Artist Comments: "The first page I did. Originally, I was approached for this comic last year, but I had yet to dip my stylus into shading (even if its minimal), so I did this first page as a sample without shading and looking similar yet different. It wasnt up to snuff, so I didnt get the part. It was a sample, after all. But come February and I was offered the position again, to which I said yes. And here we are. The map was tweaked a bit, as was Aaron and Pippri's running and the stadium. The only remnant of the sample is the shot of the stadium the first panel, to which I used a pic of it and tweaked it with the anime background filters to get the desired results (yes I cheated for this, I'lladmit it). I forgot how I did it and I'd be assed to look around for how to work with the filter, so I cheated more and reused the same panel from the sample comic. It was too good not to use." Uniting Forces - Chapter 1 - Page 1 Let the games begin! A brief introduction to the story, narrated from Aaron's point of view. We're already mid-match, and working hard to continue fighting forth! All characters portrayed are of adult age in this comic. Pokemon Unite and the Pokemon depicted belong to the Pokemon Company and Nintendo.
