Brotherhood Ch.11
Mecha: *smiles* Hey everyone! Welcome to yet another chapter in Brotherhood.
Xehta: *nods* yep. And this is one that's sure to be exciting.
*Bell rings* "Snack time gang!" *Red comes in as the other girls come by as Blue speaks up.*
Blue: Seems like it's dirty rice today for the meal.
Mecha: Bleh!
Xehta: You're such a picky eater.
*Yellow stops by with a smile.* Yellow: True. I mean that's meat mixed with rice and spices. Though the only thing to worry about is if Red spiced it up.
Mecha: ...bleh!
*pets* Yellow: If you want I'll get blue to make you some ice cream afterward ok? Your fave!
Mecha: *smiles* Yay! *rushes to get his food* Enjoy the new chapter readers!
The day was quiet, strange for a city, but this city wasn't like most cities. It was quiet, it had little crime...it was also the sight for weapon production of the Brotherhood. Inferno, Sky, Tia, Blaze, Death, and Ferra were all sneaking through the city, looking for the building that housed the production facility.
Rika, Bane, Ginger, Flint, and Azur were outside the city, waiting for their family and friends. Ginger was just interested in Bane though, much to Rika's displeasure. Azur was looking around, bored at not being allowed to join in the fight. Flint wasn't anywhere near as unhappy as his sister, he was in fact overjoyed to be away from the fighting...from the killing.
Both groups were on guard, waiting for even the slightest give away of Brotherhood movement. They'd be hard pressed to fight the Brotherhood out in the open, lest they get the local police involved, so they had to be very cautious, and very stealthy. But they were making progress, even with Tia as the biggest standout. Sky was leading them, since she had the most experience with cities, and it was thanks to her that they found the structure so quickly.
Inferno smiled, "Great work Sky." He looked to the others, "Shall we give them grief?" The others all nodded, smirking.
At the outskirts of the city Bane was stretching out, Ginger smiling at him. "You know Bane...I got to admit, you're one handsome mightyena. Best looking one I've ever seen...granted, you're the first I've seen that isn't family."
Bane laughed, "Thanks. Nice to know I'm more handsome than your pop or bros."
Rika glared at the female, "Yeah...he is the best looking mightyena in the whole world." She smiled at him, "Par none."
He blushed at her comment, "Aww...thanks."
Ginger gave Rika a glare back, "But you aren't just handsome...you're also smart. I can tell ya, fems love a smart male."
Rika nodded, "She's right. That's one reason I love you. You're the smartest male I've ever seen."
Bane smirked, "Is that really saying much? You've only known Inferno and his friends."
Rika giggled, "Got me there."
Ginger smiled, scooting up to the male, "And to add to your appeal...you're so strong." Her snout was only a few inches from his.
Rika was starting to fume, "She's right love. You are one strong male, especially...where it counts." She winked.
Ginger smirked, "And I'm sure you've got one huge cannon between your legs."
Rika smirked more, "Oh yeah...he does. Biggest cannon in this group."
Bane was crimson red, looking away. "He doesn't have a cannon between his legs. He doesn't have anything between them at all." Azur pointed out, which only made the male get redder.
Inferno and the others all took deep breaths, as they got through a window which someone had left open. Tia had been the closest call, nearly taking the window out as she came in. The group all headed through a door, making sure no one was around. They slowly crept through the halls, going up a flight of stairs, until coming through a door that led to a catwalk overlooking the production area.
Death watched, than whispered, "Not bad. They defiantly mean war with this level of production."
Inferno nodded, "Looks like it." He looked about, eyeing every aspect of the area, his attention drawn to one individual barking orders. It looked like no pokemon were in the building, probably to avoid suspicion. "I got a plan."
Blaze nodded, "Alright. Let's hear it."
"Me, Death, and Tia jump down and cause havoc. Blaze, Sky and Ferra, you guys go after him." He pointed to the one giving orders. "He's the kingpin around here no doubt." Everyone nodded, Sky's group heading to ambush the boss. Once they were in position Inferno smirked, nodding to Death "Listen all you bitches! Pray! Pray to whatever god you worship! Pray and DIE!" The mightyena leapt and flew down, shooting of shadow balls. Inferno leapt next, a flurry of fire blasts preceding him. Tia jumped straight down, leaving a small crater as the ground shook from a small earthquake.
"What the!? KILL THEM!" the one in charge shouted out.
