Warmth on a Northern Night
His tracks were oddly light through the thick snow. The tired and welted paws carefully tiptoed over three feet of accumulated snow and sleet. His limp had been improving, just enough to depend on his spear for walking just a little less, and to depend on for defensive measure more.
The forest around him, usually active and alive with life, was killed by the harsh winter weather. The lush, forest floor was hidden under the thick over-drifts of sleet. The trees suffocated, choking from the lack of the divine sun. The dusk sky was an elephant gray. Not a star to be seen, nor a moon, or even the orange glow of a day heading to rest. Nothing.
A freak gale of wind blew into his face and his side, springing an automatic sense to call for a Detect. The polar white anthropomorphic creature, by his own will, locked himself in a frozen, slightly glowing stance against the wind. He held this up for a few moments, until it passed. As he eased out of the protective maneuver, he began to ponder how he arrived in this situation. With enough wit and perception, anyone or anything could read him like a book, and draw a conclusion on nothing but his looks...
The tall, white Absol's body, was adorned in red clay. The markings, which by now were faded into a weak rose hue, depicted many honors and formalities the warrior had achieved.
Three small paw prints over his right thigh, he was a bigger brother to the tribe's cubs.
Five slashes under each eye, he had been in ten battles.
An open eye, with a crescent moon surrounding it over his right pectoral, he was a night watchman.
Both arms bore spirals painted in clay from wrist to shoulder, he was an ambidextrously skilled spear-man.
Finally, his most noble honor, a pentagram centered around his eye. He was one of the youngest in his tribe to ever attain the title of Priest.
His body was well built, muscles slightly bulging as he trudged along. His fur was as white as the snow that silenced the world around him, with the exception of a few rising purple bruises. His aged spear, passed from generation to generation, now a crutch, and the only thing keeping him standing
He wore only a loose fitting gray loin cloth, made from leftover material for shelter building; which did no better job at insulating him than his short, southern fur. It's only purpose in the harsh, Northern weather, was to hide shame. He had been accustomed to hard and random gales, living on a southern mountain, but the frigid air was a new, and uncomfortable sensation he just couldn't surpass. He began shivering as the cloth only grew damp from the blowing snow, gradually slowing him down more and more...
Other than the useless cloth, he wore various bits of tribal jewelry collected from over the years. A matching anklet and bracelet given to him as a birthday present by the orphaned cubs he sought over, made from mixed and matched stones of onyx, and a piercing over his eyebrow, bought from the blacksmith, filled with a silver ring.
As the blizzard suddenly died, the overcast clouds did as well, leaving a dark and silvery night filled with stars as far as the eye could see, as well as a bright crescent moon that filled most of the heavens.
He took this chance to take a feral stance in the snow, shutting his eyes, steadying the sensitive scythe on the side of his head, and sniffing about. He could hear rushing water underground, taking off southward with all of it's will. He could smell the fresh, snow-damp pine trees that peppered the forest all over. He could feel...warmth.
Using his spear to stand, he began walking downhill, following the underground stream;lightly padding through the soft and pure snow.
With a slight sense of aura, he felt something cold under his foot, a patch of ice. With a quick and agile side step, he slid across the ice without fail. With a grin, he stood proud to his accomplishment, the first time he'd look on the bright side all day...before tripping over a rock.
In a most comical fashion, he began rolling head over heels down the steep hill. Picking up more and more speed, began turning into a large snowball, finally rolling onto the frozen pond and falling into an open hole in the ice. With the quickness, he jabbed the underside of the ice with his spear. Holding on tightly, he began pulling himself up the spear. He knew he had to be fast, or hypothermia would set in. Pulling himself out of the water, the Absol slung himself against the pond's surface with a thud, quickly scaled his spear. After rolling over on the ice and shoving his paw into the water to free his spear, he panted deeply ,catching up with his lost breath, trying to make sense of the situation.
Then it hit him...he reclaimed his feral position. Relief was near. He felt the water under the ice still flowing southbound, as well as the warmth he'd felt before. Snapping up his spear with his jaws, he began running with all of his might south on all fours. He began slowing down as he made it to the foot of the frozen lake. Grabbing his spear once more with a hand, using it to stand, shaking the water out of his fur. He gave another snarl of accomplishment. Heat was near.
Ahead of him, was a cave. It's mouth was about six feet wide and ten feet high. It radiated an odd, warm, and dim white light, that seemed suspicious. On a hint, he trusted his instincts, nothing in there was going to harm him. Slowly, he began his slightly staggering walk into the cave. He kept his guard up, walking slowly and carefully through the dark corridor, until he came across the end of the cave.
It was a small dwelling. The room was about ten feet in diameter, mostly empty, save for a dry hide on the wall, and a hot-spring dead in the middle of the room.
The small cavern was only lit through an opening in the ceiling that let in the luminous moonlight.
This was the source of the warmth, the spring had been fed from the underground stream and pond, and had been what he was following the whole time. The spring's water was a bubbling, turquoise blue and inviting as an inn. Without a second thought, the Absol set his spear aside and drew off his loin cloth, revealing his well sized sheath. Slowly descending into the steaming fountain with a relaxed sigh, he was finally at ease
Spreading his arms out, he shut his eyes. Thinking of relief, finally at ease from all of the fighting, the wars, the stress....
His eyes sprung open, the water around him bubbling intensely on a snap as a figure began to rise..
She wasn't in the water.
She was the water.
