Almost every species of pokemon can or has evolved as part of an evolution chain, but what makes this abrupt process special? What are the advantages and disadvantages of a Charizard, Nidoqueen or Luxray compared to their pre-evolutions? There's plenty of things to explore about this mysterious and awesome event.
