He hugged his dad with all his might. Krodic cried from being so happy, so glad to be alive. He loved everything and everyone at this moment. He just kissed his love and played with his children. The dream lasted and lasted throughout the night, and as he dreamt, he held Myra tighter and closer. He slept like a baby, a baby waiting for the new surprises that await him the next day.
It was morning and Elishea and Hamos were on their way back home. The town seemed to be unchanged. Everybody said Hi as they went by. It was good to be home and to see everyone so cheerful to see them again. They were on the outskirts of their land when Elishea broke the silence.
Elishea: I wonder what the kids have been up too for the last week, I hope they had enough to eat.
Hamos: Don't worry so much! Krodic called last night and everything was fine by the sound of it.
Elishea: I know but I just can't wait to see them again. By the way why did he call us last night?
Hamos: Well he needed to know....where...to find the money we left him. We never really told him where it was.
Elishea: Oh! Well what did he need to use it for? And I thought I hear you say box? The money was in a sack.
Hamos: I never said box, you must have been hearing things because I never said anything that sounded like a box!
Elishea: Oh, sorry.
Hamos: It's ok, you just heard wrong.
Just then a smell caught his nose. He knew that scent! It was the smell of sex, and it was coming from the cave entrance. It was just barley in eye sight.
Oh no Hamos thought, she couldn't still be there could she? He had to distract Elishea for a couple of minutes while he helped Hamos cover up the smell.
Hamos: Honey?
Elishea: Yes dear?
She was unaware of the smell. Hammy's sense of smell was stronger then his mates.
Hamos: Could you grab some groceries before we get home?
Elishea: I need to see my children first then I'll go!
Hamos: Ten more minutes away from them won't kill you!
Elishea: Fine! I'll go and do all the work while you get to see our children.
Hamos: Thanks dear.
Elishea: Humph!
She lifted her tail and turned the opposite direction from where he was standing, and walked to the store. He just snickered, he liked it when she put her ass to his face. Because he got a good clear look at her jewel. But right now he had to help Krodic. He sprinted to the house and ran inside. He looked around, the smell was so strong that it was mind boggling. There was no sight of Krodic, he had to still be in bed. He peaked around the corner of his room and saw the pair there still sleeping silently with their arms around each other. He would let them sleep a little longer after their big night. Luckily he had bought enough air fresheners and deodorizers to last a year. He used them right after he made love with his mate. He quickly took about ten of them and sprayed all around the house and outside to cover up any trace of his son's actions last night. He through them away. He knew that Elishea would be home soon, he needed to wake up his son. Hamos trotted into his room and used one of his paws to wake him up. It worked and Krodic stirred. He opened an eye to see his dad there looked at him.
Krodic: Dad?
Hamos: Krodic you got to get up quick, your mom will be home soon and she doesn't know anything about what's been happening. You need to wake her up quickly and come to the living room where I can freshen the two of you up.
Krodic: Where is mom?
Hamos: At the store, she'll be home in less then five minutes!
Krodic Shot upward, almost too quickly and he started to see spots.
Hamos: I'll be waiting out in the living room and hurry!
Krodic shook himself and rubbed his eyes. Hamos throw him a can for his rooms' smell. Krodic sprayed it everywhere. He throw it away in the trash. Then he went back over to his love. He kissed Myra hard so that see would wake up, and so she would wake up even quicker, he ran a claw down from her chest to between her legs. She grabbed his arm when he reached her clit.
Myra: Krodic not so early please.
Krodic: Sweet pie you need to wake up before my mom gets home.
Myra: WHAT!? When will she be here!?
Krodic: Less then four minutes! My dad's waiting for us in the living room.
Myra: Your dad's here! Did he see us?
Krodic: Yes, but he doesn't care. It's my mom we need to worry about. We need to get out there so he can get rid of the smell.
Myra: Ok, come on! Let's get out there!
They ran out to see Hamos waiting for them with two bars of what looked like soap, but different. The texture looked quiet different. He tossed them the bars. Myra and Krodic both caught each one.
Hamos: Quickly rub them on your selves, it will get rid of the remaining odor!
