I recently saw this and became curious about older pokeporn:
I've tried to search for this kind of stuff myself but it seems most of it has disappeared with the sites they used to be on. If anyone has some older pieces in there collection, or know a site were I kind find some please share.
Unfortunately it isn't sorted at "art-create date". Your best luck would be to search on Pokémon / Trainer names / Region names predating Hoenn.
From the other hand. Let me tell you what you could expect searching on them. Before the release of the Hoenn-games (that is 2003), not everyone had a drawing tablet or was skilled in vectors with shading nor has a machine with high-resolutions. And a human dick on the Pokémon was fine already. So don't expect high-resolution + correct anatomy + (any) shaded porn art, like the more usual today. The picture linked here was a cherry on the cake back then.
