The Kids' First Snow and the Heated Battle
Okay, I'm writing this just as I'm finishing up my previous one. I considered warping these two together, but then it snowed, and I had an idea.
And something else? I am sick and tired of doing third person view. Every other chapter or so, I'm gonna switch the POV from here on in.
And now, On with the Show!

Everyone gasped as the Lucario revealed itself. The one who didn't just gasp but faint was Sylvia. Just as she fell, however, I caught her.
The Lucario walked up to me at the altar, and said "How much do you love my daughter?"
I looked up at him. Then, with a solemn face, I said "I would die for her."
The Lucario just smiled. "Then, prove it." He fired an Aura Sphere at me, and I narrowly avoided it, using Extreme Speed to escape it. As it hit, it destroyed the altar, while Major Surge was still there.
"Hey! You can't just go and destroy-"
"Major Surge, I urge you to please be quiet in this matter!" I said to him.
He shut up, and just stood back and watch it all unfold.
The Lucario turned his attention to me. "So, it's true. The boy who is a Lucario. Huh! I never imagined it would be you."
I gave him a weird look and said "What do you mean?"
The Lucario laughed. "Do you not recognize me?"
I raised an eyebrow. "No, I don't."
I looked over at where the altar once stood, and Peachy was guarding Luna, and William was staring to walk up to us. 'William, stay out of it. I don't want any member of my family getting hurt.'
He stopped, but not because I said something, but that the Lucario had fired an Ice Beam to where he was only just moments ago. "The boy's right. If you don't want to get hurt, then stay out of this."
Luna looked absolutely terrified. Then, she looked livid. Then, she looked angry. Then, she started to glow.
She was lifted in the air, and although I already thought she had evolved naturally, here she was, evolving right in front of me and everyone else. As she landed, there stood the beautiful image of a Lucario. No chest spike, just the spikes more full and more pointy on the back of her hands.
"If you ever hurt my family again, I'll kill you!" she roared, and for that moment, I was terrified of her. Not the Lucario, however, as he just said "Well, it seems you have a bodyguard."
I then had an idea. "Not just a bodyguard, but my daughter. Your granddaughter." I only hoped it worked.
It did. The Lucario turned to me, and gave me a look that said "What the Fuck."
"Yep. That gorgeous looking Lucario over there? Mine and Sylvia's daughter." I smiled, waiting for the truth to take hold.
He stared at me, then to Sylvia, then to Luna. Then back at me, then fainted. I didn't catch him. One, because my hands were already full with Sylvia, and two? He just tried to kill me. No sympathy.
I carried Sylvia to the altar, where I said to Major Surge "Sir, with your permission, I'd like to postpone the wedding for a few days. Just until I can get this whole mess sorted out."
Major Surge smiled and said "Permission granted, soldier."
I smiled. He considered me a soldier, and not a cadet. He probably thought so because of my brilliant speed. If he only knew what lay beneath this skin. I thought of how I looked before, and then felt something weird.
My skin rippled, turning to blue and black. My nose elongated, bringing my mouth with it. My hands warped together to create paws with claws on them.
I was turning into a Lucario again. I looked up in the sky and saw no full moon. Hell, it was still daylight out. I then heard a scream. Then, everyone began to panic. They were all running this way and that, it was making my head spin. All I wanted was for this day to be perfect. I didn't want to be a Lucario right now.
And no sooner had I thought it, I started slowly turning back to human. As soon as I had finished becoming human again, I looked at everyone, including Major Surge. I walked up to Major Surge and said "Sir, I guess you now know my rank in all this."
He just chuckled once. "Absolutely, Private."
I smiled. I'd get a higher order if he could give it, but Private was good for now. I turned to everyone else in the area. "I am sorry if I had scared you all. Some of you already know of the disease I carry, but for those who don't know, I have Dustario Syndrome."
There was murmurs from the entire crowd.
I continued. "I have successfully conquered the Lucario buried deep within me, and apparently I can control when I transform now. I want everyone to know that this wedding will be back on in a couple of days. And after that, I chalenge Major Surge to a Gym Battle."
Major Surge just said "Well, if you're gonna do that to me, then now I know I've gotta prepare. Are you sure you want that?"
"Wouldn't have it any other way, sir."
He smiled. "Well, then, go and take care of your family."