They did as they were told and quickly used the objects and rubbed their entire bodies. When they were done they quickly handed them to Hammy. He throw them up and burned them away to nothing. The sight was unexpected and made Myra jump into Krodic's arms. She quickly pushed away when Hamos looked at them.
Hamos: Don't worry dear, I do not care. You can hug, kiss or love him as much as you want.
Myra just blushed. Krodic gave her a quick kiss for comfort.
Hamos: May I please ask your name?
Myra: Yes of course how rude of me. I'm Myra.
Hamos: That's a beautiful name and it fits you very nicely.
Her cheeks were turning beat red from the complements she had just received. Krodic looked at her with loving eyes. She caught his stair and blushed so badly you could swear she was bleeding.
Hamos: Krodic where is the condom you used?
Krodic: Oh my god I forgot! It's in my trash can!
Hamos: Quickly go throw out your trash out!
Krodic: Right!
He dashed into his room and as soon as he was in there, he was out. He was flying across the dirt outside to go throw away his trash bag to get rid of the final evidence. It left Hamos a little time to get to know Myra a little more. She blushed the entire time. He was so charming that she couldn't help but make her cheeks' rosy red. Hamos adored her personality and smile. He felt happy for his son, he was so lucky to her a gorgeous girlfriend.
Hamos: So how long have you been seeing Krodic?
Myra: Since the first day of school.
Hamos: Of course! So how long have you two been dating?
Myra: Basically since we met.
Hamos: Really, you just rushed into things then did you?
Myra: It was love at first sight for both of us.
Hamos: Very romantic!
Myra: Yes very!
Hamos: So what did you think of my boy last night?
Myra:..........
Hamos: Sorry, I shouldn't be asking about your personal life. However you enjoyed it didn't you?
She just nodded her head.
Hamos: You don't need to be frightened of me my dear, I'm just a normal male. Well I guess I can't say that! Normal males are so much different! Not in a bad way, but not a good one either. Look who's back.
Krodic just got back and was sweating from the intensity he was feeling as he ran.
Krodic: So what did you two talk about?
Hamos: I asked her how long you two have been together and where she lives and such.
Krodic: Oh!
Hammy's senses kicked in, he felt that his love was near. And neither Krodic nor Myra knew.
Hamos: Quick sit down, your mom's coming!
Krodic quickly did so and took a seat beside Myra. Just as Elishea walked in carrying groceries. The three of them acted casual. She set the bags of food on the table and looked at them.
Hamos: Hey honey, back already!
Elishea: Of course I would have been back sooner but some of us didn't bother to help.
Hamos: Eeh, sorry about that!
Elishea: Yah, I'm sure you are! Anyway's how have you been son and who may I ask is this.
She walked over and sat down on the couch.
Krodic: I've been great and this is Myra my girlfriend.
Elishea: You Have a girlfriend?
Krodic: Yes I do!
Elishea: I'm so happy for you!
She almost jumped with glee! Everyone including Hamos let out a soft sigh.
Elishea: What did you all think I wouldn't approve! So when did you get here?
Hamos gave Myra the claw slashing across the neck, meaning not to say the truth.
Myra: I got here about forty-five minutes ago. I stopped for a quick visit and to meet you two. I'm sorry but I got to go. I will have to catch up with you all later.
Myra was walked to the door with Krodic and before she left, he gave her a kiss goodbye.
Myra: Bye everyone!
Elishea: Say Hi to your parents for us and stop by anytime!
Myra: I will, bye Mr.Redden'd.
Hamos: Just call me Hamos and see ya later.
Krodic watched until she was out of sight, then he walked back into the room to talk with his parents.
Elishea: By the way is Feabby still in bed?
Krodic: No, she slept over at a friend's house last night. We have to go pick her up in about two hours.
Elishea: Oh, ok. I can't believe my little boy has a girlfriend.
Krodic: I know, I'm speechless as well.
Hamos: Really, I couldn't tell!
Krodic: What do you mean?
Hamos: Well your usually chatting about something. Usually something you don't understand, and it's almost always the same subject. Any way I'm glad you have a girl in your life now to take care of.
