Lucario felt her eye's opening weakly, her dream was simply like any other night, just a black void, empty, and without meaning.

"So your finally awake, then again, Master Leon has yet to wake even." Ninetails said, her nose pushing into Lucario's own.

"What...are you doing..." Lucario muttered opening her eyes softly. The Ninetails tilted her head as she pulled back.

"Waiting for you two, Venus has been gallivanting around the room since she woke up, I'm amazed you could stay asleep under such noise." Ninetails replied. Lucario pushed herself off the bed, noticing the sheet had holes ripped into it thanks to her own spikes.

"Weeee!" Venus yelled as she hopped on Lucarios head while she was distracted. "That was fun!" The eager Pokemon Venus hopped off Lucario's head.

"That's a new wake up call." Leon muttered pulling a pillow over his head.

"Wake up Master Leon, or I will request that Venus jumps on your head as well." Ninetails waited a second before glancing at Lucario "Please translate for me."

"..umm, okay..." Lucario muttered before repeating Ninetails words. Yet this didn't move him from his place under the pillow.

"Hmm, Lucario, perhaps you can arouse him?" Ninetails said. The Lucario's cheeks felt like the burnt with blush.

"Wha-what?" Lucario said.

"You have paws more capable of the act of lifting, you may be able to wake him up more effectively by lifting the pillow off his face as well as lift him if needed. We have little time before the gym open's and it would be unwise to come to much later in the day." Ninetails replied.

"Oh...that's what I thought you meant." Lucario said before looking away she thought Ninetails was grinning. "Umm, Leon? Wake up."

"You must do more then that." Ninetails said.

"Umm, okay." Lucario muttered glancing around him she saw that his cell was ringing, the sound muffled by a pillow that it laid partly under. "This might work...I think." Lucario pulled it out slowly allowing her own paws to muffle the sound till she brought it up to his ear. A the screaming of a music loop echoed in the room seeming to almost grow louder to the yelling Venus...almost. Lucario was suddenly flung back to the other side of the bed, her back spikes ripping into its soft fabric. Leon had jolted up, his ears ringing.

"Sorry!" Leon said as his eyes started to catch up to him, he pulled himself out of the covers to help Lucario out of the knots in the covers her movement made, through out it he continued to say sorry. His words more and more made her feel like he was apologizing for more then just the sudden fling. Ninetails....was her plan really working? Did she really cause Leon to have Lucario on his mind?

"It's okay Leon...ju-just hurry, we have to go." Lucario replied, stuttering on her words as she almost tripped over Venus who had taken to hiding under the bed. Venus giggled as she ran around Ninetails till the Pokemon returned to her poke-ball.

"Aww, time to go already?" Venus said as she ran over to her own ball and quickly disappeared inside.

"Do you want to walk or return to your poke-ball to?" Leon asked.

"Nope." Lucario replied trying to make a eager tone, "I like to walk with you."

"Okay then, let's go." His words seemed to be dull and calm till the last at that he started running, becoming eager again at the prospect of money so he could buy the food he wanted.

"Leon..." Lucario muttered before going into a sprint after him, faintly worried about the fracture in his leg. His running left him and her at the gym in only a few minutes, the city seeming almost empty compared to the mass it was only a day ago. The Gym itself seemed to be covered a lanterns of black fire, it's design seeming far older then the building around it. With masses of black covering it outlines in a faint dark purple. Leon's glances feel on a single little boy seeming to be standing at the door. His hair seeming to cover much of his pale face, and his clothing black with mixes of purple in its design as if to match the structure behind him.

"Are you planning to challenge the gym leader?" The boy said with a dull interest.

"Yea, is she here?" Leon replied

"Yes, she is but she did not expect any challengers on this date, excuse me." The boy bowed his head before walking through the gym door, a sound of screeching metal and the popping sounds of a engine coming from inside, leaving Lucario making her want to cover her sensitive ears.

"That's strange." Leon muttered as he pulled a small paper out of his bag looking over the paper.

"What is it?" Lucario asked.

"This says that the gym challenge has to do with invisible walls, it didn't say anything about any machines." Leon replied.

"That's because there is minor repairs being done." The small boy was standing next to Leon, causing him to nearly jump in surprise. After the boy coughed faintly he want on. "You will understand when you come inside, Janine has accepted your challenge. I will explain the rules when we have entered the gym." He turned around before entering the gym, the sound of loud clanking metal ringing in their ears, causing Lucario's ears to feel like they were crying almost. Leon glanced over to see her wince before digging into his bag. Along the time they have walked Leon had picked up any number of things from toys to broken poke-ball's to even a few children's drawings, so it was no surprise when he pulled out what seemed to be ear plugs wrapped in a plastic container. The container itself seeming to be crunched and bent.

