Team Rocket Attacks
It has been a few days since Eevee had join Ash's team. "Hey, is it just me or has Team Rocket stopped following us?" Marina asked. "I think it's because of our escorts. Team Magma and Team Aqua aren't pushovers." Ash said, looking at the escorts. "Hey, those idiots wouldn't attack you when we are here." Tabitha said. "Yes, but Team Rocket are not know for their brains." Ash joked.
In Team Rocket HQ. "Giovanni, I trust my soldier is helping you for our arrival and in some of your plans." the alien figure said. "Yes. He has updated several of our robots with your technology." Giovanni said. "Good. You can use them to prepare for when we arrive by capturing the Pokemon of Trainers that might stand in our way." the alien said. "Yes. We know of one who might be a problem. He led an attack on Sektor Sieben's HQ and succeeded in its destruction." Giovanni said. The alien thought to himself before saying "Take all of his Pokemon and kill him." The screen then went blank. "Get me Jessie and James." Giovanni said to a grunt. "Yes sir." the grunt replied.
After a while, Jessie and James were standing in front of Giovanni. "I am giving you three a machine that will help you capture the Pokemon from that kid you are following." Giovanni said. "Not that it is my business, but why would this machine help?" James asked. "Well this machine has been given a boost by alien technology. Now go and get those Pokemon" Giovanni said. "Yes sir." Jessie and James said as they left.
Ash and his group had just set up camp. Ash was telling Marina and Eevee about Pokemon contests. Both of them seemed very interested in the topic. Then all of a sudden metal arms grabbed Eevee, Marina, Pikachu and Absol. "Marina, Absol, Eevee, Pikachu!" Ash shouted as the arms went up to a balloon. "Oh man, not them again!" Ash yelled. "Listen, is that a voice I hear?" Jessie's voice was heard. "It's speaking to me loud and clear." James's voice said. "On the wind." Jessie said. "Past the stars." James said. "In your ear!" Moewth's voice said. "Bringing chaos at a break neck pace." Jessie said. "Dashing hope, bringing fear in its place." James said. "A rose by any other name is just as sweet." Jessie said. "When everything's worse, our work is complete." James said. "Jessie!" the female Team Rocket member shouted as she appear. "James!" Jessie's partner said as he appeared. "And Meowth! Now that's a name!" the Scratchcat Pokemon said as he appeared. "Putting the do-gooders in their place..." Jessie said. "...Team Rocket..." James said. "We're in your face!" Jessie, James and Meowth said at the same time.
"Give them back now!" Ash shouted. "Why should we? We have them now and there is nothing you can do to stop us this time!" Jessie said. "Ash, I'll handle this. Mightyena go!" Tabitha shouted. Mightyena appeared in a flash and growled at Team Rocket. "Mightyena, Hyper Beam now!" Tabitha shouted while pointing to the balloon. Mightyena used the attack with great accuracy. But before the attack could hit, a machine of sorts appeared. The Hyper Beam slammed into what looked like a bubble of energy around the balloon. "What the?" Ash said. "You can attack all you like but our balloon has been fitted with this generator. But this machine has been given a boost by alien technology." James said. "Houndoom go. Use Flamethrower. Mightyena, use Shadow Ball!" Tabitha shouted. Nodding, the two Pokemon used their attacks which hit the bubble again. "Nice try, but we must be going now." James said. "No, you can't take my girlfriend away from me!" Ash shouted.
This made everyone stop and stare. Even wild Pokemon turned their heads. "Ash, don't kid around. You don't have a girlfriend." Brock said. "I do have one." Ash said. "Really. Then tell us who she is." James said. Ash looked at Marina, who was shaking her head and mouthing the words 'No, don't tell them.' Ash then mouthed the words 'If it is to save you, then I have to.' Marina sighed in defeat and nodded. "Marina is my girlfriend." Ash said. Everyone got a look of surprise on their faces. "But is that even possible?" A Team Aqua grunt asked. Brock just burst into tears, upset that Ash had a girlfriend before he did. Dawn had a look of jealousy on her face, but no one noticed. "A human can never love a Pokemon in that sense!" Jessie said. "No, it's true. They have mated and told me." a deep voice said. "Who said that?" James asked as he looked around. "I did." Absol replied. "Hey, they got a talking Absol!" Meowth said. "Well now, let's see what other things this baby has." Jessie said as she pressed a button. A weird looking weapon appeared and fired a laser. Everyone took cover as the weapon fired again. Everyone hid in the trees and bushes as the laser tried to hit them.
"Target the Twerp!" Meowth said. Nodding, Jessie aimed the weapon at where Ash was hiding. "Say good night, Twerp." Jessie said. The weapon fired a laser. Everything seemed to go into slow motion for everyone. A familiar figure appeared in front of Ash. The figure generated a barrier around itself and Ash. "Ash, we have come to help you again." the figure said. "Mewtwo, is that you? And who's with you?" Ash asked. Mewtwo nodded as Mew appeared. "We already know that they have a machine powered by alien technology." Mewtwo said as more and more lasers hit the barrier. "Mew, can you teleport inside that shield?" Ash asked. The pink kitten Pokemon nodded before disappearing and reappeared inside the shield. Using psychic energy, Mew snapped the metal arms holding the captive Pokemon. Using psychic again Mew kept the Pokemon from falling down. Teleporting again, Mew appeared outside the shield and left the Pokemon on the ground. All the while, Team Rocket never noticed.
"Mew, can you teleport Pikachu inside the shield?" Ash asked. Nodding, Mew and Pikachu teleported inside the shield. Pikachu then let loose a Thunder attack. The machine exploded, sending Team Rocket flying. "Looks like Team Rocket blasting off again!!" Team Rocket shouted. "Mewtwo, I thank you and Mew again for your help." Ash said. "That's unusually formal for you. But anyway, we are the only ones of the Legendaries that is not looking for any remains of Sektor Sieben so we can help you at any time." Mewtwo said. Both of the two Legendaries disappeared again. "Okay Ash, how could you find true love before me?" Brock asked. "Well Brock, you do scare a lot of girls when you flirt with them." Marina said as she laughed. "But why, Ash? Why did you fall in love with a Pokemon and not a human?" Dawn asked. "Well what can I say? Marina's a cute girl. That and I guess it was her personality that made me fall in love with her." Ash said. Dawn just nodded as everyone went back to what they were doing before Team Rocket showed up. Ash however was thinking, 'I wonder what they meant by alien technology?'