Krodic: You telling me that taking care of someone is hard?
Hamos: What do you think?
Krodic: Well after you've had to look out for your little sister over the years, everything else seems easy!
Hamos: You got a point there! Your getting smarter, but you've still got a lot to learn.
Krodic: I know, however I feel I'm starting to understand the world a little bit better.
Hamos: I'm glad your putting time into learning, but always think before you act.
Krodic: I know!
Elishea: Don't yell at your fath..
Hamos: It's alright my love. He's got a lot going on in his life. School, girlfriends and manual labor. It takes its toll after a while.
Krodic: Sorry dad, for raising my voice.
Hamos: It's quiet alright, just try to control it better.
Elishea: Well I don't know about you two, but I'm hungry. I'll whip up some breakfast for us. Is the usual ok?
Hamos: Of course.
Krodic: Yes, please!
Elishea: Good, it will be ready in fifteen!
Hamos: Gotcha! So did you enjoy yourself last night my son?
Krodic: More then words can express!
Hamos: Good! But it's not going to become a habit ok! Only on special occasions right?
Krodic: Yes sir! Don't worry, we'll have plenty other stuff to do!
After breakfast they all sat in the living room to talk more about their trip. It was nice to hear that they had a good time. They all just talked and talked about the week. When there was a sudden knock on the door!
Hamos: I wonder who that could be?
Krodic: It can't be Feabby, we are supposed to pick her up in an hour. And she is not supposed to be brought over either! I wonder?
Elishea: Well is someone going to get it!?
Hamos: I will.
He walked over to the entrance of the cave and opened the door to find a charizard standing there. Defiantly female, no questions asked! She was standing there with a sort of anxious look on her face.
Charizard: Umm, Hello!
Hamos: Good morning, how my I help you?
Charizard: I was wondering, is this the Redden'd residence?
Hamos: Yes it is, whom, may I ask are you?
Charizard: How rude of me, my name is Almara! {All-ma-ra}
Hamos: Mine is Hamos.
Almara: It's been a while.
Hamos: It has???
Almara: I didn't think you would remember me. Try to! I still remember the day you came back to school with bandages on your rump. Word got around so fast, I still can't believe that happened to you. Others' were just horrible to you after that, I wish they hadn't been. Then maybe Zaritil {Zar-i-tul} would still be alive!
Hammy's eye's filled with shock. That was his old best friends' name! He tried harder to remember. He had been trying so hard to forget for so many years that he could only remember bits and pieces of the event.
Almara: You two were such good friends, I loved him so much. Then to see you kill him almost sent me to the grave myself! After he made fun of you, you just snapped and destroyed him. {Tears were forming in her eye's} Hamos remembered everything just then. Almara was Zaritil's girlfriend at the time. She watched as he died! She shouldn't have had to. It was tragic and Hamos remembered it all.
Hamos: Almara I'm so sorry about what I had done!
Almara: Look it's the past now and I know you didn't mean it. Anyway I was here to see the one by the name of Krodic.
Hamos: Why?
Almara: Well, I don't mean to impose but I'm his mother and I'd like to see him!
It just hit Hamos, and he couldn't believe it. She was his mother, but this was impossible. Krodic's egg couldn't have been delivered more then two years ago. And Zaritil had been dead for a lot longer then that set amount of time.
Almara: I know what you're thinking but if I could come in, I will explain everything as best I can.
Hamos: Of course you can come in.
Hamos brought her to the living room where Elishea and Krodic had been waiting patiently. It was clear they hadn't heard anything him or Almara had been talking about. And Almara's eyes were dry and showed no sighs of her resent crying. She looked at Krodic and instantly knew he was her son.
Hamos: You can take a seat next to my mate if you like?
Almara: Sure, I do not mind!
Hamos: Then I will take my seat next to Krodic. If you didn't know already that it was him.
Almara: I knew and I'm very happy to meet you Krodic.
Elishea: What's going on here Hamos?
Krodic: Ya dad, who is this?
Hamos: Should I tell them or do you want to?
Almara: I would like to. Krodic, I'm your real mother!
