birth of my child!" she cried, sending an aura sphere roaring towards Pikachu. He reacted quickly, stopping just short of the impact point, although still too slow to avoid all of the damage. He landed a few metres back, the force of the detonation causing his light body to fly through the air. Lucky didn't give him a chance to recover, covering the area between them in a couple of heartbeats to land a powerful force palm, sending the pokemon flying again. This time his landing wasn't quite as graceful, falling flat on his belly.

"Pikachu, are you all right?" Ash called out, watching with relief as he staggered back to his feet. He'd taken quite a lot of damage from the attacks, and it was time for the final effort. "Pikachu, use volt tackle!"

Pikachu began approaching Lucky again, a burst of electricity enveloping the pokemon as it made a last ditch attempt at victory. Incensed that Pikachu was still standing, Lucky decided it was time for her trump card. Imitating the same dash as her opponent, Lucky stunned the crowd by mimicking Pikachu's volt tackle. Me first had served Lucky well in the past, and she was determined to end this battle. As they collided Lucky threw her whole weight into the attack, the sheer force of the impact enough to ensure that Pikachu came off second best. Both trainers stood there stunned at the ferocity of Lucky's attack, Wolf still a little shaken at her assertiveness.

"I guess this would be the time for it." He muttered to himself, keeping the egg cradled carefully. Even as the referee called out the result, Lucky dashed back to Wolf, grabbing him again.

"Get Serenity out here!" she said, her tone getting Wolf to co-operate with no argument. The Gardevoir appeared in a flash of white light, picking at a spot on her arm. When she realised that she wasn't in the pokemon centre a confused look appeared on her face. Lucky didn't bother explaining, dragging Wolf over to her.

"Get us to Fortree now!" she said, her voice rising in a panic. The last thing she wanted was for her child to be born in a noisy stadium. Serenity and Wolf exchanged quick glances before she teleported them away from Sinnoh.

***

The forest clearing was deserted when they rematerialised, though it was of little concern to any of them. As soon as she was able, Lucky reached up and took the egg back, moving a few steps away and falling to her knees. Wolf hurriedly moved to kneel next to her, worried for both of them. She looked over at Wolf, seeing his feelings etched all over his face.

"This is a much nicer place to be born, don't you think?" she explained softly, this simple line explaining her sudden shift of behaviour to Wolf. He nodded slowly, putting one arm around her and his other hand under her paws, helping to support the egg. Serenity inched closer, curious about the egg. Lucky noticed the movement out of the corner of her eye, looking over her shoulder at the Gardevoir.

"You will have to step back." She said, her tone conveying no anger or insult. "I don't want the child to be too confused." Understanding her point Serenity withdrew a few paces to one side, still trying to keep the egg in view. They waited, watching as the glow intensified, until finally the egg began to take a new shape. Legs formed from the bottom, followed swiftly by a tail and two arms. The head was next, two ears and two bulbs forming from it. Lucky had once explained to Wolf that it was these which allowed Riolu and Lucario to feel and sense aura energy, and not 'some strange kind of hair.' Once the glow subsided, Lucky held in her arms a baby Riolu. The only visible difference was that instead of one big steel spot on the backs of each paw there were three smaller ones, much like those Wolf had when he adopted Lucario form. It was then the child opened its eyes, showing a bright, vivid green rather than the usual red. It looked at Lucky questioningly.

"Mum?" it asked, the slight tone marking it as male. Lucky nodded, confirming the child's first impression. It was then that he turned to Wolf, and the trainer felt a shiver of apprehension run down his back. Would he recognise Wolf as his father? He stared hard at Wolf, brow furrowed.

"Dad?" he asked, and Wolf felt all of his doubts about fatherhood lift from his shoulders. He nodded, a broad smile appearing on his face as he heard the Riolu speak. It was a moment he didn't want to end, rivalled only by the time when he had fallen in love with Lucky. Lucky was wearing a similar expression, unable to stop herself from wrapping her arms around her newborn son and giving him a big hug. He responded in kind, putting his own arms around his mother's neck and holding himself as close as possible. Lucky remembered doing the same thing when she was newly born; happy that now she had a child to lavish love on. She drew him back, looking into his eyes with love.

