I agree to your sentiments about age limits, It really comes to mental maturity with most things sexual, unfortunatly there are parents so terrifiyed of sexuality these days that any hint of anything even close to a sexual object/picture/notion causes them to overreact.
Many parents are extremely over protective of their children. Some of those youths have been here, and their parents have threatened AGNPH in the past with lawsuits.... likely believing it is our fault for their childs corruption. When natural cycle bring forth interest in such things as sex, girls, X rated material.
A lil hint as to why such rule is on agnph for you ^.^
Yeah it's a shame really but I get it. Still, it's a needless law for governments to use. Hopefully once our internet savvy generation takes power there will start being more rational thought put into our governing laws regarding these issues.
Then again knowing politics we'll probably all be dead by the time that happens :/