"Do you want these?" Leon asked. Lucario shook her head, wondering what he was thinking.

"Umm, if I put those in then I would not be able to hear your commands when we battle in here...that would mean we might be more likely to lose." Lucario replied.

"Oh...Sorry" Leon muttered, his voice almost drowned out even though she was so close to him. His action confused her, he was thoughtless at times but not by this much.

"It's...okay, Leon." Lucatio said her mind faintly wondering at her trainers lack of forethought. The little boy had stopped them at the start of a large gate leading into a dark hole turning around to coughing before speaking.

"Attention please..." He stopped a second as if he was a teacher waiting for the class to settle down before going on. "Like most gym's there are rules you must abide by while challenging the leader, some just make it where you must beat a specific number of opponents. I assume that was what the first gym was like, or where you must find your way through a maze of trainers and wild Pokemon. This gym is just that a maze of trainers, the simple rule is you must find your way to the real Janine inside, who is mixed among the trainers who have made themselves appear as her. Upon seeing a Pokemon trainer you are expected to do a one on one battle, you may only use one Pokemon per battle, unless it's the gym leader then you are expected to battle all of her Pokemon, and are free to change after she calls up the second Pokemon. Yet just because you picked one the first time does not mean you have to use the same one later, so use as many as you wish. But be prepared because they can start attacking the moment they see a Pokemon with you. Do you understand?" The boy finally finished, seeming to go into a spurt of coughing. Leon stood still for a minute before just shrugging and smiling.

"Ready to start when you are." Leon said.

"You may start at any time you deem proper as long as it is within this day." The boy said. Leon shrugged looking at Lucario before they both walked into the gate, darkness overwhelming them as the gate behind them was closed leaving them in absolute darkness. The sound of metal clanging seeming somehow now far off and weak as they walked further in, yet it never seemed to go away, always louder then the sound of their foot steps off the limestone floor.

"When in darkness you should bring light." A young female voice said from the darkness. "And with my light I see your Pokemon, prepare yourself." The words and actions were so sudden that it took Leon a second to realize that Lucario was knocked away from him, along with the screeching of a Pokemon , the sound of heavy wings batting at the air. Leon looked back to where he thought the faint outline of Lucario was and yelled.

"Lucario, can you see the Pokemon?" There was a faint rustle as he saw the outline of black stand up, it's body glowing a faint purple.

"I can see him, it's a Crobat." Lucario felt slightly ashamed she had been distracted by how close she was to Leon and had not noticed the aura that was getting close. "Leon, what's your command?"

"Double Team and Aura sphere" Leon yelled. Lucario reacted as commanded, her form blurring as several more of her appeared slipping out of the true Lucario as the first one jumped out the real Lucario vanished, hidden within the mix of fakes, all of them lifting their paw and aiming a glowing orb of energy at the Crobat.

"Recon! Use Supersonic!" The unknown girl yelled. Recon the Crobat complied, letting off a ear splitting wave of screams, leaving all of the Lucario's to cover their ears in pain as they in unison fell on the floor in pain. Leon felt himself want to lay on the ground in pain as the sound ran through his ear's sadly imagining how much pain Lucario must be in with her own hearing ability. "Now, Recon, use Wing attack before that Pokemon gets up!" Leon was only able to hear as the Pokemon ran through the first three copy's fake yells of pain as they were hit and then faded away.

"Lucario, Dark pulse!" Leon yelled, sure that Recon was getting closer to the real Lucario, the outline figures of the Lucario copy's and the real one seemed to darken as the command was given, giving off a roasting sound as the Crobat rammed into Lucario's head, its wing crumpling in contact with the more powerful attack, sending the Crobat Recon flying into the wall.

"Well you won, I guess you have enough light to make it." Her voice grew louder for a second as she walked closer picking up his hand and stuffing 1000 credits in his hand before running to her Pokemon and then seemed to be gone, the sound of the echoing floor seeming to not stop her from leaving without a sound.

"Lucaro?" Leon said wondering around blindly, Lucario smiling faintly at her trainer.

"Here." Lucario said, pulling herself off the limestone floor, a thin coating of yellow dust holding to her white fur.

"Do you need a rest?" Leon asked pulling out her poke-ball, a Luxury-ball. "It would probably be better if we do this in like a order or something so that everyone will have time to rest."

