EXPANSION PACK: The Anti-Pokemon War Timeline
Upon looking over the old ruins of Verdanturf town just in a desperate attempt to travel somewhere dangerous, you see an old PEF laptop on the floor next to a suited skeleton, most likely a dead PEF soldier that has been there for a while and decomposed, finally turning into a skeleton. You open up the laptop and see that all of the information is unblocked, curiously, you scroll through to an icon that says "The Anti-Pokemon Timeline" and clicked on it, opening a black screen, a female computerized voice proclaiming "System online..." and words appearing on the screen with the female monotone voice reading it all aloud.

Welcome to the Timeline XR-3000 Data saver and collector. You have selected the PEF collection of important events in the war against Pokemon of 2098.
We will begin on how the war has started and move on to more current events now...
The early year of 2097 where all violence has been silenced finally from the previous "Zantetsu War" involving a small cult of Pokemon trainers attempting to resurrect the dreaded Groudon once more to "Shine his brightness onto the world" once again. A small military organization was created for one purpose and one purpose only, to destroy all Pokemon here on Earth for what they think of as a mission to save the planet, they are known as the Pokemon Elimination Force, all elite in their own ways.
The Supreme Commander of the "PEF": Justin Altaerec, ordered a complete cleansing of the Pokemon race as of January 4, 2097 when rumors were confirmed of Pokemon beginning to turn on the human race, resulting in murder, assassination, and other disturbing occasions. Pokemon trainers all over the world pointed the blame at a large Pokemon cult referred to as the "Phoenix Wind" that were disbanded such a long time ago that it was impossible for the PEF to even consider that being the case in this situation.
The PEF Supreme Commander was finally able to brainwash almost every single Pokemon trainer's mind into actually believing that all Pokemon were turning on the humans with his speech "The Error that can be Undone"
"Citizens... loyal PEF soldiers... you may have mixed feelings about this entire operation: Anti-Pokemon... but I assure you it is for the greater good for we have predicted the future and it will not be a pleasant one, we used to think that Pokemon would be loyal companions to us until the very end, but soon they will retaliate and it will result in billions dead... think about it people, the Pokemon have abilities none of us will ever have, yet they live under us and pets and assistants, companions if you will. But I am here to reaffirm what my father said so long ago and was shunned for this theory, he was captured, tortured and kill because he created the theory that said 'Pokemon ARE smart, and some of them CAN tell the difference between being controlled and controlling... and when they finally realize that being controlled is not worth it... they will retaliate...' We are here to help YOU the citizens of Hoenn, we are here to make sure that this evil future will never happen! This law for "Anti-Pokemon" was finally created only in the Hoenn region by the end of January and thus resulted in the birth of the PEF Army: The Pokemon Elimination Force.
Trained in the harshest of conditions and sent out into the field with the Pokemon as the enemies, the PEF soldiers went through every single house and every single Pokemon Gym in all of Hoenn, ordering the complete surrender of all the Trainer's Pokemon, it is safe to say that some refused and some agreed, but the ones who refused caused the PEF forces major trouble. Soon this entire order became chaotic when a large group of Pokemon Trainer's retaliated against Justin Altaerec's "Anti-Pokemon Act"
The Trainer's love for their Pokemon caused them to form an order called the PD: Pokemon Defenders sworn to protect the vulnerable Pokemon at all costs and thereby causing the PEF even more problems for now the Pokemon Trainer's were organized and armed.
