The Firefang Clan by caeden

Story Notes:

So, yeah, normal disclaimer stuff... I don't own pokemon, thank gods. Although... real ones would be nice. I do however, own any characters in the story.

Zane: The beginning

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Okay, so I'm taking the plunge and posting on here. First story, and before anybody says anything, yes, there is a storyline! deal with it, I'm hoping to become an author so you get storyline, not just smut. Hmm... what else... oh, don't just say if you hate it: that's one thing I noticed around here. Help me improve, please!
Oh yeah, a couple of last things: I have no clue if I'll continue this, I might, I don't know. Also, for the disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon, because if I did, well, most of the fourth gens wouldn't exist. I just hope fifth's better, or I'm gone XP. I do however, after writing this, feel a certain attachment to Zance and Lynnia, as well as the Firefang Clan.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It was dark and cold. That's all Zance could tell. The Riolu was curled up, laying in darkness. Am I dead? He thought. He heard voices, but they were jumbled.

"Mommy! Here's one!" A childish voice said. Zance tried to move for the voice, to go to it, but his whole body was throbbing in pain. He blacked out.

Waking up, the Riolu looked around. He was in a cavern with his head resting on an orange pillow, but he examined more closely and saw a sleeping Vulpix. He tried to move away, but couldn't, pain coursing through him. He whimpered in fear as a Ninetails came in. She laid down in front of him. "Shush," She said. "Please don't wake my daughter," She said. Zance only nods his head, quieting. "I'm Cenina, Queen of the Firefang Clan." She noses some blue and pink berries towards him, which he tenderly ate. "Get some sleep young one," She said. "You're among friends here," Zance nods, falling asleep on the Vulpix's flank.

~~~~~~~~~~Three years later
"Wait up!" Zance said, running after his best friend. They ran through the woods, the Ninetails testing her new speed. Cenina's daughter, Lynnia, had evolved only hours ago. She looked back at the Lucario, laughing.
"Aww, can't you catch up with me Zan?" She asked as she turned around to face him, pouncing on him. He landed with an "Oomph,"
"Gods, you haven't been able to do that since I was a Riolu," He said, laughing a bit. She laughed as well, rolling off of him and laying on her side. He smiled at her, then looked up at the sky and watched the clouds.
"What are you thinking about?" She asked, watching him, but she turned her head when he looked. He had caught her doing that a lot lately, but couldn't figure out why.
"Nothing, Lyn," He said, smiling. In truth he was worried about his generation's Coming of Age tournament, and being the only steel type in a fire clan put him at a major disadvantage. And it determined so much, his standing, his den choice, his choice when he picks a mate.
Lynnia growled a little at him. "It's that stupid tournament again, isn't it?" She asked. Apparently lately, she had been able to read his mind as well. He sighed, realizing that there was no use in denying it, so he nodded. She sighed, looking up at the sky as well. "I'm sure you'll do fine," She said, but the worry in her voice was plain. He shrugged.
"I'd still like to win," He said. "It would be nice, to have among the first picks," He said. "At least you don't have to go through it," He said. She snorts.
"Yeah, it's better to be a prize for the first male," She said, her voice hard. "I guess being a Princess has its perks," She said, still rhetorical. "You're never picked last," He winced, hearing her. He sat up, trying to clear his head, watching the forest, watching the auras of the clan move about. Some were training, others were scouring for food. He stood up, walking a little ways, his eyes closed, pushing all thought out of his head. He imagined a creature, one he barely remembered, a large frog like creature with pale blue skin. When he asked what this was, a few agreed on a Toxicroak, but they were insistent that he had gotten the color wrong. His blood boiled whenever he thought of this creature, and felt the urge to fight. He let loose a flurry of kicks, and the creature blocked each one, no matter the variety of aim the Lucario used. He uses Bone Rush, twirling it like a staff as he swings the club, but again the creature blocks. After about a half hour of this, Zance had had enough with his own imagination, firing an Aura Sphere to knock out the Toxicroak. He stood there panting a little, Lynnia walking up beside him.
"Like I said, you'll do fine," She said, laying beside him. He sat back down, his tail twitching a little. "That Bone Rush and Aura Sphere are your best weapons, I'd suggest using them," She said. "Of course, don't tire yourself out," He almost growled at her in annoyance, but stopped himself. He needed to hear that somebody at least thought he had a chance.