"That's right." She said, brushing one paw over his nose, causing him to crinkle it adorably. "Do you know your name, little one?" She waited for a second, before continuing. "Your name is Caelas." He smiled, looking between his parents with love. Wolf, under urgings from his Lucario instincts, reached over and ruffled the fur on top of his son's head, the child closing his eyes in the face of his father's praise. While they had been getting to know their son, Serenity had gradually crept forward so that she now kneeled next to Lucky. Caelas looked over at her, wondering who this new pokemon was. Lucky held him up so that he could get a better view of her.

"This is Serenity." She introduced her, letting him learn that there were different pokemon. She gave him a little wave, pleased when he returned it. It was such a beautiful moment for the new family.

***

The four of them rematerialised just outside the stadium, having taken some time to explain to Caelas what was happening before exposing him to the milling throng of people who were wondering where Wolf had gone off to. Off to one side was a small group of official looking people, having what seemed to be a heated discussion with Flannery, Officer Jenny and Cynthia.

"We all saw Wolf teleport out of the stadium." Jenny was saying, trying to get the officials to see reason. "That means he would have gone somewhere specific, and that he'll likely come back soon enough. There are no grounds to form a search party!" One of the officials, a fat balding man, seized on the subject before it could be dismissed.

"Come now! People who win leagues don't just teleport away!" he argued. "Perhaps his Gardevoir was subjected to some kind of mind control and forced to abduct him!" Serenity, still at Wolf's side, snorted. Wolf had a feeling that it meant her mind was too powerful to be brought to heel by any artificial means. Cynthia shook her head, an amused smile gracing her features.

"I highly doubt that." She countered. "Gardevoir are incredibly strong psychic pokemon. It's more likely that he went somewhere he knows, and it was for a very good reason."

"As a matter of fact," Wolf started, causing those assembled to turn in surprise as he spoke. "We did have a very good reason for leaving." He indicated Lucky, who was now cradling a baby Riolu in place of the egg. "Lucky wanted Caelas to be born in natural surroundings." Flannery's eyes lit up as she saw Caelas, Cynthia nodding thoughtfully at his point. Far better in the wild than in a stadium full of screaming people. Jenny turned back to the flabbergasted officials, an amused look on her face.

"A pettier woman might say 'I told you so.'" She said, before turning on her heel and walking back to her motorcycle. As she left, Flannery made her way over to Lucky and kneeled so she was level with Caelas.

"Hi there!" she said gently. "It's nice to meet you Caelas!" While Lucky made introductions with Flannery and Cynthia, the heavy set official grabbed Wolf by the arm and marched him off to the stadium for the awards ceremony and the photo. Serenity shrugged, wandering after him through the press of people, followed soon after by Lucky, Caelas, Flannery and Cynthia.

***

Once the officials had finished with their ceremony, the fans had tired of screaming their praise of him and he had taken a moment to reflect on the battle with Ash, Wolf was finally allowed time to relax and unwind. Flannery and Cynthia had joined him in the room, the champion there to talk to Wolf about an upcoming tournament.

"Since this is your second league win, I expect you'll get an invite." She said, sharing her experiences with Wolf. "That's how I was first entered into the Star Tournament. It'll certainly be interesting facing you in a battle." Wolf nodded thoughtfully, his attention divided between Cynthia and the photo he held. It showed the team in a group, with Wolf, Lucky and Caelas in the middle. The rest of the group were standing around and smiling at the camera. Ivysaur had taken the request to smile over the top, with the result that he looked crazy. The photographer had only been able to take one picture, so they had been stuck with that one. Wolf had insincerely berated him when he found out, but he hadn't quite been able to keep the laugh out of his voice.

Thinking of his pokemon, Wolf was surprised when the door opened and they trooped in, followed by Nurse Joy. She seemed put out by something, but it wasn't until she gave Flannery a sad look that Wolf guessed what it was. She left without a word, Flannery turning to Wolf and shaking her head.