"I...I" Lucario knew he was right, it would be better that way, she would get to rest, and while in the poke-ball she would heal faster then if she stayed out her so by the time he called her out again she would be possibly in good condition again. But...She didn't want to leave his side. What if he needs her? "I don't know Leon...you're the trainer." She muttered finally.

"Okay, Lucario. I guess I will go with my idea on this." Leon said, the darkness hiding the fact that Lucario had closed her eyes. "Lucario, return." Lucario was quickly outlined in a bright light before returning to her poke-ball, feeling a nice and calming place, yet her mind still hanging on her trainer. In this she was not alone, though out the day Leon had been thinking deeply about Lucario. "Yea." Leon said in reply, to Ninetails surprise.

"Can you understand my mode of communication, Master Leon?" Ninetails said while walking beside him as he waves his hands blindly to find each opening and each wall as they walked.

"I think I heard you say 'can you understand'" Leon said, and surprised Ninetails again, this ability...it reminded her of one little girls ability, the one of her first trainer.

"Then I can assume by me speaking to you, at one point you will gain a full understanding of my mode of communication." Ninetails said. Leon seemed to ignore this ducking as a sound of a liquid hit the wall behind him.

"Ninetails we can talk, or try to later on." Leon muttered

"Speaking to your Pokemon like their people? Your weak, I see a Pokemon, so that means I can fight. Weezing, use Sludge bomb again on the Ninetails!" Leon glanced over yelling,

"Ninetails, Protect" The command bought the invisible shield up, blocking as a ball of rotting slime smeared on it, slugging down it slowly. "Okay now drop the protect use Fire blast to find Weezing and then use Hidden power on him." Leon's words were washed out from the sound of a blazing fire that erupted from Ninetails mouth as the protect fell. The fire's bright light leaving a vast level of the maze near them exposed, showing thick walls of dented, cracked, and brunt marble walls, the Weezing by luck was right where the blaze was flying to. The blast knocking the Pokemon into the wall behind it, its skin hissing from the overheating of the chemicals in its body. "Stop!" Leon yelled before Ninetails would have went on, noticing the Pokemon was burning. It hissed and yelled it's own name in pain.

"Return, Weezing, well my Pokemon are weak, but wait till next time we meet." The unknown trainer suddenly stopped making noise as if he had fadded into the darkness.

"That was surprisingly easy." Leon muttered.

"Thank you Master Leon." Ninetails said, unsure if he understood her.

"No problem, Ninetails, we are going in this order thing so, Shinx is up next to walk around with me for the next battle." Leon said, faintly aware of her thanking him.

"Very well Master Leon." Ninetails bowed her head as the light engulfed her. Leon sighed with the faint feat that Venus might over act and her yelling will cause everyone to run for them, but he needed to give Lucario more time to rest. Venus nodded as he sad her down, a soft glow coming off her fur as small bolts jumped off, making her like a little night light. "Let's go Venus...try to keep from making to much noise." Venus looked around her shakily, surprising Leon to no end, he had only known her a short time, but he could have swore that she had been in the dark already. In his distraction he bumped into someone grabbing hold to keep himself from falling only to realized what he grabbed and let go. Go Ariados, poison jab!" The attack stopped short as the Ariados was shocked on contact with Venus's fur. "Tell you what, you beat me and I will forgive you, pervert. Fufufufu!" She seemed to hold a odd form of laughing as if she was mocking a animals yells to Leon.

"Deal...Okay, Venus, swift!" Leon yelled, closing his eyes as a blast of light covered the area for a split second as Venus blasted forward slamming star like objects at Ariados knocking the Pokemon back.

"Ariados, Pin Missile" Janine yelled. In reaction the Pokemon jumped on his back two points of his back acting like legs running it forward on momentum and sending its other limbs in a wild furry at a hastily avoiding Venus.

"Venus use Tackle on Ariados and then use Spark to knock him out." Leon yelled, Venus followed the command jumping at the wildly waving limbs only being marked on her left paw as she took hold of the Pokemon, then letting out a wave of electricity into the Pokemon.

"No, Ariados, use Screech, now!" Janine yelled, before the Pokemon could follow its command it was already knocked out, his body buzzing with energy as Venus jumped off the Pokemon.

"Yay!" Venus yelped as she bounced around seeming to have forgotten about the fear of darkness. Janine called back her Pokemon quickly pulling out another ball and throwing it before Leon could react.

"Venomoth come out, use double team!" Janine yelled as she threw the ball, as soon as it came out more and more appeared, making the real one impossible for Leon to guess. "Now use Psychic!" Venus yelped as she was lifted in the air and then thrown at the wall to her left. A sharp yelp of pain coming from her mouth. Leon wished she knew a move that could counter this, all he got was her yelps of pain as she continued to be slammed into the wall. What if swift could mess it up?