I nodded once. "Come on, everyone. Let's go to the hotel up here."
William ran up to my side, as did Peachy and Luna. Peachy couldn't believe his luck. He was in love with the most gorgeous female in the world, and she loved him back as well.
As Peachy was thinking this, however, Major Surge said "You're not still holding on to that Pikachu, are you?"
I turned around and said "Why?"
He tossed a rock at me, which I caught easily, but soon found it to be a stone with a lightning bolt through it. A Thunderstone.
"Peachy. Do you know what was just given to me?"
'Yeah, and I think it'd be perfect.' He said to me.
I chuckled. "Here ya go, then." I tossed him the stone, and he caught it. He then started glowing. His skin changed, his features were getting bigger, including his girth, and his ears... they were getting impossibly long.
When he landed, he looked every bit the Raichu he was meant to be. "Whoa! This is cool!"
I jumped, as did everyone else. William just laughed. "Well, it seems when we evolve around you now, you give off that vibe that just has us start talking."
Peachy jumped for joy. "I can't believe I can talk now! Oh!" Then, he did the most romantic thing I could think of, and grabbed Luna and dipped her, kissing her as he did so.
They released the kiss, and they all jumped when they heard a voice "And let me guess. I'm already gonna be a Great Grandfather, huh?"
We all looked over and saw the Lucario walking over to us. I carefully set Sylvia down and said "If you want to fight, then it's with me."
He laughed. "No, not anymore, child. Not after what I've seen you do. You have smarts. You found just the right thing to say to send me off the deep end into lala land. And I've also seen you with my mind's eye, and know of what you did to scare everyone here. I saw your transformation."
I gaped at him. I thought he was knocked out completely cold, but apparently, he still had his mind's eye, or whatever that was. I said to him "Well, then, where does this lead us?"
"Well, we'll have to talk about that at the Hotel."
I smiled this time. "Okay."
(Skipping ahead....)
There was a sound of panic that woke me up. Then, shaking. "Dustin! Wake up!"
It was Peachy. "Ugh. What is it?"
"The eggs! The eggs, Dustin."
I thougth for a minute. Eggs. Plural. Multiple eggs. Only two here. Mine and... "Holy geez!" I turned to my side, and Sylvia was stil asleep. "Sylvia, honey, I know you're still in lala land, but you really need to wake up."
I shok her for a few and she finally stirred. "Huh? What's going on?"
The eggs, hon. The eggs."
She apparently was gong through the same thought process I was. Eggs. Plural. Multiple eggs. Only two here. Ours and... "Holy geez! You should have woke me up earlier!" She hopped out of bed and ran to where Peachy was and said "Where?"
He ran ahead, leading us out of the rom and into my father's and mother's room. When we went in, my father, mother, and soon to be stap-father, were awake, also with Luna. They were all staring at two glowing eggs.
I sat with Sylvia, who sat with her father instinctually. Peachy sat with Luna, and the others were already sitting.
We all waited. And after what seemed like forever, the eggs hatched.
In a flash of white, two Pokemon were born into this world. And, they were both boys.
There in front of us was a baby male Riolu, but this one seemed more human than Luna, especially the snout. It wasn't as long as Luna's was when she was born. Also, his eyes were a deep sapphire blue, just like mine were. His fur was also a bit thin, and underneath was pink skin that befit a human.
And now, onto the bundle of joy that came out of Peachy and Luna. It was a bouncing baby boy. A Pichu. But this one looked a bit weird in it's own right. It's fur, instead of being yellow, was a saphirre blue. And his ears took on the yellow instead of being black. Tail as well. The eyes were a deep sapphire blue just like mine and my daughters. As well for my son now.
I just smiled, as our children started getting up on their own now. "Wow. So fast, too."
"Well, they came from dominating parentage. Us Lucarios always get right on our feet when we first come from eggs. Then, we start finding our mother."
And sure enough, our son found Sylvia, and our grandson found theirs.
Sylvia picked up our son, and Luna picked hers up.
"So, what will we call them?" I asked.
"Well, if memory serves, you chose Luna's name. It's my turn. How bout, Mar?"
At this, the Lucario beamed. "After his grandfather. Marden." he said.
"Yep. I remember you, dad. And I'm sorry I fainted like that before. I didn't really think you were gonna sow up to my wedding."