The battle began, with the workers grabbing whatever weapon they could, though their skill with them was non-existent. Inferno, Death and Tia were making quick work of the production crew, and it didn't look like any real fighters were coming. A large number of fighting men would have drawn suspicion.
As the workers focused on the three, Sky and the others watched as the leader tried to escape. The absol smirked, leaping down in front of him, "Where do you think you're going?" Blaze cut off his retreat, and Ferra kept a watch from above, just in case. "Damn it! You're that group, aren't you?"
Blaze smirked, "Yep. And you're as good as done."
He glared, "Damn it..." He grabbed a nearby AK-47 and tried to take aim. But a water pulse hit him, destroying that chance, and left him soaking wet. Sky took advantage of that to hit him with an ice beam, encasing the human in ice. Blaze chuckled, "damn...that was fast." Sky nodded, smirking.
Inferno's group was making quick work of the others, before long leaving not one standing. But before any celebration could be had, Death pointed out a slight issue, "We need to get outta here!"
Inferno blinked, "Why?"
"You, being the pyromaniac you are, started a fire in one end!" He pointed to a section of the building that was engulfed in flames, and the fire was heading for a large amount of ammunition. Inferno gulped, "Crap!" The six of them quickly headed out of the building and into the city. The production facility was already starting to go up in flames, and bullets and explosions started to erupt from it. Production crews fled the building, and rushed through police and firefighters.
Chaos erupted in the city, with a large number of people stopping to watch, since this was a rare occurrence. With little trouble, the gang managed to escape the city. They soon rejoined Bane, Rika, Ginger, and the pups.
Azur rushed up to her parents, "Wow! Did you start that fire daddy?"
Inferno blushed, "Umm...yeah."
"Cool! That's amazing daddy! Burned down all the bad guys' weapons!" she leapt up, feeling more than excited. Inferno shook his head, smiling as his daughter kept jumping up and down, "Tell me what happened?"
Inferno nodded, "Okay, okay...where's Flint?"
Bane looked around, "Huh? Oh, he said he was going to the bathroom."
Inferno chuckled, "Okay...well first..." a yelp stopped him cold.
Everyone rushed toward the source, and saw the little absol shaking, badly injured. "Oh, so the rest of you are here too?"
All at once, everyone's attention snapped to the voice. Everyone glared at the lucario before them, barely noticing his two full armored human companions. Sky had a murderous look, as Ginger quickly grabbed Flint and fell behind everyone else with Azur, "Albel!"
He chuckled, "What a surprise...you lot are all here." He draped his furred paw over his katana's hilt. "Humph. Not bad taking out not only a storage facility, but one of our main weapon production plants."
"You son of a bitch! What did you do to my son!?"
He just shrugged, "What did I do? You see, I came here to pick up some blades, but you've taken that from me." He eyed them, "I'm not going to let you lot escape this time, not even the pups." He smirked, "Though I was hoping he'd put up more of a fight."
Inferno snarled, at the lucario. "YOU BASTARD!"
Albel kept talking, ignoring Inferno, "But he was a pathetic weakling, he couldn't even hope to compete with my power."
"You sick bastard!" Death snarled.
"Bah! Fools, this is a war. In wars there's no room for pity or mercy. You've simply got to kill everyone, even women and children. There is no letting the enemy go. If you didn't want that runt to get hurt you should have stayed out of this war." He smirked, "You really should have stayed out too...such a weak little vermin, he never stood a chance...Ha ha ha ha haaa!" He covered his face with his paw as he cackled out.
Inferno's gaze showed nothing but bloodlust, "You'll pay for this!" The gang, short of Ginger and the pups, charged him. Albel and his two escorts countered. Rika and Bane took on one of the humans, Tia and Blaze had the other. Albel was going up against the enraged parents, as well as Death and Ferra.
Rika and Bane thought they were gonna have it easy, but the human proved to be very quick, and very good with his giant broadsword. The two found they had to stay sharp, or else they'd end up in two. Making matters worse, the human was able to block any of their attacks. Rika's electric attacks seemed to be ineffective, and her iron tails couldn't break through his sword. Bane wasn't doing any better, his shadow balls stopped by slashes, his iron tails doing the same as Rika's.