At the end of February of 2097, war broke out amongst the PEF soldiers and the PD soldiers as one fought for order and one for prosperity. One month of chaos in the streets has pushed Altaerec into announcing how Pokemon would have turned on all of us one day and how the PEF are trying to stop that future from occurring with a new speech he called "Stop Defending the Demons disguised in fur"
"I am talking directly to any Pokemon Defenders who may be listening to my words now, I know how much you love your Pokemon, I know how much I loved my Shinx until I realized how dangerous they really were, I was sad to give up my Pokemon but at least I know that I did the right thing, for me and for everyone around me. I am asking you to stop this senseless violence and just give up your Pokemon, I am not asking you to kill your Pokemon, in fact, we aren't killing them at all, they are being safely kept in our new PEF Prison, "Skenova Alternon" where they will be fed 3 times a day and kept under maximum security, free to play with one another and free to breed, your Pokemon will be happy there and once more I ask you, please, for the safety of all of us... give up"
His words shook the very foundation of the PD soldier's will to defend to their knees. After Alaerec's speech, multiple counting's of PD betrayal was shown, thus marking the end of the war between the PEFs and the PDs.
March 15, 2097 marked the extinction of all Feebas, Milotic, Zigzagoon, the entire Azurill evolution, the entire Treeko evolution, and the entire Squirtle evolution in the small resistance of any rogue PD soldiers.
The rest of the PD forces only possessed one more desperate plot to save the remaining Pokemon from mass extinction for they believed that the PEF was lying to them, and that plan was to build them an underground safe haven, unknown to the PEF. Secretly the PDs have created an underground secure base for the rest of the Pokemon to live without fear, 3 months were needed to make this base and in that amount of time more extinctions were reported:
The extinction of Ampharos, Skitty and Delcatty, and the death of Groudon have been added to the Extinction list as of June 17, 2097.
Finally the underground city was created, the leader of the PD forces: Ryan Sezaa, had now named this underground city, "Miir Cyraa" the one and only safe place for Pokemon to live, eat, sleep, and breed without fear.
Section 2: The Birth of the Anriu
Mixxa 10 was an old Outpost created in 2045 and currently used in July 24, 2097, in fact, the area was so deserted and such a wasteland that even the Supreme PEF Commander: Justin Altaerac wouldn't suspect that very dangerous testing was going on in there. PD Scientists were working on an ultra-breed of certain Pokemon, they had chosen 2 Pokemon for this, a Weavile and a Ditto.
We have no direct information on how Mixxa 10 was destroyed, but we deciphered most of the rubble in the area and all of the destroyed paperwork and confirmed that these two Pokemon's names were "Lucifer and Anriu"
"Anriu the Ditto is one to be reckoned with" were exact words from one of the scientist's journals, along with "The female Ditto has taken the form of an Anthro Serpent" but it was all we could decipher was the burned journal.
All we know about this case is that these two Pokemon are loose in the world and we can't track them down, but we have figured out what these two Pokemon are capable of.
1 month after the fall of Mixxa 10, PEF soldiers have confirmed reports about Anriu and Lucifer infecting Pokemon and humans with a parasite called "The Third Eye"
Reports say it causes a certain part of the Pokemon to become black and another certain part dark red, a third eye appears on the forehead and the Pokemon seem subdued with only one thing on its mind, we have confirmed that what is going through and infected Pokemon's mind is "Serve Lord Anriu... serve Lord Anriu...".
PEF have marked this case down as "The Birth of the Anriu" for we have confirmed the idea that Anriu the female Ditto was the culprit of creating these parasites and unleashing them on the world, thus creating yet another Pokemon threat... the Anriu Cult.
Section 3: Control over the Population
After 2098 rolled around, the PEF forces have maintained complete control and cooperation of all citizens in all cities around the entire world, the PEF have spread all over every continent, still having their share of problems, the Hoenn region was the only region that the PEF had complete control over.
Sadly, there are now too many Pokemon extinctions to comprehend, out of all the Pokemon species in the entire world, over 210 species are now extinct in counting.
Around March of 2098, the PEF forces are attempting to gather up enough soldiers to fight against all of Miir Cyraa, but they do not know when they will have enough recruits to fight off the Pokemon horde, and it varies when the battle will start, the battle to completely exterminate every single Pokemon from the Hoenn region.

Upon seeing that the computer was somehow calling reinforcements when you saw PEF helicopters arising from Mauville city, you ran away as quickly as you could, leaving behind the laptop there with all of your fingerprints and DNA on the keypad...