"Well, I heard you had went with a human wilingly, and I heard that human was leaving to Pallet Town in the Kanto region, so I came here as fast as I could. I only just arrived for the wedding."
"Huh!" Sylvia said.
Now, it was Peachy's and Luna's time. "So, what shoud we name him?"
Peachy glanced around the room. Then, he jumped a bit, and then smiled. "Can we name him Rein? After my brother?"
"Rein. It sounds perfect. Rein." Everyone looked at the newborns Mar and Rein.
Then, I looked out the window to see the weather. I needed to know what was going to be happening today. And with all the luck in the world. "Hey, guys. First to complete their snowfort gets the first hot chocolate of their lives!"
Sylvia gasped, as did Peachy, my dad, Marden and my mother. Luna, Mar and Rein just turned their heads. "What's a snowfort?" Luna asked.
I laughed. "Oh yeah. You haven't seen snow before, have you?"
"Okay, what's snow?"
I moved away from the window. "See for yourself."
At this, Luna walked up to the window, as did Mar and Rein. They all looked out to see the white stuff breezing across the ground, at least 6".
"whoa! It's beautiful!" Luna said.
And Mar surprised me by saying "Pretty."
I fell backwards in shock.
I was woken by something wet and cold slaping me in the face. "Who what where when why!"
"In order; me, Marden; you just got hit by a snowball; you're outside in my arms;" as he said that last part, I hopped out of his arms, only to have my bare feet touch the frosty ground. I jumped a mile high, and just floated above the stuff. "It's only been maybe a few minutes since you were out; and I thought it'd be funny to see your reaction."
I gave Marden a funny look, until I heard giggling from across the way. I turned around to see Luna playing with Mar and Rein. They were all playing with the snow. It was a new experience for them, and they loved it. Each Luna and Mar were jumping as high as they could to try to catch falling flakes, but falling all the way down below the snow. I decided I should get some better clothing on.
"Already done." Marden held out a sweater, some sweatpants, two pairs of socks, and combat boots. Wait. I didn't own a pair of combat boots.
"These are compliments of Major Surge." I stared at him for a minute, and wondered if he could read my mind.
"Yes, I can." I just jumped a bit, but then used my aura to grab the clothing and put it all over what I already had on. I was then at a loss as to what I'd do about gloves. But then, my inner Lucario started laughing. I then knew why he was doing so, and I used Aura to pick up a snowball and hurled it at Sylvia who was a little ways away watching the kids.
"Hey! Why you little..." she picked one up and fired it off at me. I didged intime, and called out "Guys Verse Girls!"
Luna, my mom, Rhydon, and a few women in the area went over with Sylvia, while Mar, my father, Marden, Peachy, William, Silas, and this surprised me; a weird looking Pokemon. I pulled out my PokeDex and read what it ahd to say about the Pokemon.
"Zangoose. The Mongoose Pokemon. Zangoose rarely like to show themselves to humans. Alsthough, if it senses competition, it will gladly join the fun." (It's made up. I don't care.)
"Huh. Well, wecome to the winning side, Zangoose." 'If you want, we can talk this way. I can understand you.'
"Really. Interesting." He said. With his own mouth.
"Wow! You can-" my words were cut short by a falling snowball that almost hit me on the head. "Well, we can talk about it later. Guys, the first shot has been fired. Fire at will!"
And with that, the snowball fight was on. Both sides, never ready to give an inch. Most of the other people that lived here in Vermillion didn't want to get in between the whole thing, while the others actually want to see one side win. And that one side happened to be their gender. So, they joined. Each side battling it out to be the best gender.
Luna threw one as hard as she could, but little did I know, it was packed with Aura. Ithit me square in the face, and I fell back, my face felt like it was on fire.
I got up, albeit slowly, and formed one of the same caliber. I used my Aura to compact it, and then shoved a bit of it into it as well. Then, I took aim, and fired. The shot was deflected, however, by Peachy.
"Traitor!" I called out. Everyone looked at Peachy with an evil glare.
Peachy was terrified for his life, so he ran out. Luna actually followed him out.
The battle continued. However, people on both sides needed some kind of break, so they quit out of it.
The only people left in the game were Sylvia, me, Zangoose, and Rhydon. Rhydon looked over at Zangoose and I saw him blush. At that time, he was hit with a snowball from Sylvia, and he said he was done.