"Thanks, Lyn," He said. She smiled at him, her tails wagging a little, but her face dropped. "What's up?" He asked, petting her head.
"I've got to go get ready for tomorrow, Zan," She said shortly and sadly. She got up, smiling weakly. "Good luck, I hope you do well, get the girl you want," She said, leaving him. He watched her go, a little stunned.
You're the only girl I want, He thought, almost saying it aloud. He sighed, getting up and walking to his cavern, a ways away from the clan itself. He didn't argue about where they put him, there was a hot spring nearby. It was one of the Royal Family's weekend homes, where few trod. He laid in the hot spring, eating an Sitrus Berry, the juices going down his throat as he sighed. After the sun went down, he went to his cavern, drying himself off by flaring his Aura before laying in the bed he had.
~~~~~~~~~~The Next Day

Zance stood among the others of his generation in the Firefang Clan. There weren't many, but enough to still hold the tournament, about twenty or so. They waited patiently as the matches were decided. Some were trembling, some were smirking, others were stoic, unsure of what to feel. Zance was bouncing on the pads of his feet, unable to stand still.

His first match was against a rather pathetic Numel. The match began and was over in four seconds, a kick to the head the only thing that scored, and the Numel went out cold. Zance still felt edgy though, considering this. He looked to Lynnia, who gave him a weak smile. His second match lasted only a few seconds longer against a Flareon, it taking two kicks to knock him out.

He got a free advancement the next round, leaving him more on edge, but better rested. A few of his friends were knocked out, well, all of them were. This left Zance facing the two most ferocious fighters of his clan: Turean, a Typholsion, and Kane, a Blaziken. They stood in a triangle, waiting for the match to begin. The worst part, the two of them were friends with each other, and they hated Zance. He groaned, but was determined to at least try. As the announcer called the start of the match, he sprinted to the side, escaping the two flamethrowers, rolling on a paw to kick Turean in the back. The Typholsion staggered a bit, caught off guard. Zance wasted no time launching a flying kick in Kane's direction, who laughed and blocked it. Zance used the block as solid ground, pushing off and doing a back flip, shooting an Aura Sphere at the Blaziken. The sphere exploded, sending Kane flying. Zance landed, surprised. He smiled, but it dropped when he saw Kane stand up, flames sprouting from his arms. He felt a flamethrower hit him in the back, throwing him towards the Blaziken, who with a snarl, unleashed a Sky Upper cut to his chin, throwing him into the air. He landed, bouncing heavily, a feat in and of itself. He tried to stand up when he was kicked. Kane bent down. "Too bad," He snarled. "For a second, Lynnia had a look of hope on her face, but now she'll have to be one of ours," He said, a Mega Blaze Kick to the Lucario's back sending Zance flying. He rolled once before stopping, the fire burning through his back.

Hell if she falls into one of their hands, He thought, trying to get up. Turean laughed, Stomping on him, putting the fire out, painfully. He fell back down, unable to move against the weight of the Typholsion. He could barely breathe, but growled as he heard the announcer counting down. The Lucario dug down, trying to find that last spark of Aura. He thought of everything he thought of that could make it happen, fighting and killing the Toxicroak, breaking boulders, everything. As he was blacking out, he thought of the time when he evolved.

It had happened a year after he had been brought to Firefang, and the Queen had just pronounced him healed enough to be on his own. He remembered Lynnia leading him out to his new place, constantly apologizing for how far it was. The Vulpix was happy, though, it being her first outing without her parents or guards, just her and Zance. Then the Rhyhorn attacked out of nowhere, charging at her. Zance had picked up the sound and tackled her out of the way before landing a Force Palm on the giant boulder's head. The Rhyhorn backed off, realizing that they could fight back. Lynnia just whimpered in fear until Zance petted her head, smiling at her. She smiled back, and the rest of the way there, she praised his abilities. After she left him, he let the compliments roll over him, literally glowing in praise. The next thing he knew, he was about four or five feet taller and a lot heavier. Gave everyone a nasty shock the next day, too.

Despite the Typholsion weight on his back, the memory made him smile. Stupid reason to evolve, but it had done the trick. "What are you smiling at?" Turean asked, Stomping harder.

