Yeah, you see, during that week, the ill Pokémons are basically sex predators, there are no consequences to their actions, I mean pregnancy is impossible, for the Virus literally... Let's not get too technical, it just sterilise it's bearer for a few weeks. However, the PokéRus is some sort of, how does human call these? Ah yes, STD. any blood, saliva or sexual contact can infect another. That's why some trainer goes to sleep one night and wake up with their entire team affected by the PokéRus, their Pokémon were just active at night.

Now, it was three month ago, The scientist, his name's Joe by the way, and Aura managed to create an synthetic sample of the PokéRus. For the Humans, it was a miracle, for the Pokémons... Well not so much. So one thing getting to another, they had to test it. Fortunately, the synthetic contained some sort of bacteria we couldn't eat. No matter hew they tried and I knew it. So whenever they tested a new and more perfected form, as soon as one of us eat the pill or drank the serum, we would instantly puke it out, as our system refuses to accept the bacterial I mention earlier.