Krodic: Wha..t..?
Almara: I know you don't know me and I'm sorry that you don't. I could not support you my son. Please forgive me. I love you dearly, but it was better that you grew up with an adopted family.
Krodic: But you can't be I mean why? Why now?
Almara: You need to understand that I had to make a tough decision for you. I needed to give you a good life that you deserved and I couldn't do that by myself. I finally got the time to come and see you. It took a while for the papers to come in so that I could be given the address to your new home. And I see that you like it here as well.
Krodic: THAT'S RIGHT! I love it here and I'm not going to leave either!
Hamos: Krodic, how dare you shout.
Krodic: She deserves it, after what she did!
Hamos: KRODIC ROOM.......NOW! I'll be in there in a second to talk with you!
Krodic stormed off to his room with tears forming in him eyes. His mother was already crying. Elishea patted her on the back to try and calm her down.
Hamos: It's not your fault! You need to know that!
Almara: Yes it is, I abandoned him and I shouldn't have!
Hamos walked over to her, put an arm around her and lifted her head with the other. He looked her straight in the eye to make sure she was listening.
Hamos: Now look at me, you did the right thing. You tried to give him a better life then the one you could give him. He loves you! I can see it, but he just wishes you could have been there for him. Now I want you to pull yourself together while I talk with him. And I will bring him back out here for you to embrace.
He rubbed the tears out of her eyes and walked off toward Krodic's room. What he had said made her feel a lot better and tried hard to stop crying before they came back out. Hamos found Krodic face down in the pillows. He was slightly sobbing. Hamos walked over and sat on his bed next to him.
Krodic: Why did she leave me? When...(sniffle)..I was still just an egg.
Hamos: Krodic: You have to understand now more then ever of the situation she was in. She wanted what was best for you and that could only be done by letting someone else raise you.
Krodic: I know but......(sob)....she' not my mother anymore.
Hamos: Of course she is. She's just as much your mother as the one who has raised you all these years. And right now she wants to see you, and love you. She really does love you, and you love her as well. Don't deny it!
Krodic: But how can I? After all this time of not seeing her face or feeling the warmth of her skin.
Hamos: If you're half as smart and caring as I know you are, then I know you can find it in your heart to forgive her. And I hope one day you will be able to forgive me.
Krodic: Well I don't know, my heart is aching and my head is spinning. Why should I have to forgive you?
Hamos: Look Krodic, forget what I said about me, and listen to your heart. Without her you wouldn't exist, without her you wouldn't have me as a father or Elishea as another mother. You wouldn't have the love of your life Myra. She's done a lot for you that you don't take in consideration and she wants to make it up to you by starting a new relationship. She hasn't had a great life and she would appreciate it if she knew that her son loved her. Now I can give you time to think. However, no matter which way you look at it, you will see that you will thank her for bringing you into this world and giving you a caring family. Even if it's not hers. She tries hard, she really does. She used to be my friend way back and I know how she is. She always wants what's best for others, not herself. Look when you've come to your senses and want to get to know her then come out and talk. I'll be out there waiting, just come out when you're ready.
Hamos was about to get up when Krodic gave him a hug.
Krodic: Thanks dad! I know that she loves me and I love her. I need to let her know that. I just needed time to adjust to the whole situation and you helped me with that.
Hamos: Now that's the Krodic I know.
They both walked out into the living room where Krodic's two mothers sat. Hamos walked over and sat down while Krodic walked up to his birth mother and just stood there for a while. He stared into her eyes and she stared into his. They waited for something to happen or for one to say something, but they didn't. Then Krodic wrapped his arms around her and squeezed. She hugged him back. Tears came to both their eyes.
Krodic: I love you mum!
Almara: I love you to son!
They just stayed like that for a while, cradling each other. Holding on for dear life, it was so amazing to see such a sight. They finally released each other after about five minutes.
Almara: I'm so sorry Krodic for everything I did!
Krodic: I not! I'm glad you gave me a better life, you did the right thing. I have a great life and it's all because of you.