"Just thinking about how big of an oaf you are, and that Kane will never let you win," He said, laughing weakly. Turean growled loudly, raising his foot to give another Stomp. Zance managed to roll out of the way, and as he spun up, cracked a Bone Rush over the Typholsion's head. He didn't even know about the wound his back had taken, there was no pain from the deep burn. Turean spun, landing hard and struggling to get up. Zance felt something rush through him as he spun the four foot bone, slamming it hard on to the Typholsion's back, knocking him out. He turned to Kane, who was stunned, and smiled.

Kane lost it, appearing next to him in a rush of flames. Zance blocked the Mach Fire Punch with the bone while jumping over a Blaze Kick. He spun up into the air, feeling power build up in him. Pure instinct took over as he twirled the staff, hitting the ground a few feet away from the Blaziken, the ground trembling with an Earthquake attack. Kane flew back, hitting the wall of the arena and slumping to the ground. Zance managed to stay up long enough for the announcer to count Kane out before he blacked out, pain and adrenaline disappearing with him.

~~~~~~~~~~A few hours later
Zance woke up, groaning loudly. He was in a real bed, with sheets and everything, which meant he was in the Royal Family's home. He felt bandages on his arms and his feet and around his back. He tried to sit up, but a tail pulled him back. "Don't move, Zan," He heard a voice say. He looked, seeing Lynnia, realizing he was laying against her side. The Ninetails looked worried, and in the dark light, Zance would have sworn her eyes were bloodshot.
"I'm that bad, then?" He asked. She licks her muzzle nervously, but nodded.
"The burns were deep, Zan, and they'll hurt until we can get a true healer here," She said. "Just lay here, you won't feel them for a while yet, but as your nerves grow back, it will hurt," She said. Zance nods, taking deep breaths. "Why didn't you give up?" She asked, her voice cracking. "They almost killed you, but as long as you were standing, they could keep attacking you," She started crying. Zance only take deep breaths, some pain setting in. He wanted to comfort her, to tell her that he had done it for her, but couldn't speak, only whimpering. She laid her head on her paws, hiding her face from him. "I hope whoever you choose is worth it," She said softly before he blacked out again.
Over the next few days, he woke up, almost screaming in pain. He spent more time blacked out than asleep, and his body was starting to give out, breaking into a fever. Lynnia's presence and voice soothed him some, gave him something to hold onto. To her credit, Lynnia was with him until he started to throw up from the pain and a slight infection, when he became coherent enough to ask her to leave. He didn't want to get her sick or to see him like this. She looked like she was about to argue, but she saw the begging in his eyes, and left. Four days later, the healer came, apologizing over herself. The Gardevoir first used Calm Mind and then Hypnosis, Wish following later. As he slept, the Gardevoir's power healed him, his burns sealing cleanly and well with smooth black skin, not even the thick burn scars. Patches of fur were still missing, but they would grow back with time. When he woke, he was alone, but felt amazing. He gently got out of bed and walked to the door, opening it to see Lynnia asleep in front of it. He bent down and picked the Princess up; she was only slightly heavier to him now that she had evolved. He carried her to her bed, putting her in it before walking out of the room and wandering to the Great Hall of Firefang's Den.
The Royal family's den was large, a whole cavern system that was theirs, everything from a hot spring cavern to a training room to a storage cave. Some of them were hewn by hand, but most were not. Zance rolled his shoulders, stretching a bit, realizing how cramped up he was, and went towards the hot springs. Inside, he found the rarely seen King, an Entei. He bowed quickly and lowly. "Hello, your Majesty," He said. The King looked up, smiling.
"Hello yourself, Zance," He said. "And you don't have to refer to me by title, call me Remad." He said. "I take it you're feeling better?" He asks. "Apparently, your fight is the talk of the town, many came by to see you, but of course you don't remember. Come in," He said. Zance nods, sliding into the pool. "Good then, on to more important matters, you wouldn't have fought so hard if there wasn't somebody involved, somebody close to you," He said, winking. "Many girls came by, but Lynnia scared them off," He laughs. "I'm glad you're both good friends,"
"Me too, sir," Zance felt his muscles relax. He was slightly embarrassed to be having this conversation with Lynnia's father. "And yes, there is somebody," He thinks about a way to divert the attention. "But I'm sure my fight wasn't anywhere near as impressive as yours, sir," He said.
