Chapter 3
CHAPTER 3 Family Reunion
After a few seconds of floating in silence, Amber and Onyx went straight up to Ash and began to cry. "It is so good to see you again, Daddy." Amber said as she continued to cry. "Yeah, it is so good to see you and Uncle Neo and Aunt Bayleef again." Onyx said as they moved away from Ash. "But how can this be possible? The last time I saw you both of you were so small." Ash said. Neo spoke up, "Well if you remember, Mewtwo said that we have been missing for one hundred years." Ash just stood there thinking. Bayleef broke the silence and said, "So where are we?" Amber and Onyx seemed to hear her question and said, "This is the headquarters of the LFR." Ash looked at them with a confused look, "What is the LFR?" Mewtwo spoke up, "The LFR stands for the League of Free Races." "We are a resistance group that is dedicated to putting an end to the Rocket Empire." Onyx said. Ash, Neo and Bayleef looked at each other. "The Rocket Empire was formed after you three disappeared." Mewtwo said. "Then one hundred years of war began." Amber said with a sad look on her face. "They started with destroying Team Aqua and Team Magma. Then it was The Battle of Pallet Town." Latios said. "After that, they started to attack the Pokemon League in Hoenn, Kanto and Johto. Then they started to battle against the Legendaries." Latios said. "What happened to my Pokemon and Latias?" Ash asked. Latios had a very sad look on his face, "Latias disappeared after the Battle of Pallet Town. Some of your Pokemon were also killed during the battle. Pikachu fought particularly bravely along side an army of Trainers while trying to protect the Legendaries from the Rocket Empire. All four of us fought in that battle." "We would have won the battle if it continued as it was going, but they activated the generator that prevents Pokemon from using attacks." Amber said. "Several Legendaries escaped with us to a place hidden from the Rocket Empire. Then they began to invade other worlds when they made large warships designed for space travel. We got into space when several members of the old Team Rocket led by Jessie and James helped us get into space when they stole a colony ship." Onyx said. "Once in space, we sent several distress signals to alien races. Anyone who would be willing to help us. Only four replied." Latios said. "They were the Chozo, the Luminoth, the Vhozon and the Diamont. They sent their ambassadors to the colony ship and we told them the problem and about the Rocket Empire. They went back to their home worlds and told their people about the problem and they agreed to help us in our struggle. Now it is just us that stands against the Rocket Empire." Amber said. "But how come you two are the leaders?" Bayleef asked. "We are the leaders because after we told them about our father and how he was a savoir to the Pokemon, everyone agreed to let us be the leaders." Onyx said as they moved to another room that had several different aliens in it. Amber pointed towards one of the aliens. It had long lanky limbs with about four fingers on his hands and birdlike feet. It had feathers covering its entire body, except for its feet and hands. Its head was large and it had a break instead of lips. It was also about 8 to 10 feet tall. "This is a Chozo." Amber said. Onyx pointed to another alien. It had a body similar to the Chozo, but it was more moth like. Its chest was covered in fluffy fur while the rest of his body was covered with a durable exoskeleton. It also had a pair of small wings on its back and had antennae on its head, much like those of an ordinary moth. "This is a Luminoth." Onyx said. Mewtwo turned and pointed to another alien. This one was in purple armor, but nothing else could be seen. "This is a Vhozon." Mewtwo said. Latios pointed to the last alien in the room. It looked like a creature made of living rock with orange crystals sticking out of its body in certain places, especially around the shoulders. "This is a Diamont." Latios said. They walked out of the room to another and looked out the window to look at the city. "With you three here, we may have a chance to win this war." Onyx said as he looked at Ash, Neo and Bayleef. "Why not? We might get to go back to our own time when that generator is destroyed." Ash said as they began making plans for a offensive attack on the Rocket Empire.
Deep inside a large building on the Rocket Empire occupied Earth, a group of soldiers were reporting to their leader, who was in the dark. "We are sorry, Sir. We didn't mean to fail." the lead soldier said. "You let the LFR get their hands on The Chosen One. They might think they will win, but as soon as our secret weapons are ready, we will crush them like the insects they are." the Rocket Empire leader said. Then the soldiers left as the leader looked at a computer screen showing a large lab where metallic things were being made. He then let out a sinister laugh.
