Deep within an island was a colony of many different pokemon, it was an uncharted island that has never had human eyes laid upon it. The many pokemon there never knew of trainers or human society, except from the pokemon from outside the island, they lived free to do as they pleased. They called the island poke'paradise...

"HEY! LOOX!!" A male Flareon whispers loudly gaining the attention of a male Espeon that was walking by "Hm? Yeah what is it Kuum?" Loox walks over to Kuum who starts to snicker under his breath "Look..." Kuum nods towards the other side of a bush. Loox stares at Kuum confused for a moment before walking over to look behind the bush seeing a female Espeon lying on her back, basking in the sunlight "This time, I'm going to get her for that trick she played on me!" Kuum said with a smile. Loox pulls his head back to glare at Kuum "What? I'm not going to do anything bad!" Kuum said with a sarcastic tone "You realize that that was your fault right?" Loox said as he continued to glare "No it wasn't! She tricked me into walking head first into that tree!" Kuum said with a sweat drop coming down his head "Ha! You aren't fooling anyone! Your were staring at Liona dazed by her while walking by and BOOM right into a tree" Loox laughs under his breath, Kuum sighs "I don't care... I'm still going to get here back for it" Loox shakes his head as Kuum walks over to a tree "So what's your 'master plan' Kuum?" Kuum looks at Loox annoyed "Ha ha... Just watch!" Kuum grabs a piece of a vine from the ground with his teeth and jumps up onto the base of the tree and digs his claws into it, he slowly climbs up the tree trying not to bring attention to him from Liona who continues to bask in the sunlight with her eyes closed.
He soon makes his way to the first branch and pulls himself up onto it before walking halfway to the end of it finding himself just over Liona "Perfect!" Kuum whispers to himself. Loox looks back over to Liona now noticing the other end of the vine tied to her tail. He holds back his laughter as he sees Liona open one of her eyes and lean forward taking a sizable, but unnoticeable piece out of the vine with her teeth while Kuum isn't paying attention. He walks back to the other end of the branch getting ready to jump off one side to use the vine like a pulley to hoist Liona up into the tree "This is gonna be great!" Kuum thinks to himself. With that, Kuum jumps off the other side of the branch with the vine in his mouth greeted by a snap from the vine before plummeting 18 feet to the ground with a thud no more than a few feet away from Liona. Loox busts out in laughter unable to control himself as Liona gets up and yawns as she looked at Kuum and snickered "Have a nice fall Kuum?" Kuum lies on the ground confused, dazed, and, above all, incapacitated from the fall.
Liona looks over towards the laughter coming from behind the bush and walks over poking her head through finding Loox "So what was your role in this?" Loox, still laughing with a tear in his eye, looks at Liona "I..I had n-nothing to do with it" Loox finally stops laughing when he finds Liona staring at him with some sense of seriousness "Why should I believe you?" Liona says, Loox shakes his head "If I had something to do with it then I would've warned him when you cut a bit of the vine" Liona smiles "That's true... OR you could've just been too busy staring at me" Loox stares confused "What? No no no, I'm not like Kuum, staring off at every female he finds attractive" Liona's smile turns into a frown "So you don't find me attractive?" Loox blushes then looks down at the ground momentarily "Um... Well I... I do find you... attractive..." Liona giggles and smiles "See you're a pervert!" Loox gawks at her statement as she walks past.
He almost immediately snaps out of it and turns to catch up wit her "H-hey! Wait a minute!" He slows down as he gets up next to her "I'm not a pervert!" Liona looks at him as they walk "I don't believe you... Most of the males on this island are perverted" Loox nods "That's them! I'm not them!" Liona laughs "Alright then prove it!" Liona says, Loox stares at Liona confused "How am I suppose to..." Loox notices Liona looking very deeply into his eyes walking somewhat provocatively and he finds himself sinking deeper into random thoughts as she stares until he suddenly drops from five foot drop and hits the ground on his back "Ack...! Ow..." Liona looks down from side of the hill and nods "See, you couldn't take your eyes off me!" Loox pulls himself up "Your a dick..." Loox looks up at her, Liona giggles "Alright... I guess that was a bit unfair, here let me help you up" Liona reaches down with her paws and Loox jumps up grabbing onto her with his paws before she pulls him up "Just be glad that we're friends or else I would've..." "WHERE DID YOU GO!? LIONA!! I'LL GET YOU!" Loox looks in the direction of the sound "Looks like Kuum woke up from his fall" Liona says smiling "Let's get going, I don't want to be in the way of his warpath" Loox says as he turns to run "Yeah" Liona adds before following.

After a small run, Loox and Liona make it to her den "Well, it looks like this is my stop" Liona says smiling "Yep" Loox says as he looks at her, Liona takes a few steps before turning to Loox "So do you want to hangout tomorrow?" Loox nods "Sure! Let's meet at the center of the colony" Liona nods "Good" She runs off to her den. Loox smiles for a moment until he gets the sudden feeling of being watched and turns to find Kuum glaring at him, Loox smiles nervously "You... didn't... warn... me..." Kuum says in an annoyed tone "Hehe... Sorry about that Kuum, it was just too funny to pass up" Kuum growls angrily before smacking Loox upside the head with his paw "I hope that was funny..." Kuum walks off mumbling to himself as Loox rubs his head "Ow..." Loox shakes his head "Oh well... I should've expected that" Loox stands up turns to head off towards his own den thinking about what tomorrow holds.Chapter End Notes:Sorry for a somewhat short chapter, couldn't think of much more to add that wouldn't cause me to go into chapter 2, hope you enjoyed it. Also I am very open to criticism so I appreciate review