Tia and Blaze were impressed with how well their opponent was doing. He was careful not to let Tia get a hit in, and making sure Blaze didn't have a chance to use a psychic attack. Tia tried to use iron tails on him, but if he didn't dodge it, he'd block it before it got sufficient momentum. Blaze cursed, "These guys are good...real good." Tia nodded, using a mega punch, just to have him dodge, and nearly get her with a slash.
Inferno and Sky were going at Albel with full intent on ripping his jugular out. They launched fire blasts and ice beams with impunity. Albel smirked, dodging easily. "You're going to do better than that." Death used an air cutter, and the lucario met it with his katana, slicing the slash in two. Ferra used a water pulse, and he met with a aura sphere shot from his metal claw. The attacks didn't cancel out, but his tore through and Ferra just barely avoided it. Inferno blinked, "that claw...enhances his attacks."
Albel smirked, "If I had to replace my arm...why not upgrade." He cackled, preparing a metal claw.
Rika was panting, taking a brief rest as Bane tried to expose a weak point. "Damn it...there's got to be a way to beat him!" Rika kept watching, and then smirked, rushing and trying another iron tail. "Take 5 love!" She smirked more, as the soldier didn't bother to keep putting pressure on Bane, instead slashing at Rika. The raichu was forced to keep dodging as he at her. But then she felt her back to a tree, "It's over!" he slashed, and the chu leapt up. The sword became stuck in the trunk, as she landed on it, "So true!" With a mega punch she hit him away. The man got up from the ground, and slammed his fist into Bane's face. "I don't need a sword!" a thunderbolt hit him, sending him to the ground, paralyzed. "You do to block our ranged attacks." Rika smirked.
Tia and Blaze were getting exhausted from their fight, before Blaze got an idea. He managed to whisper it into her ear before she rushed forward. The human gave a cut down, but his blade was caught by the tyranitar. She pulled the blade down, smirking, "Hi."
Blaze was on her back, "Bye." The two unleashed a psy/hyper beam combo, blasting him into a tree and out cold. The two smirked, dusting off their paws, nodding to one another.
Albel was having fun, hacking and slashing at Death with a metal claw. All the while he blocked and dodged attacks from the others. "Not good enough!" The lucario taunted, not letting up, slashing and hacking on at the winged mightyena. Inferno snarled, "Not good enough!? Then how's this!?" he unleashed a dark fire beam, catching the lucario off guard. Albel tried to stop it with an aura sphere, but it was engulfed and he was struck with a critical hit, the fire aspect making it super effective. Albel groaned, still standing despite the hit.
Death used a shadow ball, Sky used ice beam, and Ferra used a water pulse. The attacks all struck, but Albel was still up. Inferno blinked, "Holy..."
Albel fell to his knees, panting, "Damn it. I can't believe it...I won't believe it!"
Death glared, "Should we kill him?"
Inferno growled, but shook his head looking to his mate, "No...we need to get Flint outta here and healed up. Besides..." he turned back to Albel, "easy wins have never been my style."
Albel's gaze shot up, glaring.
Sky nodded, "I hear you...I don't get pleasure out of trouncing weaklings." The group took their leave of the lucario.
Albel glared, growling before slamming his paw into the ground. "AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!"
Inferno and the others kept going, till they felt that they were safe. Without any other word, Ginger put Flint down and let his parents look him over. The little absol had obviously tried to put up a fight, but he never had a chance against the lucario. Inferno sighed, but managed a smile, "He'll be fine...just a little beaten up...but nothing serious."
Sky gave a sigh of relief. "That's good."
Azur went up to her brother and wrapped around him, falling asleep. Sky couldn't suppress her smile, "Aww...that's so sweet of her."
Inferno nodded, "Yeah." He chuckled, "I think we've all earned a rest after that fight." Everyone nodded, getting together and quickly falling asleep.
Pink: My favorite part was on how Bane was getting an ego boost. If I didn't know better I thought he was getting talked about by three fems.
Black: I enjoyed the fight. I mean sure I like a fight but attempting to kill a kid that hasn't gotten training in killing makes me wanna turn him into liquid hound. *eyes shine red for a moment as Purple shakes her head, watching them argue*
Mecha: *stands between them* Calm down. *sighs*
Purple: *nod* Yea. I thought the entire story was good. And my favorite was the part where they froze the boss of the factory up.
Xehta: Mine was how they fed Albel the same speech he gave them at their first meeting.
Black: Well we all got something to like about this one. Can't wait for 12.