"I suppose I should've expected something like that." She muttered, causing Wolf to grin in a bout of self-aggrandisement. While they were chatting, Lucky pulled Serenity to one side.

"Before we go home, can we stop off somewhere first?" she asked, careful to keep her mind blank so that Serenity couldn't ferret out her intentions.

***

The sun was just setting as the group rematerialised, a fading glow cast over the surrounding forest. Wolf blinked at the forest, convinced that his eyes were deceiving him.

"Either Fortree has gone downhill since I was last home," he began "or we're not home." He turned to Serenity, the puzzled expression on her face suggesting that this was something he should have known.

"Of course it's not Fortree City." She answered, tilting her head to one side. "It's Mt Coronet. Lucky said she wanted to go here first." Wondering what she was talking about, he turned around to where Lucky was, finding her several metres away looking at the forest that was on the base of the mountain. Slowly he approached, noticing with unease that Caelas was looking at her face with something that looked like concern.

"Lucky?" he asked tentatively, feeling this was bad news. She didn't look at him, keeping her eyes on the forest.

"I didn't want to tell you." She said, her tone downcast. "At least not until it was too late. You know as well as I do that this is for the best, Wolf." He turned her, looking into her eyes to find tears streaking her face. Caelas looked between them with incomprehension, but deep down he knew this was bad.

"Lucky, what's going on?" Wolf asked, knowing where this was going but needing her to say it.

"Caelas won't be with us forever." She began. "He'll grow up, and he'll need to know how to survive in the wild. It would be best to raise him here, among other Lucario."

"I know." Wolf said simply. "But I won't let him be raised without his father. I'm staying with you." Lucky looked at him with both respect and love, happy that Wolf was responsible enough to want to help her raise their son.

"Uh, Wolf? You can't stay here."

Flannery had been the one to speak. Slowly Wolf turned, training his gaze on her. He wasn't angry with her, but the look said that she had better have a good explanation to say that.

"Why not?" he asked, struggling to not yell at her. She looked at him, a sympathetic look in her eyes.

"Look, I would support you staying here." She began, her voice sincere. "But you really have no idea how famous you are. You're practically Hoenn's hood ornament." Wolf frowned at her.

"What's that got to do with anything?" he asked.

"How many fans do you think you have on average in each city in Hoenn?" she asked. He shrugged, still not seeing her point. She could see he was waiting for the answer.

"About twenty seven hundred." She said, answering her own question. "There's one massive fan club dedicated to you Wolf, split into a branch for each city or town. That's a lot of people, and they might understand if Lucky wasn't there, but they'll question your disappearance. They'll look for you, Wolf." He could tell that she was being truthful with him, another thought emerging from her point. If they knew enough about him, they might press her. Flannery would only be able to take so much of the pressure before they found out, no matter how hard she tried. They would find him, find out about him and Lucky. It wasn't fair to put that burden on her. He turned back to Lucky, seeing the same realisation in her own eyes. They simply stared at each other for a moment, before Wolf leaned in and gave Lucky a slow, lingering kiss. As they brushed together, their tears mingled with one another, neither of them wanting to be separated. Finally he drew back, wiping the worst of the tears off his face. A sad smile was on his face as he looked at Caelas, realising with a start that he wouldn't be able to see his son grow up.

"Be good for mum, okay?" he whispered to him, taking a moment to hug Caelas. The Riolu understood what was happening now, grasping his father tightly as though he wouldn't be able to leave if he did so.

"I promise." He murmured back, before finally relenting and allowing Lucky to hold him again. Without another word to each other, Wolf and Lucky turned their backs to each other, Lucky walking off into the forest and Wolf trudging back to where Flannery and Serenity waited, both of them wearing mourning expressions.

"You'll see them again." Serenity said, putting one hand on Wolf's shoulder while Flannery hugged him comfortingly. He nodded, casting one last look over his shoulder at the forest where Lucky and Caelas had gone, wiping his face again. She was right, but it didn't lessen the pain. He felt as though his heart was leaving him as well.
Chapter End Notes:*** I think I'll mention that this won't be the final chapter of Wolf's Story, though it's the final part of the story line itself. Not as a sequel, although I'm working on one of those too