Rhydon actually followed him out. Then, it was just me and Sylvia. I called out to her "First to make a hit wins?"
"Sounds good to me!" And she gathererd a huge amount of snow and hurled it at me. I saw it coming and used my Aura to catch it, and hurl it back at her.
She saw this, and caught it just like me, and threw it at me again.
This went back and forht, each time it getting a bit faster. Until...
*Smack*
The snow hit me in the face. I fell backwards from pain, and sadness. I then blacked out again.
(Is it just me, or does he get knocked out a lot?)
When I woke up, I found myself with a blocked right nostril. I used my Aura to open it up, and found it easier to breathe. I took a breath, and looked around. Sylvia was beside me asleep, we were in my bedroom.
I cast my Aura around to find Luna and hte others. They were all in their respective rooms. I then cast my Aura to find Mar. He was sleeping right below me on the floor. Now, I couldn't have that. So, I used my Aura to carefully pick him up without waking him, and placed him on my chest. He grabbed my shirt, and snuggled closer to me. My son.
I grabbed the blanket and covered us all up together. All of us. A family.

But then, my inner Lucario started laughing. I then knew why he was doing so, and I used Aura to pick up a snowball and hurled it at Sylvia who was a little ways away watching the kids.
"Hey! Why you little..." she picked one up and fired it off at me. I didged intime, and called out "Guys Verse Girls!"
Luna, my mom, Rhydon, and a few women in the area went over with Sylvia, while Mar, my father, Marden, Peachy, William, Silas, and this surprised me; a weird looking Pokemon. I pulled out my PokeDex and read what it ahd to say about the Pokemon.
"Zangoose. The Mongoose Pokemon. Zangoose rarely like to show themselves to humans. Alsthough, if it senses competition, it will gladly join the fun." (It's made up. I don't care.)
"Huh. Well, wecome to the winning side, Zangoose." 'If you want, we can talk this way. I can understand you.'
"Really. Interesting." He said. With his own mouth.
"Wow! You can-" my words were cut short by a falling snowball that almost hit me on the head. "Well, we can talk about it later. Guys, the first shot has been fired. Fire at will!"
And with that, the snowball fight was on. Both sides, never ready to give an inch. Most of the other people that lived here in Vermillion didn't want to get in between the whole thing, while the others actually want to see one side win. And that one side happened to be their gender. So, they joined. Each side battling it out to be the best gender.
Luna threw one as hard as she could, but little did I know, it was packed with Aura. Ithit me square in the face, and I fell back, my face felt like it was on fire.
I got up, albeit slowly, and formed one of the same caliber. I used my Aura to compact it, and then shoved a bit of it into it as well. Then, I took aim, and fired. The shot was deflected, however, by Peachy.
"Traitor!" I called out. Everyone looked at Peachy with an evil glare.
Peachy was terrified for his life, so he ran out. Luna actually followed him out.
The battle continued. However, people on both sides needed some kind of break, so they quit out of it.
The only people left in the game were Sylvia, me, Zangoose, and Rhydon. Rhydon looked over at Zangoose and I saw him blush. At that time, he was hit with a snowball from Sylvia, and he said he was done.
Rhydon actually followed him out. Then, it was just me and Sylvia. I called out to her "First to make a hit wins?"
"Sounds good to me!" And she gathererd a huge amount of snow and hurled it at me. I saw it coming and used my Aura to catch it, and hurl it back at her.
She saw this, and caught it just like me, and threw it at me again.
This went back and forht, each time it getting a bit faster. Until...
*Smack*
The snow hit me in the face. I fell backwards from pain, and sadness. I then blacked out again.
(Is it just me, or does he get knocked out a lot?)
When I woke up, I found myself with a blocked right nostril. I used my Aura to open it up, and found it easier to breathe. I took a breath, and looked around. Sylvia was beside me asleep, we were in my bedroom.
I cast my Aura around to find Luna and hte others. They were all in their respective rooms. I then cast my Aura to find Mar. He was sleeping right below me on the floor. Now, I couldn't have that. So, I used my Aura to carefully pick him up without waking him, and placed him on my chest. He grabbed my shirt, and snuggled closer to me. My son.
I grabbed the blanket and covered us all up together. All of us. A family.
