Chapter 13
CHAPTER 13 THE BODY SWAP PART 2
The Hunter stood there as he watched everyone in the campsite. Everyone looked at him in shock. "What do you mean it was you?" Ash asked. "I did this as I tried to put myself in XD-385's body. But it backfired and it just made the lot of you switch bodies." The Hunter said. Everyone laughed at this. "So your own plan backfired on you?!" Ash said. "Yes, it did. Now silence!" the Hunter said. "You first!" Neo suddenly tackled the Hunter to the ground. Ash moved his head down to Mana and Slate. "Find a place to hide while we deal with him." Ash said as Mana and Slate nodded. Ash watched as they ran away before he turned and look. He saw just in time the Hunter throwing Neo off of him. Jumping back up to his feet, the Hunter charged. Ash quickly took to the air as the Hunter sliced at the empty spot Ash was in with an energy sword. Looking up, the Hunter saw Ash in the air. Before he could do anything, Latios slammed into him, causing him to fall over. The Hunter once again jumped up and threw Latios off him. The Hunter then ran up a tree and jumped off it onto Ash. As he raised his sword above Ash's neck, Ash flipped around, tossing the Hunter off and causing him to slam into a branch. As the Hunter fell, Onyx flew up and slammed him into the stream. Lugia and Latios stood next to the stream with different weapons in their hands. The Hunter charged again and slammed into Lugia before jumping to Latios. Latios threw a punch at the Hunter, who easily dodged it and brought his knee to Latios's gut before elbowing him in the back. Lugia charged with a branch in his hand. The Hunter brought his sword up and sliced the branch in two, then clotheslined Lugia. Bayleef, whose armor had activated, jumped from behind, body slamming into the Hunter. The Hunter lifted Bayleef off him and threw her into Neo who was coming back for another attack. Amber flew in for an attack of her own, but was brought down as the Hunter jumped up and landed on her, forcing her head into the ground. "Amber!" Ash shouted. "I got her, Dad!" Onyx flew in to save his sister, but was hit hard in the face by the Hunter's fist. Ash looked down as the Hunter held both Amber and Onyx by their throats. "If you want them to live, land on the ground!" the Hunter shouted. Ash groaned, but did as he was told and landed.
The Hunter laughed as he threw Amber and Onyx to the ground. "I knew you would not want to see the death of your own children." the Hunter said as he moved forward, his sword drawn. As the Hunter was about to slice his neck, Neo slammed him aside again. "I can't battle him much in this body. You will have to deal with him." Ash said as the others got up hurt. Baleef ran at and tackled the Hunter. The Hunter then picked her up again and threw her aside. Latios came up from behind and grabbed the Hunter's neck and pulled back. The Hunter started to choke as Latios tightened his grip on the Hunter's throat. The Hunter then managed to grab Latios by the shoulders and threw Latios into the ground. Turning around he saw Lugia jump at him from behind. Lugia wrapped his hands around the Hunter's neck, but the Hunter brought up his fist and punched Lugia in the face before picking up a big stick and slammed it into his back. Jake ran forward with a large stick in his hand, but he was brought down just as easily. "You don't give up, do you? I love it when my prey put up a good fight." the Hunter said as Onyx flew back and lifted the Hunter up into the air. He then slammed the Hunter back down into the ground. Amber followed up with another body blow into him. The Hunter got to his feet again as Onyx came in for another attack. But the Hunter grabbed hold of Onyx and threw him into Amber. The Hunter looked up and saw Ash flying above. Pulling out a ball like device, he threw it at Ash. The device opened up into a net and Ash was caught in it. A large electrical current traveled through Ash as he fell to the ground. Ash tried to get up but he was too injured. Neo tried to tackle the Hunter, but he was thrown into a tree.
The Hunter turned around when he heard a noise. He walked away towards the noise. When he entered Ash's field of vision, Ash was shocked at what the Hunter was holding. It was Mana. The Hunter saw Ash's worried look and said "I will kill her in front of your own eyes so you know what awaits you." The Hunter tossed Mana to the ground and placed one foot over her and raised his sword above his head.