Remad shrugged, but Zance could have sworn there was a spark of amusement in his eyes. "It was rather difficult, I had to fight against Cenina's brother, who was overly protective and well, didn't like me," He chuckled. "Something about me being a stuck up prince with a stick shoved up my ass," He laughed loudly at this. "But I still won, and everything definitely worked out in the end," He smiled. "But tell me, who's this girl that inspired you to take on two strong fire types and win?"
Zance took a deep breath. "Honestly sir, it's Lynnia," He said. The King nodded knowing, chuckling a little.
"Knew it, you would've settled for second or third else wise," He said. "Well then, don't let me keep you," He said, getting out, dry in seconds before leaving. Zance didn't even watch the King leave, just watching the crystalline structures in the wall that emitted a soft light. He had laid there for a bit when he felt a soft nuzzle on his cheek, a lick across the top of his head. He jumped, turning around to see Lynnia standing there, smiling.
"Lyn! How long have you been there?" He asked, surprised. She chuckled.
"Long enough, Zan," She said. "More than long enough, really, but you seemed to have a nice chat with Daddy," She said. She walked over to the pool, sliding in on her side. "Never heard about Uncle before," She said, blushing a little. Zance quickly replayed the conversation in his head, then blushed as he realized what he had said after that, making Lynnia laugh, but then she looked serious. "Were you serious?" She asks. He sat down across from her, her cream fur tinged blue from the crystal's light. After a bit, he takes a deep breath and nods.
"Yes, I was serious," He said. "I was planning to ask, or at least tell you sometime earlier, but well, that didn't happen," He said quietly. He leaned his head against the cool crystal. "What do you think made me evolve? It wasn't the Rhyhorn, I can tell you that, I had done that a million times, it was nothing special. It was after you left, the sun was setting as I was reflecting on everything you said, and well, apparently there was enough daylight left for it to count," He said. There was a few minutes of silence before he heard her paddling over to him, and then nuzzling into his chest. He wrapped his arms around the kitsune, smiling as he sunk a little into the water.
"Why did you send me away earlier? I wanted to stay," She whimpered. He hugged her tighter, smiling down at her.
"I didn't want you to get sick, and well," He laughs a little. "I didn't want you to see me like that," He said.
"I'd rather see you like that then the hole that was in your back," She whimpered. "I had to look away from the fight, I couldn't bear that. I had to leave, I'm sorry," She said, burying her muzzle into his chest. "Don't ever let your pride stand in my way again, Zan," She said, smiling up at him. She laid her head back against him, and he felt her crying against his chest.
"What's wrong, Lyn?" He asked. "If you don-" He was broken off by her kissing his lips. She was murring, her tails wagging happily in the water. He closed his eyes, smiling as he petted along her back. She broke it, smiling.
"Everything's perfect, Zan," She said, tears still running down her face. "I just never thought this would happen," She smiles, licking his nose. He licked hers back, using a paw to wipe away her tears. She licked his paw, nuzzling into it. "Zance, my friend, my love, I would be honored to be your mate," She whispers, blushing deeply. He chuckles. "What?" She asked in mock anger, or at least he hoped.
"I hadn't even asked yet, Lyn," He said, kissing her gently. She blushes, but winks.
"Maybe you didn't have to," She said softly. "Maybe I knew what you were thinking," She said, smiling. Her paw traced idly on his chest as he smiles.
"Then, Princess Lynnia Firefang, my kitsune, I promise I will always take care of you, my love," He whispers. She smiles up at him, kissing his chest. He ran his paw through the fur on her neck, and she murred with it. "Come on, love," He said. "I think we should get out," He said. "Tell your parents the good news."
"Oh, not just my parents," She said, sliding out of the spring. "We've got to tell the Clan we've got a new Prince," She smiles at him, licking his forehead. He reeled a little at that.
"Completely forgot about that aspect, honestly," He said. "But it'll be worth the headache, everyday it will be," He said, smiling. He pulls himself out of the spring, bending down to hug her neck. She murred softly, licking his.
"I don't know what I would've done if you didn't win," She said. She smiled, kissing him gently. "I couldn't imagine being either one of theirs' mate," She said. "Only yours," She said, blushing. "I have since you saved me, honestly," She giggled. He smiled, kissing her back, and then standing up, he petted her head, scratching behind her ears. She blushes, murring loudly and leaning into it. He laughed.
