Pending post problems?

Gonna make a forum post here becaues this is a bit of a technical support question that other accounts might also want to know: Am I permenently stuck being unable to upload things if all my uploads don't get approved for too long?

I'll use my own situation as an example: I currently have around 130 posts pending - mostly because there is a backlog of artists who for one reason or another have their entire galleries not uploaded to here - and am basically stuck doing risk management because the older posts I made have, for some reason, not really been approved despite how long they've sat there. So I've basically got to juggle the 5 or so free spaces I have left to slowly increase my upload limit again, or get stuck unable to upload artists over here.

Now, I understand if mods just think I'm a bot because I dump someone's entire twitter with my 100 post limit in 2 hours (I did this with a bunch of twitter artists stuff mostly because finding old art past the 3 year mark on there is a pain, so it's better to upload all of it at once: I never have to repeat the finding and upload image process with that artist again if i do that, and it becomes easier for literally everyone to find their art by posting it on here instead of bashing their head againt the twitter search function like I do), or just don't get around to doing it because of the OTHER stuff they also got to do and approve (I notice there's a certain timespan for images to get approved where, I asume, the mods are active due to their timezones - I could just have gotten unlucky).... and I'm unsure if privatly contacting the mods is a permanent solution because what if I end up with a massive unapproved backlog again at a later date? How do I know if other users don't have the same problem?

My solution to this problem is simple: I'll make this forum post to raise awarenes of this potential issue. Any other users who get their uploads maxed due to their stuff not being approved for months like me can then just post here so someone can either notify the mods, of the mods read it themselves and then they can SPECIFICALLY check that person's user page/gallery statistics (or search the user, for example for me it'd be user:pokearchivers) to see how many pending uploads they have, and if they are like me and have over 130 pending for months they can just, approve the oldest pending posts that got mised to free up the upload limit. And if users ever run into the problem again, they can just post in this thread, with reasons why they hit the upload limit (this is to prevent bots, a bot isn't going to be able to explain why they have posted so many images in a small ammount of time or what the images pending actually ARE like a human can)

Example trouble post: I got my uploads stuck since July 2024, the uploads that are stuck in limbo are: about 20 or so images of blahblah866 stuff (I mass uploaded it because their ENTIRE deviantart/twitter was basically not posted, which is why 83 images are from me), a bit of Virus 20 stuff (I understand if the mods question the art quality, but I just thought it was better to have the old art archived here to find since Virus 20 has like over 10,000+ images, does anybody really want to comb through a maive deviantart/furaffinity page just for a single image constantly?), and about 30 DongWongTang images (since DongwongTang is a twitter artist now, I had to basically jump through hoops to find their stuff and browsing for ANYTHING old on twitter is basically incredibly annoying, so I mass uploaded their stuff so everybody can actually see the images and twitter sources without having to devote an entire day to doing so like I did). I am currently (as of this post) uploading Yiyani's stuff and am almost done despite the upload limit cap problem, would have done it in just a day if I had more uploads but alas, it shall now take a week or more (if I'm lucky and don't essentially get softlocked) and so I hope the issue is resolved reasonably soon.
