Summary:

Friendship is something that most normal beings cannot survive without. We all need someone that we can confide in, hang around with, or be close to on a regular basis. Sometimes, the closest of friends can drift apart. So how do they survive when that essential element of life has faded away?

Story Notes:

This is the story that Shiguya requested as his prize for winning the Firefighter theme/contest, way back when. It took a very long time to write it, but I finally got it done. I'm pleased with how it came out, and my only regret is the sloth with which I did it.

    First read: whoo-hoo!

    It was very good, although it was tricky to read. Mainly because the punctuation marks were glitched into what i guess are internet code for the marks.