"You're so cute, Lyn," He said, smiling at her. She blushed, nuzzling into his shoulder. He smiled, and they walked out to the grand room. Remad and Cenina were there and gave loud yips at the smiles on their faces. Cenina nuzzled Zance, whispering "Thank you" in his ear as he bent down and hugged her. The King smiled, walking out and telling a messenger that Kane and the other participants were allowed to choose from the remaining females, the rest able to ask after Kane and Turean had mates, as officially, they were second and third. Lynnia scoffed when she heard that.
"No girl will be with them, not after that battle," She said, nuzzling into her best friend's shoulder. He smiled, petting her head lovingly.
"I, for one, hope they do," He said. "I know they're asses, and jerks, but still, they were good fighters, and maybe a good mate will mellow them out," He said, smiling as he laid on a lounge. His body was still a little sore, but he knew that would fade. Lynnia jumped up beside him and laid beside him, nuzzling him gently.
"Who would be a good mate?" She asked nonchalantly. He chuckled.
"Hmm... can't think of anybody except the lovely kitsune nuzzling me right now, so I guess they're out of luck." He winked, smiling. She winked back, whispering "You just dodged a major bullet there, love." He kissed her cheek. "But I couldn't stay mad at you, ever," She said, kissing his nose. He hugged her tightly, nuzzling into her shoulder, his tail wagging happily. He laid there with her for what felt like hours, cuddling and petting the kitsune, who obviously loved every minute of it.
After a while, a couple of running sounds could be heard. Zance laughed, knowing what was going to happen as a large Arcanine came barreling through and sliding along the floor. His best friend, Bane, sat before the cuddling couple, smiling with the biggest, goofy grin on his face. Bane himself had gotten eliminated in the semi-finals, but everybody knew that the Houndoom girl that came in only seconds later, Dellia, was his. Dellia smiled, curling at Bane's feet, winking at the Princess. The two of them had been friends since before Zance showed up, and knew everything about each other instinctively.
"Welcome back to the world of the living, Zan," Bane said, a paw brushing Dellia's side gently. The two of them had been inseparable before, even as pups apparently. Dellia licked his paw, nodding in agreement. Zance smiled, hugging Lynnia tightly.
"You have no clue how good it is to be back," He said. Bane laughed, he being the only one who truly knew who Zance had had a crush on. "But I was looking forward to our fight,"
"I'm sure you two could fight it out later," Dellia said. She winked at Lynnia. "So, he popped the question?"
"Didn't even give him the chance," Lynnia said, nuzzling into his chest to hide her blush, her words muffled a bit. "I answered before he asked." The other three laughed, but Zance rubbed her shoulder tenderly. She quickly fell asleep on top of him, making him blush a little.
"Nice Earthquake attack, by the way, Zan," Bane said softly. Zance shrugged looking at her sleep, smiling as she nuzzled into his chest. "Didn't know you knew that,"
"I didn't either, it just kinda happened," Zance said, just as softly, petting Lynnia's neck lightly. "I'm glad it did though," Bane only nods in agreement.
"Looks like the Princess is tired," Dellia said, nuzzling into Bane. "Bane, love, let's leave these two to sleep, they've had a long week." She said, kissing Lynnia's head. "She stayed outside your door after you asked her to leave and guarded your room day and night. Nobody but the healers could get in," She said, smiling at Zance. Bane jokingly growled in mock jealousy until Dellia kissed him on her way out, smiling and giving a wink to Zance. "Take care of her, Zan," She said. Bane followed her like a puppy, which made the Houndoom laugh as they left. Zance carefully picked Lynnia up, cradling her against him as he carried her back to her room, laying her in the bed and crawling in next to her, gently rubbing her belly as he rested his head on her neck, falling asleep.
The next thing he knew, he was woken up by a tongue licking his chest. He opened his eyes, a little disoriented. "Gods, I had the most amazing dream," He said softly.
"What was it love?" Lynnia asked looking up at him. He smiled, shaking his head.
"Guess it wasn't a dream then," He said, kissing her nose. "Not that that's a bad thing," She kissed him gently, her tails swaying happily behind her. She smiled at him, and he stared into her ruby eyes. He kissed her deeply, hugging her tightly. Her eyes go wide at first, but close as she murred softly, her ears folding back. He held the back of her head as he broke it, smiling. "That's much better," He said, smiling as he pets the back of her head. She nodded, nuzzling into his chest, giving soft licks. He gave a soft growl as she licked his chest, and hugged her tightly when she licked at the base of the spike. She smiled, giggling a bit. She leaned up and kissed his ear before whispering. "You know we're not officially mates yet," He blushed.
