Story Notes:
My first story ever. Had this in my head for a while and finally got around to writing it. Not great but hope everyone enjoys it. Story is going to be R for now, but may move to X rating if I feel I want to move it in that direction.
Prologue: The Arrival

5 years ago: It started as a calm night in viridian forest. Most of the pokemon were a sleep, except for a few hoothoots and zubats out and about. In a clearing in the middle of the forest, a family of pikachu was napping after a long day of berry hunting. A buzz could be heard in the middle of the clearing and a small blue light started to appear. A few of the pikachus' ears twitched as the noise grew louder and the light brighter. After a few more moments, a large boom was heard and a shock wave flattened the grass around the floating light; waking the pokemon in the area and startling the pikachus. At the same time the floating light grew in size into the shape of a portal large enough to fit something large though, the family of chu's stared at it unsure whether it was friend of foe.
After a bit, some of the younger chu's got brave and decided to go take a closer look at it. Their parents still shocked at the new thing in there meadow didn't notice the kids run off and check it out. When the three of them got close enough to the portal, they noticed on the ground a weird ring and some strange symbols being etched just above the ground from the portal's light. One of them tried to touch it, but his hand just went through it. While the three were checking out the symbols on the ground, the portal started to spark and shoot blue lighting around the place within the circle. The chu's noticing this jumped back a way. The portal itself was starting to become unstable and started to fade in and out and grow to different sizes. With the family still watching the event, at what seemed like the climax of this light show, something came tumbling out of the portal. After a few moments after that, the portal sparked some more, shrank, and then disappeared completely. The symbols on the ground gone just like the portal.
The family noticing the newcomer watch wondering what else was going to happen, with some of the other pokemon now coming in to see what's going on. The three younger chu's closest to the newcomer decided to see what it was. A little ways from the landing site sat in a tumbled mess was what looked like a white charizard trying to do a somersault with a pack on its back and its contents scattered around him. Curious the chu's checked out the items on the ground. Many were odd and strange devices, several crystals and orbs were scattered about as well, along with a book which looked like a journal with loose pages hanging out of it and a lock with a seal on it. The seal had a strange marking on it. Soon the chu's got bored with the stuff and was curious about the dragon flopped on its back.
After grumbling to himself, he straightens out on his back and sighs, "Well that could have gone better, but I guess that's what you get for rushing a portal spell like that." Groaning and sitting up, he shakes his head, feeling like he just got a hangover from a night of partying. Looking around, he notices where he is and what time it is here. Then he notices the items all around him. The chu's noticing him starting to get up hide in the grass and watch from their hiding spots. Standing up, he stumbles around collecting his stuff. With most of his stuff packed, he grabs the book and looks at it making sure its unharmed. "Wouldn't want to loose this, hate to have to start my journey again and fill out another," he says to himself. With still a headache, he never notices the chu's till one of the older one's decides to greet the newcomer, with curiosity over riding fear. Still staring at the book, he almost misses what feels like a tugging on his tail. Raising an eyebrow (figuratively) he turns and notices a small mouse near his tail. Smiling, he bends down and greets the little one, "Well hello there, sorry if I woke you. Where I come from its still daytime." Smiling he says, "I'm Ice, I'm a white dragon if you know what we are, and who are you?" Still nervous the chu tells him, "My-my name is Vol-volt sir, and I know what dragon types are. Their rare but the world is full of them," gaining confidence seeing that Ice means him no harm. "Volt huh, nice name, and you say this world is full of dragons, hmmm. This will be great for my studies then." Grabbing his book and breaking the seal, he starts to flip though the pages. Volt looks at the dragon questionably, "Sir, what do you mean by this world? You come from here don't you?" Chuckling, Ice explains that he comes not from this world, but from one in another realm, one dominated by ice and where he controls all. A world he created for himself for say. Looking at the dragon in awe now, Volt starts to fire off questions left and right at Ice. Ice finding this amusing sits down and tries to answer as many questions as he can, "Slow down little one, its hard to describe something to you if you do not know what it is, and besides, I'm curious about your world. What is this place?" Volt nods and explains that this is viridian forest and the planet isn't really called anything so its just called the pokemon world. Ice nods and scribbles stuff in his book, looking back at Volt once in a while he rambles on about this world.
While this is going on, the other pikachus gather round him seeing him as a friend. They spend most of the night asking questions to Ice and him in return, asking some of the elder chu's more detail questions. When one asked why he was here, Ice explained that he is more or less cataloging each world's inhabitants on his travels, and this is his fifth world so far. Now the younger one's were asking him questions about the one's he visited, and he told them a summary of them. Getting to the last one he said, "Now most of the worlds I've been too have been normal in their own sense, but this last one I went too, well lets just say that evil rules their." Getting gasps from the younger chu's. Continuing his story rubbing his head embarrassed, "Kind of why I flopped out of that portal in a ruff way, had to get away pretty fast and I rushed the spell. Don't want to go though that again." Shaking his head again. Around that time the sun started to peak over the horizon. Looking over at it, Ice stretches and yawns, showing razor sharp teeth, "Well, its been fun and all, but I must head out now. Too much to do and see before my next jump. (Yes, stupid reference to quantum leap)" Throwing the rest of the stuff into his pack, he stands up and tests his wings. "Nice meeting you all and especially you Volt. Hope we meet again." Taking off he veers off toward Mt. Moon deciding that would be to rest for the time being. After he was gone, each of the chu's ran off doing their own morning duties. Except Volt, who sat there for a bit still in awe over his new meet friend. Looking down, he notices something shining on the ground. Picking it up, he notices that it looked like a small blue crystal, like the ones him and his friends found around the dragon. Looking up and seeing that Ice was long gone, he decides to keep it and runs off back to his parents wondering if he'll ever see Ice again.
A few hours later: The clearing was empty by now except a few pidgeys over head. A crack could be seen where the portal was and sparks were shooting off like before. With what seemed like a vortex of air being pulled into the crack, it grew and spat out several humans. Each one wore a uniform matching the other, which consisted of all black shirt and pants and matching hat. Each grumbled and fumbled around like Ice did when he arrived. One of the men was differently dress, looking like a business man in a red-orange suit and red tie and brown hair. Standing up and brushing off his suit and straitening his tie, he looks around at his grunts angrily. "Come on get up, this is no time to be lying around," giving a kick to one of his grunts. One of the grunts already up spoke to him with a solute, "Sir, it looks like that the jump was successful and we arrived at a new world, but most of the party didn't make it." Mumbling, the business man says, "Its like those fool of scientists to screw up something like that." Looking at the man, a red R could be seen on his uniform, "Well find me the nearest town or village or something that looks like civilization. I tire of these forests." All the grunts salute and shout, "Yes sir, Giovanni, sir!"Chapter End Notes:Author notes: Once again, my first story, only wrote it in a few hours.