She began forming out of the liquid until she was a whole. Her fur was a sleek sky blue spotted with diamonds of white, blending in perfectly with the fountain's warm, relaxing torrents. Her underside, from her muzzle, pert and perky breasts, and her crotch, a pure white. The crest on her forehead was a shining bright aquamarine, and her fair, purple, ever-flowing cape truly represented the North Wind. Flowing tails of two waved in the thriving waters as she sat beside him, taking her paw in his.
The Absol went agape in awe at the Suicune's pure beauty, her Aura, how she made him feel...
She shot him back a "How do ya do" glance, giving a wink and a smile, pulling him close. From what she could see, he was a priest and experienced battler, the rest of his markings, unseen and washed away by the warming waters.
Taking the hint, the Absol wrapped an arm around the legendary anthro's torso, and held her close, boldly licking up and down her neck, returning a grin, and raising her a playful growl. He lifted his paw just under her breast, cupping it slightly as she returned the favor, expressing her bluntness by gripping up his sheath.
The Suicune slowly stood up, easing herself out of the bubbling spring and sliding out. The Absol turned to observe her, his eyes tracking her movement with a curious glint. She went over to the wall, and stripped it of the hide, lying it on the ground by the fountain with care. Slowly, she got down on her knees on the hide, pulling a loose purr from Absol as she lie on her side.
Dragging a finger against the hard clay floor, the Suicune pulled it up and made a diamond right in the middle of her chest.
The white creature turned a slight rose. She wasn't only trying to stay warm for the night, she wanted him as a mate. He never thought...he could be loved. He was a brutal murderer, a sinning saint...
The Suicune pulled him out of the water, and by her side on the hide. She eased a paw behind his back, stroking it to ease him, licking off all five slashes and the pentagram from his face. She didn't care who or what he was in the past, all she knew was that she wanted him as a mate now.
He shut his eyes, his tongue lolling as she soothed his stress away. He melted in a loose string of deep purrs as she freed him of his past life, welcoming him into a new one. Slowly opening his eyes, he dragged his finger through the hard clay, rubbing up enough to make a diamond on his own chest.
Both shut their eyes once more, the two lovers pushing their muzzles against each other in unison, opening them, then locking them together. He held her tight as she did him, tongues interloping and mingling as they meet, moans exploding everywhere, and hands groping anything and everything.
Arousal was in the air, as the atmosphere only grew steamier. His arousal was throbbing against her warm, wet, and inviting slit as they lie on their side. She moved back a bit, spreading her legs, groaning as he took a dominant position over her. He grabbed the Suicune's hips firmly as he slowly pushed in, causing both to moan out in unison. Arching back, he took his time, slowly moving in and pressing against her chest , locking lips once more.
She let loose a gasp into a maw as he stimulated her chest, letting loose another even stronger cry of pleasure as he began fiddling and teasing her clitoris. She wrapped her legs around his waist, then let one hand rest in the hot-spring beside them, gripping the other behind his back, pulling him down. With a grin, the Absol broke the the kiss, growling in lust steadily as he trusted in hard, making the first hilt powerful for both, almost driving the Suicune to her first orgasm on his trip in.
With a sly snarl, he began to speed up, pulling out of the Suicune's tight, warm, and needy canal at a quicker pace then when he went in, slamming in hard as a northern blizzard. The Absol cupped one of her breasts once more, suckling on it hard as if he were trying to get a drink. Returning the favor, the Suicune let her hand slide down from his back, slowly letting it fall between his legs, cradling his balls with a loose grin as her legs pulled his hips. This only made it harder for him to pull out, but he enjoyed a challenge. He used this factor to only make the sweet moment better, moaning out as he slowly pulled back, back yipping and growling out as he slammed back in fast.
The Suicune couldn't take it anymore, with a loud roar, she climaxed for the first time only after three thrusts. Her hands and arms flew out as her feminine juices flowed, The Absol halting himself for a moment, just enjoying the clenching feeling around his around his member as his mate came. He pushed in hard one last time, giving her a light peck on the lips, pulling her legs over his shoulders and lifting her slightly. Staring down at her, he shot down a "Ready for round two?", wink as he began to jazz her once more, prepared to give her the whole symphony.
She threw back her head as he wrapped her hands around her thighs, pushing into him as he wasted no time, rutting her fast and quick. At this new pace, The Absol began panting hard, shutting his eyes and biting his lip.
She whined and squirmed in pure lust as he gave it to her fast, she laid her hands on his, opening her eyes as he did his. Staring into each others souls, glaring into each others past lives, picturing a new, glorious one...
His member began dribbling, slicking up his lover's tightness as he only went faster and faster. He pushed her into the hide as he began slightly slowing down, putting in more force, stroking up and down her legs. He threw his head back with a groan and yell as his his own orgasm, filling his lover with his sweet milk as he drove her to her second, the Suicune moaning and panting under him. The Absol continued to pant lightly as his mate finally milked him dry. She pulled him down, grinning and yelling once more as he drove it home, holding him there until they finally came down from their orgasms.
He let her legs down and held her tight, canoodling and playfully teasing her. She grinned and kissed him on the nose, already enjoying his playful attitude and lighthearted humor. After rolling off of her, and lying by her side, they locked lips once more in the moonlight, holding each other tight as close as the sky held the stars. She broke the kiss with a yawn, sticking her tongue out at him, panting slightly in the steamy cavern.
She rested her head on his chest and began dozing off, nuzzling into him, smiling contentedly in her sleep. The Absol held his new mate tight, staring at the moon as it began to flurry outside With a sigh, he thought of his new life, his new home, his new love.
That night, he had found a warm fountain in the middle of a blizzard. Forever, the north would never be frigid again, for his true love would always be there, keeping him, and his heart, forever warm.