"But there's the ceremony, and the party," She shook her head.
"No love, that's all extra," She whispered, nibbling his ear. "There's only one thing that needs to be done for us to become mates," She said, blushing. He caught what she meant and hugged her gently, blushing as well. She licked his cheek, murring. He smiled, rubbing her side.
"Shall we eat first, love?" He asked. "And how are you feeling? Seven days of guarding me couldn't have been easy for you." He said. She nodded.
"It wasn't easy, trust me, when you woke up, I guess I had just fallen asleep." She blushed. "I actually wanted you to carry me back to my room, so I pretended to be asleep."
"You sneaky little kitsune!" He teased, squeezing a flank of the Ninetails. "Would you have felt the least bit guilty if it wasn't you I fought for?" She jumped, giving a soft moan. She nodded, blushing. He laughed, kissing her neck and she murred softly. "I guess you knew when I was okay," He whispered, kissing her cheek. "I love you, Lynnia," She nuzzles him deeply, whispering "I love you, Zance," over and over, making him blush. They laid there until there was a knock at the door. Zance sat up, pulling Lynnia into his lap. "Come in," He called. He held onto Lynnia, feeling her growl at who it was. He didn't blame her as Kane and Turean walked in. Kane's elbow was wrapped, and Turean still had bandages around his body. "Hey guys," He said, calmly, Lynnia still growling at them. He petted her gently, trying to soothe her, but it wasn't doing much.
"Hello, your Highness," Turean said, bowing stiffly. Lynnia growled darkly as Kane stayed standing. Zance, bent over and whispered to her. "Love, be calm, at least Turean means no harm," He kisses her cheek. He looks back up. "Please, don't call me your Highness, or Prince, you both know my name, so use it," He said. "I trust you've both had a pleasant week?" He said.
Turean shakes his head. "No, Zance, honestly." He said. He had changed, everything about him milder and well, more tolerable, almost pleasant. "We've been harassed constantly, attacked repeatedly, and thrown out of most establishments, although some of that was our fault," He said, glaring at Kane. Zance sighed, rubbing Lynnia's side gently.
"That won't do, I'll ask people to stop," He said. Turean's face showed his disbelief. "You thought I'd be angry? I knew going into the battle that I was at a major disadvantage, and when I saw you two as the other finalists, I was scared." He chuckled. "I'm honestly surprised I didn't take that bad of a beating quicker." He smiled. "But you helped me prove that type and power don't matter, only determination. I trust you've found mates?" He asked. Kane's hands twitched, and Zance tensed a little.
Turean nods. "After we were beaten and lying in the hospital, I thought. When we got out, I started out new," He said. "And I saw who my true friends were," He glared again at Kane, who only shrugged. "Aliase, gods, she was great," He said. Aliase was a Flareon girl, brother to the one Zance had taken out in the second round. "She wouldn't leave my side, always fawning over me. It was nice, and well, I had to ask." Lynnia raised an eyebrow.
"I wasn't aware that you and Aliase were still friends," She said. Turean shrugged.
"We hadn't spoken for a while, but she was devastated, visiting me every day in the hospital." He said. "She helped remind me how good I could actually be," He said.
"That's great for you," Zance said, smiling. "What about you Kane?" He asked. In a flash, Zance was holding Kane's flaming talon inches from his own face. Lynnia growled, and Turean tried to grab the Blaziken, but was kicked against a wall. "Kane the fight's over," Zance said calmly.
"Not until I am King of this Clan!" He growled, pressing harder. Zance sighed, and motioned for Lynnia to move as the Blaziken continued talking. "That was a cheap shot with that Earthquake!" He said. "How'd you learn it, are you so-" He was cut off as Zance's foot kicked him in the chest, making him hit the wall. The Lucario said nothing as he pulled the Blaziken down the hall and out of the Den, climbing up to the waterfall. He then picked up the barely conscious Blaziken and threw him into the deep pool. He looked down, seeing the Blaziken surface and crawl out of the pool. Lynnia and Turean came running up the path, clearly stunned. Zance did a front flip off the water fall, landing lightly next to his mate.
"You need to cool off, Kane," He said to the panting Blaziken. "And from your reaction, I assumed that you were unable to find a mate," He said. "But if you did, congratulations, but sorry," He leaned down to help the Blaziken up. "But, Gods, I hope I can do this, I'm suspending you from the clan indefinitely. Cool down, realize your place, and then come back," He said. The Blaziken knocked his paw away, growling.
