      I'll try, the colors you used to fill the characters have a more red tone, making me think the broken heart is a red overlay, filtering out other colors :)

      Technically Girafarig's entire lower-body is supposed to be a very dark brown, almost black, but I think the brown is too dark.

      Girafarig's rear half is actually mostly brown in the Trading Card Game art. Google image search "Girafarig Card". Not quite the same as what's seen in the game sprites, so it might not be as 'official'.

      Not that any of it really matters in a world where artistic liberties yield abominations such as Lucario and Eevolution recolor fan-fursonas.
