      I need some tips...
      Personally, I feel that I messed up badly. The lineart seems shaky, hand just looks wrong, and the blush effects just don't feel right. I only feel good about the eye and the popsickle (Is that even how you spell it?)

      Red line and critique is appreciated!

      I'm no expert at critique, more of less drawing in general. But since you asked for it, here are a couple of things I noticed:

      For her hand, you should've referenced your own holding the end of a pencil. You would probably only use your thumb and 2 fingers. Only small children hold popsicles with their entire hand. Her hand is resting on the frozen treat itself instead of just the stick. It looks like you originally intended that she have a cock in her hand (which I'm probably not wrong in guessing).

      Her ears look like they're folded back-- maybe that was your intention. Either way, you should be able to see her other ear; Judging by the angle of the coin, her head is facing a little towards you.

      Also the wristbands are appearing to be part of her arm. They should have a visible hight but it seems like they're flat and drawn on her arm.
      Also the shoulders are on different hight, am i right? The entire top of her body looks distorted anyway.
      I think you maybe should watch some of the animations made here on the board. Just look for a good one and watch, you probably will get some good advices how to build up a character.

      Is it intended that the hair disappears behind the eye oO? I've often seen similar things at eastern drawing styles but when eyes cover hair it looks just wrong in my opinion. Maybe it's a matter of style and personal sense but I mostly get the impression that the character is staring at the viewer.

      Might take this a bit further... either as a series, or maybe color-wise, possibly both. Can't tell you how many times oekaki froze on me and how many times I had to redo the lineart. ;.;
      As you can tell, that leash has been used many times before. Note that she's a bit aggressive.

      I don't get it. Sure they are sexy, but every time it's a pokemon battle, this happens! I've tested out a couple of strategies, but then when I use him he/she be one-shoted.

      An clue on how to stop this from happening? (Besides focus sash >.<)

      Of course that if you don't put at least some defense you will be OHKO'd. Lucario has the lowest defenses of all the steel types.
      And of course they are not that fast, so I say you drop max speed. How many times you strike first and kill? You are obviously not sweeping here.

      Okay, incase you don't see the pic, or the tite, I've decided to host a contest.

      First thing to read about the contest before you think of entering, is the theme. In this case, such theme is 5th gen pokemon.
      I saw a video awhile back that was showing fiction fifth gen pokemon, and I must say i wish they were the confirmed ones.

      So here are the rules:
      1. Follow the rules
      2. Read rule number 1
      3. Pokemon must be original. This owever, does not in any case mean it cann't be an evolution. Said evolution shouldn't be just adding one detail to a pokemon.
      4.It can be pron, but doesn't have to be. Nor will it affect judging.
      5. No stealing entries and calling it your own. (Who'd do that anyways?)
      6.Sprites are allowed, as well as full sized masterpieces :3
      7. Must be done on this board.
      8.Entry must state that it is part of this contest.

      Actually, it was some made up fire type. Suppose to be the second evolution for the fire starter. Burmurly I beieve they called it...

      Oh, and the letters was actually an accident... I tried changing it from white to red, and forgot to get rid of the white, and when the red pasted over it looked like this :3

      Messed around a bit with lineart and shading.

      Oh, and forgot to mention that the pink pawpads where messed up from color changing, and now i can't fix it due to layering issues.

      Found a way to edit it, making it look slightly better. (Slightly)

      Re editted it, and fixed the backwards legs. Also, changed the color from red to white, yet kept the red shade.