"You don't have the authority to do that, whelp," He said, coughing.
"While that question still seems to be up in the air, I do," A voice said. Remad came into the clearing. He nodded to Turean in thanks. "And I agree with Zance, but I also agree that you should have worse," He said, looking to his daughter. Zance sat down and pulled her into his lap, turning her muzzle so that she looked at him, kissing her nose.
"No need for it," Zance said. "If he can find his place, here or elsewhere, then that is what he should do, he shouldn't die," The Blaziken's eyes widened.
"Die?" He panted. "Who said anything about dying?"
"Kane," Turean spoke. "You attacked a member of the royal family, that warrants death in the Clan." The Typholsion said. "I suggest you take Zance's offer," Zance only nodded in thanks, holding his mate's head to his chest. The Blaziken stands up silently before walking away. Zance smiled.
"There we go, problem solved," He said. "So, Turean, what's your plans now?" The Typholsion shrugged.
"I don't know," He said. "I've got to find a job I suppose," Zance chuckles.
"How about a guard?" He said, looking to the King, who nodded. The Typholsion was obviously surprised. "You're a great fighter, and you seemed to have changed for the better, so how about it?" Zance asked. The Typholsion nods and bows in thanks. "So what did you mean by that's still up in the air, sir?" He asked.
"Well, the two of you didn't sleep in, which usually only means one thing the day after the Proposal day, that the two of you aren't officially mates yet," He laughed. He could feel Lynnia's blush burning against his chest. "Come, Turean, I'll teach you what you need to know," He said. Turean bowed and followed the Entei out. Lynnia blushed, her stomach growling.
"I guess you were right, love," She said, sitting in his lap. "We should've eaten earlier," She said. He laughed, rubbing her belly, and she growled in pleasure, rolling onto her back, smiling up at him.
"Let me go find us some food," He said. "Occa berries, right?" He asked, smiling at her as he kissed her belly. She giggled and nodded, smiling.
"I love you," She whispered as he headed out to the only Occa tree he knew of. The spicy sweet berries were rare, but worth it after breaking open the shell. He smiled, gathering a small armful of the berries before heading back to the Ninetails, who had curled up, asleep once again. She had to been exhausted from staying up a week straight. He smiled, laying against her flank as he breaks open berry after berry, carefully setting them down, not spilling a drop of the juices inside. She woke up as he neared finishing, her eyes a little glazed over from sleep until he held out one of the berries, and she yipped, carefully turning and nuzzling him as she laid back down, beginning to eat breakfast. He smiled as she ate, rubbing her head. She gave a little yipping sound of delight. She finished, rolling onto her back, and reached over and rubbed her belly. He smiled, eating a few of the berries himself before laying against her belly. "My life is perfect," She said, petting his head gently with a hind paw. "I've got the best mate, my best friend," She said. He smiled, moving so that he was laying chest to chest with her, smiling. He kissed her deeply, passionately. She blushed, but kissed back, her taste laced with Occa berries still. He smiles, rubbing her sides as she shuddered in his paws. She gave a soft yip, so he knew it was pleasure, not discomfort. He kissed her neck gently, slowly moving down the kitsune's body, kissing her shoulder, her chest, chuckling as he licked a nipple, making her gasp, before kissing down her belly and her inner thighs. She looked at him, almost begging with her eyes.
