For me torn it would have to be Through the fire and Flames by dragonforce
My reason is that its a hardcore song and if i battled with that song playing i would for sure die or win with honer and that song stuck in my head.

For an army though I'd have to say Price of Freedom from Crisis Core. You won't fall if you have such a reason like that to live, right?

a fair amount of songs from linkin park are good for me as well as remixed pokemon music as well as some songs from tool, the prodigy, and a few other artists.