"Venus use swift! Don't worry about power just get them going in the direction of the Venomoth's." Leon yelled. The Pokemon yelped again in pain before trying stars of bright light spinning at the many copies, each hitting their mark, leaving the real one noticed as it softly bounced off, but of course it didn't stop the Pokemon from slamming her into the wall again, Venus yelping in pain. "Do it again aim all your swift at the real one!" Leon yelled, wincing now as he heard a loud pop the Shinx seemed to be in a lot of pain. She used them again the attack hitting the Pokemon's soft wings, knocking it on its back. "Quick now use spark!" Leon yelled wanting to take advantage of the moment. Venus yelped as she ran, her legs burning as she slammed into the wildly flapping Pokemon, letting off a thick pulse of energy into it.

Janine called her Pokemon back notably annoyed under the light from sparks jumping across the ground thanks to Venus's many uses of her attack. "Your doing very good with a Pokemon I heard you got yesterday." She said.

"Thanks." Leon said to distracted by his own thoughts to talk with her. "Venus, return, you have done great." Venus yelped happily as she returned to her ball to recover. "Okay, Lucario, time to come out." Leon said as he pulled another ball out and threw it, Lucario materializing mostly healed next to him.

"So its finally my turn Leon?" Lucario said glancing over at the aura of Janine who was pulling out a silver painted poke-ball.

"Come on out, Crobat!" Janine yelled. The memory of the last one they had fought making Leon shuffle his feet before yelling out to his Pokemon.

"Lucario, Metal claw, quick attack as soon as the Pokemon pops out!" Lucario's paws flashed as metal claws appeared on the tips of her paw, glowing like white hot metal. Jumping forward Lucario slashed at the Crobat, sending the Pokemon flying back covered in blood, crying out wildly in pain. Leon grimaced as he head it's cries. Janine looked back open mouthed at how quick her Pokemon was taken down, before calling it back.

"Well I have one Pokemon left, lets see if I can do any damage this time. Come out Weezing! Use Double Hit" Janine yelled. The Pokemon's form blurred as it appeared before Leon could react Lucario was sent flying into the wall where she was slammed into a second time. "Toxic!" Janine commanded, the Pokemon as it moved away shot a thick wad of goop at Lucario's body. She yelled in pain as it hissed on her fur, burning her skin underneath.

"Run and grab on and use Aura Sphere." Leon yelled, sure that such a close attack would end it quick. "Lucario, Dark Pulse, as soon as you can." Leon almost muttered this knowing Lucario would hear it, yet hoping Janine would not. She didn't.

"Double Hit one more time Weezing!" Janine yelled. As the Pokemon rammed in Lucario's body was engulfed in a darkness, purble bolts jumping for the darkness, as it powered. Weezing could not stop as the Pokemon went head first into the darkness, feeling as its body was roasted in the dark field. The Weezing was laying on its side knocked out cold in pain, Lucario breathing heavily and smiling. Janine sighed as she called her Pokemon back.

"You're a tough one. You definitely won... Here's Soul Badge. Take it." Janine said throwing the pink badge to Leon who caught it (or more like almost dropped it) struggling in the darkness to see it. "I'm going to really apply myself and improve my skills. I want to become better than both father and you. See you later." Janine said the lights flickering on to show she had already gone, the gate open and the boy they saw before with crossed arms seemed to be waiting for them.

"You did well, Trainer. Nobody has beaten this gym recently." The boy said seeming to be even duller then before with his words.

"Thanks, but it was hard." Leon replied.

"Well of course it would be, there are few people as skilled with Pokemon as Janine." The boy replied as if it was common knowledge. "Now anyway, here are your credits for beating Janine and several other members of the gym." The boy handed Leon what seemed to be a little over 200,000 credits.

"That's a lot more then any other gym gave me." Leon said as he pocketed the money, his mind wondering between Lucario and if she should say something about his recent thoughts and all the food he could buy with this much money.

"Every Gym has its differences, this one happens to rarely loss so it gives a big pay off." The boy said as he walked them to the door. "Regardless, may you make it far and your battles....forget it I forgot the rest of the phrase she makes me say." Sorry this took a while, I was distracted and this is my first time writing anything sexual, sorry if it is not that good it is a little harder for me to work on considering how I was trying to make you get the idea of how they were new at it and all the emotions that were happening to them while it took place (silly me I forgot you perverts who are reading didn't come here to read emotions, you came for something to flap off to.).