He chuckled a bit, hesitating before he touched her tails. He knew the curse they held for those who were unwelcomed, but when he looked to her, and she nodded, telling him that it was okay. He petted along the soft furred tails, smiling. He ran a paw closer and closer to the base of her tails, finally rubbing his best friend's sex, making her gasp. "Unh! Love, stop teasing me, please," She begged. "I want you," She gasped. He chuckled, laying on her tails, his muzzle at her slit, but it had, well, blossomed, turning into a flower. He gave it a caring lick, smiling as he heard her moan, blushing as he feels his own arousal swell inside the carefully hidden sheath. He slowly ran his tongue along the lines of her lips, teasing her gently as the Lucario nosed her clit. She cried out, moaning loudly, and his tail wagged happily. He kissed her flower and gave a light suckle, his member stiff and swollen, sheath pulling back. He blushed as he stuck his tongue into her, tasting her taste. It was his nectar, and he tried to describe it. It was a soothing taste of mild Occa berries, more sweet than spicy. He situated himself, his sheath almost bursting as he lapped at her sex. She was moaning loudly now, a constant stream of noise coming from her muzzle as he pleasured her, his canine member pulsing against his belly. After a few minutes of her increasing moans, she wrapped her hind paws around his head, crying out, a stream of flames coming from her mouth. He felt her pussy contract around his tongue, and he winced a little from it, but even more so as her cum literally splattered over his face. He smiled though as he crawled up her body, positioning the tip of his cock to enter her. He watched her breathe heavily in pleasure, licking her cheek. She groomed his face of her cum, blushing. "Sorry about that, love, but that was amazing," She whispers. She presses herself against his member, smiling up at him. "Love, please, take me, make me your mate," She whispers, rubbing his cheek with a paw. He smiled, kissing her paw as he slid in, growling at her tightness, and she whimpered in pleasure and pain. "Arceus Zan!" She cried out. "You're big!" She said, and she nuzzled into his chest. "It feels so good, but it's like you're splitting me apart!" She whimpered as he pushed deeper into her. He stopped when he hit her barrier, taking both her paws and pulling her on top.
"You're in control," He said, kissing her nose. She nodded in thanks, blushing deeply as she sat back. She smiled down at him, sitting on her haunches as she slid him deeper into him, wiggling and yipping as he broke through her barrier. He rubbed her sides, looking at her and squeezing her side tenderly. She moaned loudly as she continued to slide down, taking his full length in her. She shivered and shuddered, laying against him, her neck pressed into the spike on his chest as she nuzzled his chest. He petted and kissed her head. She giggled, nipping at his hand. "What is it, Lyn?"
"I'm yours," She kissed him tenderly. "And that makes me really happy," She smiled, licking his chin. Her tails wagged and she reminded him of that Vulpix that had saved him. She draped her tails over their joining so that if anybody came on them, it would just look like two lovers cuddling. She began to move her hips slowly against him, growling, and Zance rubbed her cheek gently. She smiled and licked his paw. "It's pleasure, love, not pain," She pants, moving a little quicker. He smiled, chuckling softly and smiling as he felt pleasure travel slowly up his spine to reach the rest of his body. She rolled her hips against him, her back arched in pleasure. He licked her throat, smiling and trying to roll his hips against her, but she gave a little growl at him when he did, making him moan and stop, and she blushed, leaning down and kissing him deeply. "Sorry, Zan, I kinda...." She blushed and moaned, giving soft pants. "Like being in control," She yips softly, moving faster and harder. Zance gave a moan, holding her flanks as he kisses back, his canine member being used as his knot swells, making her yip each time, finding it bigger as she took it in and pulled off of it. "Especially of my wonderful, strong male, my Zan," She growls and nips playfully and he nips back. "At least for our first time," She pants loudly and moans, nuzzling under his chin and smiling. He groaned, but nodded, smiling at her. Gods, how did I get so lucky? He thought, throwing his head back and moaning loudly. He continued to be used, feeling her quiver, shake, shudder, and tense up. She yipped a few times, and by now, Zance knew if anybody came by, it would be rather obvious what was happening, tails or no.
"Zan, love, I think I'm going to-NYA!" She yelped loudly, pushing down on his member, making him growl as she took his knot into her. She couldn't help but arch her back, and he scratched her belly, which made her moan even more. He decided to risk moving his hips against her, growling as he felt his own climax near. With a few rather rough thrusts, he let loose a howl, blushing as he held and petted her belly. She had milked him hard, and he felt his member twitch and cum erupted into her. She murred softly, nuzzling into him and smiling. "There we go," She growls, rolling onto her back, still tied. She rubbed her belly, smiling a bit. As he came down from his high, he found his paw on top of hers, rubbing gently. He blushed as he felt her belly expand a little, but she licked his cheek. "As long as I get that much in a few months, when I go into heat," She giggles. He nodded, still blushing furiously as they laid there. She yawned again and fell asleep against his chest while cuddling with him. He laid there under his mate, smiling as he occasionally kissed her nose, making her squirm a little in her sleep. His knot eventually flared down, and carefully picking her up, he carried her back to the palace cavern and laid her in her bed, crawling in next to her and falling asleep as well. He rested with his head on her neck and his paw on her belly, still rubbing it in his sleep.
