"Alright then Kai! Let's see how you dodge this!" I yelled at him, before surging towards him, my fist glowing with bright blue energy. He ran towards me as well, preparing to counter my attack. As we got closer, I prepared to feint and catch Kai off guard. I deliberately swung my fist about a foot short of Kai's head, making him attempt to block. I used the momentum from my punch to spin round and knock his legs out from under him, before mule kicking him into the air. "Oof!" Kai grunted as the attack caught him in the stomach, launching him straight up. "That's it Tessy!" Emily cheered. "Come on Kai!" Serena called. 

Kai started falling back down towards me, and I prepared to launch a Volt Haymaker as he fell, a move that I had honed and perfected with my Rage powers, and would be almost unblockable with Aura. However, Kai started flipping as he fell, tumbling over and over like a wheel. I knew he was going to attack me, and all I could do was hope I could block it.

As he got within arms reach, Kai grabbed me by the shoulders and launched me into a tree. I hit the ground and coughed up a mouthful of blood. "Tesla!" Emily shrieked. "Holy shit. You okay Tesla?" Kai said, as I spluttered on the floor. "Grrrr.... I'm fine...." I growled, wiping the blood from my mouth. Kai hadn't even broken a sweat, and he had almost uprooted the tree with the force of his throw. 

"I'm through playing around! I'm going all out now Kai, so you better be ready!" I yelled, surging towards him again, both my fists and feet glowing with pure energy. "Hehe..." Kai grinned, preparing for the onslaught I was about to unleash. As we met, I delivered a barrage of brutal kicks and punches, and Kai managed to block every single attack, before backflip-kicking me into the air.

I flew up even higher than Kai did, and I decided I would use his technique against him. Still rising up into the air, I started spinning rapidly. My Aura was surrounding me, and I could feel myself spinning faster and faster, turning into a ball of pure energy. "Holy shit!" Kai gasped as he realised what I was doing. 

Electrisity was sparking off of me as I picked up even more speed. "Try and block this one then Kai!" I laughed. "Plasma Ray!" I yelled, before stopping spinning and releasing the energy as a huge beam. Kai readied himself as it headed straight for him. Then I saw a green energy surround him, exactly like my Aura. "Yggdrasil Shield!" Kai yelled, summoning a barrier of energy that surrounded him entirely. 

The ray struck the shield and sent sparks flying in all directions, but somehow Kai's shield withstood the beam. He grinned up at me, and I growled. "That's it!!!" I screamed in fury. I threw my arms and legs out, my Aura flying out and enveloping me. In a matter of moments, I looked like a falcon made of plasma. "Falcon Meteor!" I yelled, diving down towards Kai at incredible speed. "How the.... Yggdrasil Shield!!!" Kai yelled, summoning the barrier once more. 

I slammed into the shield with immense force, creating a massive shockwave that knocked Serena and Emily over. "Graaaahhhh!!!!" I growled, determined to break through Kai's insanely strong shield. It was then I noticed cracks appearing in the shield. Kai was losing strength, and so was his barrier. "Game Over Kai!" I grinned. "Hyyyaaahhhh!!!!" I bellowed, unleashing a devastating punch that shattered Kai's shield into a million pieces. He fell to the ground, panting from exhaustion, and I dropped to my feet in front of him. 

"I... I don't believe it..." He spluttered, not quite able to grasp what happened. "No-one has ever broken my Yggdrasil Shield..." He said. "Good fight dude." I grinned, pulling him to his feet. He shook my hand and gave me a hug, and Emily and Serena ran over and joined the hug. "That was incredible!" Emily cheered. "You two are insanely strong!" Serena grinned. "Indeed they are!" I heard Leyana's voice behind us. She was floating there, smiling and clapping her wings. "You've got much stronger since the last time I met you." She laughed. "Thank you." Both me and Kai said in perfect unison. 

I looked at Kai then back to Leyana. "So that's how you can use Aura!" I grinned. "Uhh Tesla." Serena grinned. I turned to her and she was surrounded by a yellow energy. "You can both use Aura?!" I said, my jaw dropping. "Me too!" Emily giggled, surrounded by red Aura.

"You four are the last living wielders of Aura. The Black Shadow eliminated all the others, so it is up to you to train and defeat them. It may be years before you reach the strength you need to take them on, but judging by what I just saw, you are well on your way to unlocking the most powerful secrets of Aura, which have been kept secret since the Ancients first perfected them nearly 80 thousand years ago." Leyana explained. "Good luck Tesla, Emily, Kai and Serena!" She smiled, before disappearing once again.

"Wow..." I smiled. "Hehe... I never thought you'd be able to unlock attacks that quickly, Tesla. It took me 3 years to perfect my Yggdrasil Shield, but you learned Falcon Meteor in a matter of minutes!" Kai grinned. "Looks like I need to train more! Haha!" He laughed. "You heard Leyana! We all need to train more!" Emily smiled. "Yeah! We all need to get stronger, faster, smarter and better at working as a team!" Serena added. "There is no way that we are going to lose to the Black Shadow! If we can learn to use our Aura in sync, there is nothing that can stop us!" I cheered. "We are the Assassins!" I yelled, putting my hand in the middle of us. "We never run!" Emily grinned, putting her hand on mine. "We are powerful!" Serena cheered, putting her hand on Emily's. "And we are One!" Kai added, placing his hand on Serena's. "Yeah!" We all cheered in unison. The Black Shadow better watch out. Ha ha!