Almara started balling her eyes out! She hugged him once again. This one lasted just as long, they seemed to be for in their own world. When they finally let go of one another, Krodic sat down by Hamos and just talked to his mother. Sharing their recent lives and past experiences. Finally Krodic asked about his dad and Almara looked at Hamos. He nodded for her to tell him. He couldn't believe what he was hearing, Hamos had killed his real father. Krodic just looked at Hamos for a while.
Hamos: Look I would like it if you could forgive me, but I know that just won't cut it. I'm sorry about what I have done. I really wish I hadn't, then maybe your mother and father could have raised you. Look, you can say that you hate me and I wouldn't blame you!
Krodic: I don't blame you, and don't start going on about how you wish it could have been you instead of him. I love you and I wouldn't trade you for anything. I do wish this didn't happen, I really wish those things didn't happen to you. I can't change the past and my dad should have known better! He should have stood by you, but sometimes our pride gets the best of us. I really do love you! And I'm glad you're my dad. I think Zaritil would have chosen you to be my dad. No one else could have done what you have done for me
Hamos embraced his son and didn't let go. The feeling was rushing through him. An over whelming emotion locked onto him.
Hamos: Krodic I have never been more proud to have you as a son. You are one of the reasons my heart still beats to this day. I can't express myself enough to show you that life is about showing others you care. I don't think I could have lived without you as a son. I love you, I've always wanted and tried to give and teach you the best. But I still felt that I could have never done what your real father could have given you. True love! Love that comes straight from the heart. Now look I have I question for you!
Krodic: What is it dad?
Hamos: I'm giving you the choice to live with me and Elishea or you can go live with your mother. It's your choice, I don't care which you choose because you know that I will always be with you. You will always be with me. I love you and I think you should be the one to decide.
Krodic let go of Hamos and looked at him, then looked at his mother. But he didn't have to think about it.
Krodic: Mother I love you and want to spend time with you but I belong here.
Almara: I understand and if you want, you can come to see me whenever you like.
Krodic: I would like that.
Elishea: I think we all would!
Almara: Well I've got to go, a lot of things to do you know.
Hamos: Yeah, like what? You can stay for lunch, it won't kill you!
Almara: Yes but I...
Hamos: If it's about money then you better take into consideration that your bank will now be funded through mine.
Almara: No, I couldn't...
Hamos: It wasn't a question! It will now be linked through mine and you will like it and use it!
Almara: Thank you very much!
Hamos: Trust me it's no skin off my bones! Now talk more with Krodic and get to know him better while I go get Feabby!
Elishea: No I will go get her, you two also need to catch up on a few things.
Hamos: You sure?
Elishea: Don't start this again because you know what's going to happen.
Hamos: Ok dear! Just get her ready to go on a picnic.
Elishea: I'll tell her.
Almara: Feabby?
Hamos: Our other adopted child.
Almara: Oh, Krodic has a sister. How nice!
Krodic: Sometimes!
This make them all crack up laughing. After they settled down, they started to talk about everything that's ever happened to them, excluding some of the more personal things. When Feabby and Elishea got back. She was told everything, and was introduced to Almara. They all had a great time with each other. They got ready to go on the picnic and packed lunches. They walked to the lake that was nearby. They all sat down and talked about the beautiful landscape and scenery.
Krodic: I just wish every day could be like this one
Hamos: So do I son, So do I!
After Almara left, life went on. Krodic visited her as much as possible, bringing along Myra once and a while. She was thrilled about her. Krodic and Hamos were as close as they ever had been. Nothing really changed between them. Krodic went to school as the week came and excelled in all his subjects. And with his help so did Myra. His sister was ahead of the class and was very popular, she always had something good to say about school. Krodic and Myra tried not to be apart at any time. They grew closer as time went on. Elishea and Hamos when to a lot of places, close to home of course. They just took walks through the woods almost ever day. Getting to love nature more and more as time went on. Krodic couldn't wait to start his own adventure with Myra when he finally went out on his own. Life would be different as he would soon find out and he couldn't wait for it. As long as Myra was with him, his heart would beat on.Chapter End Notes:This for now is the longest chapter I've writed and I'm quiet proud of how it came out.
